We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay.

The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.

Great hotel, lovely staff, good food, bad WiFi.

Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful.

Dont stay here uf you value your life

The first room i was in i could smell the dust that i was anaphylatic. The door didnrt close let alone lock. The blinds wknt go down properly which my male neighbour appreciated. The shower head and bottles if soap and shampoo were dirty. My second room seemed fine until i closed the curtains at night and was enveloped in dust and became anaphylactic again. I forced them to remove the bench and mosquito net and got my only sleep in 4 days. The food is laughable. I offered to teach the kitchen how to cook. Fish soggy and ovetcooked. Prawns served had turned bad and mushy. Butter came for the baked potatoes after 2 phone calls when the potato was stone cold. Caramelized banana was raw and uncooked. Last night the chef entered my room at night when i was in bed to scream at me. Because my door couldnt lock. I was ready to leap out of bed naked and hurt jim until he couldn't get up. The worst hotel of 5000 hoyels i stayed in over 60 countries by a very long shot. They should have 0 stars. Usually i give 3 to 5 stars. The pnly hood staff were 2 girls in Reception and Yuni in massage who is a sweetheart. 3 times i nearly died from anaphylaxis. First day dust i can smell. Second day dust from curtains when i drew them at night. Third day bad prawns that should have been thrown out. Neither were they king prawn. Fourth day screaming chef in my hotel room while i was in bed sleeping. Bad impresdion of hotel and Lombok.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it.

Most beautiful, clean and unique beachfront resort in Lombok. We stayed at several other \"high end\" resorts in Lombok and this was the best. Tropical ambience, lush green environment all around, cool chill vibes, great food, exceptionally friendly staff.
The beach itself isnt that great (black sand) but it was relativley clean at least compared tomother beaches nearby.

Does need a bit of a spruce up as it looks worn but still lovely and incredibly spacious.
Unfortunately what let this resort down is the staff. Not attentive, not helpful, had to ask multiple times for basic things I.e tea and the afternoon tea, umbrellas, water. Long waits for requests as well despite chasing it up.
Breakfast was disappointing. Lacked flavour and only one hash brown and half a tomato. Not a breakfast buffet which I would’ve preferred as their a la Carey menu is no different to what you would find from a breakfast buffet

The room that was given to us was way in the corner. It was gloomy and dirty. We requested the room change. The new room was OK but it still had rotten smell in it. I am not sure whether there were bed bugs or what but it kept bothering both of us and couldn't sleep because of that. I think the property has a great view but it needs a major upgrade.

Appreciated the eco-friendly efforts, such as refillable glass bottles of water. I would give it five stars if it weren't for the staff, who I found a little rude. We will be back!

The perfect getaway from the stress of work. It takes just over an hour to get here from the island's airport. But arranging for The resort to pick up is easy and very reasonable. The resort is quiet with beautiful beachfront. White sand, good waves, great breezes.

The resort has a lovely infinity pool (plus other pools for adults only) and a thatched covered outdoor dining area among other spaces. They offer an afternoon tea and breakfast as a complimentary service. The restaurant has enough variety to keep you interested for several days, but you also can grab a taxi into Senggigi if you want to experience the town and nightlife. The hotel can help arrange trips to Gili, scuba diving, boat rides, you name it.

Service is excellent. Daily room cleaning and while you are at dinner, they do a turndown service. They are happy to bring you your meals to your villa so you can enjoy them as you watch the ocean on your own patio. They have a broad range of spa services and a small, minimally equipped workout space. If you go, get the ocean view villa. The ones on the lower level have a private outdoor shower off the bathroom. Fancier rooms have their own plunge pool, but the infinity pool is so amazing, it is hard not to imagine ending up there, especially resting against the edge while you watch the sunset over the water. This is a small (34 or so rooms) and very personable resort. Service is friendly, attentive and just what you would hope for.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeeva Klui. We stayed for 5 nights and felt completely at home by the lovely staff. We had a wasp nest in our room which we discovered on the second night and they immediately upgraded us to a room with a private pool which was absolutely incredible.
We couldn’t fault the food and ended up eating in the restaurant every evening as it was so good, each of the staff welcoming us each morning & evening by our names and were so attentive.
The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is beautiful, especially when the sun sets.
We would definitely return to Jeeva Klui and can not recommend a stay here enough!

Special call out to Windri at restaurant and also amaze with one of resort garden cleaning staff who found my cap and promptly return.

We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort from the 17th to the 23rd of May 2019 and the property is on a beautiful beach, however, it was sometimes dirty with plastic products I personally had to fish out of the water. The hotel should invest in hiring some staff to specifically clean up the beach. Our room (P05) was a private pool bungalow which contained an outdoor shower and bath which was delightful. The room was a bit dated and smelt like mold however it was not that bad. What was very annoying is that we couldn't get WIFI in our room and the room itself was a bit too dark. Overall the staff was really nice however unprofessional in their duties but they really tried to compensate for this with their pleasant personalities. The main disappointment of the hotel was the food, breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner options were bland which was a huge disappointment, as Indonesia in general has such tasty cuisine. We found ourselves eating out almost every day which was annoying. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

Our 1st trip to Lombok

It was an amazing stay with Jeeva Klui. The staffs was amazing, friendly and the spa was good. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner has a standard menu daily with a decent mix of Western and Indonesian food.

Private tour to Gili Islands can be arranged with the hotel at a reasonable price for 2people. There is nothing much around the hotel hotel area and the nearest convenience store (alfamart) is about 5mins drive or less.

Hotel's private beach was swimmable just that you may get stinged from sea lice. However, we were lucky to see sea turtles swimming near the shore.

Great Relaxing Stay lived up to expectations

Booked this hotel short notice on Expedia's recommendation after being informed that our original hotel had been forced to close due to earthquake damage . Very glad we chose to continue with our holiday to Lombok and not cancel as many other potential tourists did. Some 40 minute walk (or a 50,000 rupiah taxi fare ) from Senniggi, the hotel and its facilities provide a perfect place to kick back and relax and does all it says onthe tin. The location is a secluded seafront location with direct access to a long coral strewn beach. All the staff we encountered were a delight despite the hardships most of them must have endured due to recent events. Their enthusiasm and efficiency was excellent and a credit to the people of Lombok. The beach front villa we stayed in was spacious and very well equipped although getting the outside shower door open sometimes did prove amusing. Meals at the hotel were of high quality and at comparable prices elsewhere. Other restaurants were located nearby but we were very happy to eat at the hotel on numerous occasions. All in all a great time was had and all I can advise to anyone considering a trip to Lombok is give it a go. Yes, there is plenty of evidence of the recent earthquake but the people ofLombok need your support and you will not be disappointed in coming.

Nice and short check in with lovely staff. We stayed in the Akasha Pool Villa. It was beautiful and big with a large private pool. The room was clean and well maintained. Ample areas to sit/lay to read and relax within your villa. The resort itself is well maintained with friendly staff that are always willing to say hi. As the resort is not too big there are lots of different places to lay whether thats by the pool, near the restaurant, in a beach hut or on the huge daybeds hanging over the sand. These were our favourites. Staff would check on you now and then to see if your required anything which I thought was nice.

Excellent place. Very clean property. Location is ideal. Very relaxing environment. All meals were excellent. Generous and good breakfast included with room. Beach has very few hawkers and they were respectful of our space if we did not want to buy anything. Beach itself was clean. Workers help keep beach extra clean. Short 10 minute taxi trip to shopping nearby. Jeeva staff very helpful and nice. Dini (restaurant staff) stood out as exceptional. Dini was so helpful and friendly. She was always smiling and happy. Would definitely come back for another visit.

Feels like coming home!

The staff at the Jeeva are amazing, friendly people who remember your names and greet you with a smile. The food is delicious, the coffee is hot and the pool is from a magazine!
We spent 4 days here in a suite near the restaurant. We had an outdoor shower that needs a little more privacy from the 2nd floor unit next door but that wasn't a problem. We ate most meals at the resort and they were all so delicious and made with care.
We arranged laundry with the reception staff and it was returned the same day. We also arranged two days of exploring waterfalls and snorkelling at the Gillis with the staff and both days delivered experiences we will remember forever.
We felt safe on the property but just a little annoyed with the people selling goods on the beach everyday. Not a huge deal since the security staff kept an eye on them and it seemed like they weren't allowed on the property.
My husband and I both used the spa services. He went for a Balinese message which he loved and I went for a manicure which was much needed. The facility is warm, welcoming and relaxing.

Amazing hotel wish we could have stayed longer

This is a stunning hotel. Beautiful, small, amazing pool, fantastic food, the most friendly of staff. We wanted to stay longer but sadly there wasn't availability. Not really much wrong with this hotel to be honest - it's so lovely. If there was one complaint, it would be that they allow people to smoke in the rooms, so the duvet/pillows smells of cigarettes, but the staff try really hard to get rid of it with room freshener and candles.

I visited this hotel alone and was made to feel very safe and welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views and sunset are particularly delightful. The restaurant was brilliant, with a good selection of Indonesian and western dishes and very reasonably priced considering the calibre of both the food and hotel. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in.

Great Couples Getaway

Jeeva Klui was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to have a few slower days to relax on our Indonesian trip. From the welcome drink, to most of the staff knowing us by name, the relaxing and beautiful rooms overlooking Agung on Bali the place was perfect. The food could be a bit better, but was still pretty good and fairly reasonable considering it was a resort. Some reviews I read said JK was pretty far from town, but it really isn't that far. You shouldn't plan to walk, but it doesn't take long on a scooter or in a car. And, the distance between you and the hustle and bustle when staying at JK is just right.

The staff here was excellent and made every effort to accommodate. I did feel a bit strange ordering a Bloody Mary one morning - Indonesians are much for drinking, and, although this resort certainly caters to western tourists, the whole \"Bloody Mary is a breakfast drink\" thing still seemed to perplex. :-)

I would highly recommend staying here - very nice and super relaxing!

Fantastic hotel with beautiful view

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom. The views are beautiful and the grounds beautifully maintained- the whole place looks very pretty, especially at night. Food delicious and very good value - happy hour cocktails are the best!

If your after a relaxing peacefull time Jeeva is the place.
Excellent staff, breakfast is good, unfortunately I wouldn't rate the dinner meals, very poor quality, better to spend $3 for taxi into town for much better meals at better price.
Overall I would recommend jeeva klui.
We had a ground floor she view room it was excellent and privacy was not an issue.

Beautiful place, secluded n cosy. Some peebles along the beach but otherwise, fine sand n clear sea water. Sunset view is breath taking. Food slightly pricey n limited choice, though, the town is quite nearby .

Oceanfront sunset views!

So nice to fall asleep and wake up to the gentle crashing of waves on the shoreline everyday and night. Pristine sunset view over the ocean horizon was spectacular. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of the world. Don't expect glitz and glam, but friendly, helpful and relaxed customer service. If you can fall into the pace, you won't be disappointed. Ocean dips and snorkeling right at your doorstep. Oceanfront bure is the only way to stay here...

Peace and serene boutique beach front resort

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days 3 nights after our hike to Mt Rinjani. It was really a good choice. There's lot of green space within the resort. The huts (where all the rooms are located) were spaciously apart. Each hut contains only 2 rooms, all with a extended verandah where you could take your siesta. You can take your evening stroll in the beach, admiring the sunset or swimming in the pool with a cocktail drink. There's no better to spend your vacation!

Very relaxing

Hotel is 1.5hr drive to airport, so enjoyed welcome drink. Staff are friendly without being over attentive ( understanding of English a bit mixed). Our room opened out towards the ocean (ocean just 40metres away) we were treated to some lovely sunsets. Food and drinks are available from the one central restaurant. Overall experience was great, very relaxing but do expect peace and quiet. Location means a taxi required to go to alternative eating options but taxi's are reasonably priced. Another upmarket resort with several dining options is 5 mins away by taxi.

Beautiful hotel, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly staff, the gardens are spacious and doesn't feel over crowded like some of the other resorts, however the food was a little disappointing,, but it did have a good kids menu. We also had a bit of sewerage smell in our bathroom for a couple of days. But overall had a lovely stay.

An amazing casual boutique resort 10/10 from our first impression at reception the overall quality, care, attention to detail, courteous staff ..it never faulted during our short 4 day stay ..we tried to extend.. as everything was so good.
I can highly recommend this resort more for couples..or singles..
Jeeva Klui is nestled in a picture post card quiet little bay out of the 'Senggigi rat race .. it has an air of peace and tranquility, right on the beach.... definitely not an enticing swimming beach..strong swell & rip..short pounding waves (not suitable for children)

We absolutely loved everything about Jeeva Klui:
beautifully fitted out rooms - aircon - good size terrace
a beautiful wet edge pool - good length
complimentary afternoon tea
happy hour ...sipping a cocktail sitting under the huge banyon tree watching the magic sunsets
delicious breakfast
great lunch & dinner menu
the size of the resort - only 35 rooms.

You are a captive audience.. as there is nothing else around Jeeva Klui.. you basically just can't walk down the road to shops or other restaurants.. you definitely need transport.. which the hotel can arrange ( at a cost)

If you are a big resort lover with lots of organised activities etc - this is not the place for you

We did a day trip to the Gilli Islands - fantastic - went from Senggigi on a little outrigger boat ..snorkeling, had lunch - organised through Hotel

We stayed in an Ananda Beach Front room and have rebooked for next year !!

Very sad to leave....

The layout and design of this boutique resort is perfect for those wanting a tranquil but more natural environment as opposed to some of the more busy 'concrete style' resorts out there. The staff are super friendly and many greeted us by name every time the saw us. The rooms were villa style - large and well laid out with a stunning bathroom featuring an outdoor private shower. It was definitely worth the extra dollars to have an ocean view.

The restaurant has an extensive menu - both western and local fare. The chef and restaurant manager (Dirman) have been there not too long and are both very dedicated to growing the excellence of the dining experience at the resort. The result for us was more time eating at Jeeva, than looking for alternatives in town - we just kept going back.

Overall, we were very sad to leave Jeeva (and Lombok) - nothing was a problem and we would definitely go back.

Lovely getaway

We stayed 5 days and we really liked it. The place is a little far from town, but is easy to get there by taxi (15k) or with the hotel service (free). The place is very beautiful and serene, it has a great infinitypool in front of the beach and the sunsets are breathtaking. The restaurant is a little expensive but the food is fantastic and they had snacks for free twice a day which were great. The room had a decent size, the beds were very comfortable and we had soft linen. They came to clean twice a day and the state was very good. It was a good choice and we came recommend it for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Jeeva Klui All the staff were friendly and treated guests like family. The resort is set on a beautiful stretch of unspoilt coastline. This is a place to relax and feel pampered. There is no night life nearby but a metered taxi to Sengigi costs only a pound and the hotel will call one for you.Do go to one of the Gili islands. We got a metered taxi to the port and then the people's boat across to GiliAir All for a few pounds. We walked the perimeter of. Gili Air in an hour and half stopping for drinks midway. To get to and from the airport use a metered blue taxi.They charge a third of the private taxi fares and comfortable and reliable.

DELIGHTFUL RESORT

From the time we arrived until the time we departed 7 days later we had a wonderful time - made possible only by the devoted and friendly staff who asked for our names on day 1 and addressed us by name for the rest of our stay. I would certainly recommend a beach front view unless going for private pool villa OUR only issue was the lack of sound proofing - thankfully we only had guests above us for 2 nights but they never stopped walking around the room and we could hear every footstep - if we had stayed longer we would have had to ask to be relocated to a 1st floor room. The free afternoon tea followed by happy hour gave guests an opportunity (if they wished) to meet and chat to other guests - however room service was freely available. The 24 hour internet access in the beautiful library was much appreciated as our laptop had broken down - other bigger hotel chains should offer the same free service. Apparently this resort survives on repeat business with the best breakfasts in town and one can have as many breakfasts as one desires! Would highly recommend it to couples/families/solo travellers

Beautiful get away

The Jeeva Klui team made our short visit of 3 days unforgettable. The peaceful and charismatic resort has only few bungalows. We choose a beach view bungalow and we enjoyed the possibility to relax in front of our bungalow or just walk over to the beach sun loungers, the pool area or the dining area whenever we wanted. The staff is attentive, polite and very well trained trained. The good atmosphere among the team is contagious and each request was handled immediately and to our full satisfaction. The airport pick-up (1.5hrs) and the later transport to the harbour to get to Gili (0.5 hrs) was easy to arrange, fair priced and comfortable. The access into the ocean and the beach is the only minus point, but we could still go jogging along the beach in the early morning and we had to be careful to get in the water afterwards due stones and other irritations. We also booked a three hour spa treatment, which was amazing and professional. The private dining in one of the two the beach pavilions is something no one should miss out. The food is delicious and we did not feel the need to leave the resort to get more variety. we only went to Senggigi (15min) once to do some souvenir shopping. It might not be a good place for children, but it is perfect for everyone seeking peace and relaxation. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you.

Fabulous quiet getaway

Overall the experience was incredible. We stayed at Jeeva Klui for 3 days after finishing an 8 day Intrepid Travel tour of Bali and it was the perfect relaxing beach getaway. The restaurant and food was incredible--Dedi, Dian, and all the staff were incredibly kind and gave very personalized service. The room was gorgeous and the beach was quiet without too many hawkers. This hotel is north of Sengiggi beach (on its own private beach) and we didn't feel that we missed out on anything (we biked into Sengiggi one day). Also, the hotel is 1.5 hour drive from the airport (we thought it was closer). Overall the hotel was gorgeous, the beach quiet, and the staff incredibly thoughtful and nice. The only critique was that their spa treatments were more expensive than elsewhere in Bali but I wasn't surprised given the luxurious feel of the resort that their prices would be higher.

Fantastic relaxing home away from home

We visited jeeva klui for our honeymoon and weren't disappointed. We stayed in an akasha pool villa and loved everything about it. The pool was small but private - perfect for a quick cool down or sitting in with a drink, there was plenty of shady lounging space for relaxing with a book, and the outdoor bathroom was just gorgeous.

Outside the room the grounds were perfectly tended, there were plenty of chairs for lounging near the beach or the pool, and the staff at the warung restaurant had the perfect mix of great service without being pushy. Food and drinks were also first class.

As with most places of this type it is possible to eat and drink and entertain yourself much cheaper outside the hotel but the limited number of times we did this is a measure of how much we enjoyed the atmosphere here. I would highly recommend a visit to cocoa beach for afternoon tea or sunset dinner and also to \"warung blue tent\" located in nearby Senggigi for authentic Lombok seafood.

The staff were happy to help arrange any activities you wanted and with mt ranjani, the gilis, and the rest of Lomboks delights not far away there is plenty to keep you entertained if you need it. Snorkeling was even nice straight off the hotel beach but only limited equipment was available.

Overall jeeva klui was just what we wanted and I hope we will be back again.

Jeevaklui klui- paradise on earth

I went for honeymoon and found it worth every penny spend. Excellent food, gr8 service and more importantly good hospitality. The ambience is worth every moment spent there. Our 3 day stay was memorable and would definitely come back one day to relive the memories. If you wanna go to Indonesia pack your bags and head to jeevaklui klui. Cheers.
