Qunci Villas might just be one of the best places I've stayed. We were here for 14 nights in one of their pool villas, it was so nice to have our own private pool to retreat away. The room was immaculate and regularly cleaned, the pool was also in great condition and cleaned / maintained regularly.

Food options at Qunci are amazing, three restaurants to choose from and specialised events every day of the week to pick from. The view from Nooq bar for sunset and their 241 happy hour at this time is amazing.

The staff are incredible. And when I say incredible I mean absolutely flawless. Everyone is genuinely kind, well trained and ready to help at any given moment. I have stayed a lot of places and I was blown away.

So, the catch, Lombok isnt called the island of 1000 mosques for nothing. Every morning at 0500hrs you can hear the call to prayer. It lasts approx 5 to 10mins but you definitely can hear it. The hotel have provided ear plugs, but in my opinion the rooms could do with some additional sound proofing.

Having said that, we stayed a long time and we feel incredibly well rested. The noise to us was a minor inconvenience and the hotel more than made up for it in services rendered.

We had a wonderful stay at Qunci Villas. We were upgraded from a sea view room to room 23, which had fantastic views. Food was fabulous, spa treatments very good.
Due to travel problems we had to stay an extra night in another room in the garden area and at the far side of the resort. The room was lovely, but the noise from the local mosque was quite intrusive, especially at 5.10am! Earplugs were offered and of course local customs have to be respected, but if we had booked 4 nights in that room we would have been most disappointed.
Overall, beautiful resort, excellent staff, lovely gardens and artwork, but choose your room carefully.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!

Qunci Villas in Lombok delivered a flawless 5-star experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional.. the genuinely warm and attentive staff made us feel completely at ease. The beachfront location is incredible, with stunning sunsets and a pristine, peaceful shoreline, yet conveniently close to just enough local shops and services. Dining was a daily highlight, Free Al carte breakfast was amazing and the themed nights were great. all served from any of the restaurants in view of the the ocean.

The excursions arranged through the hotel were the highlight of our trip, especially the two full-day adventures led by our amazing guide, Rudi. reccomend both the Hidden Shores and Sendang Gile waterfall tours

We stayed at Quinci Villas Lombok for 5 nights recently.
After the hectic traffic and crowds of Ubud and Seminyak it was a breath of fresh air.
Perched on the Bali Sea it was a welcome and tranquil oasis, prefect spot to recharge.

Breakfast just metres from the sea each morning was a treat.

The staff were amazing, very accomodating at all times.

The only small suggestions I would make would be to have a little background music, chill out vibes, in the pool area and also to improve the choices on the wine list, very limited by the glass offerings of very ordinary wine.

We stayed in this hotel recently for 7 nights and can not recommend it enough. Lovely room with a great ocean view and a nice balcony. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The teams in the restaurants and around the pool made sure that all our needs were met whilst not being too instrusive on our time. We ate in the seafood restaurant and the Indonesian restaurant and both were delightful. Its close to Senggigi Beach, just pick up a taxi outside and there is a mini mart for supplies just up the road.

Qunci Villas is the perfect place to unwind - absolutely lovely and serene. Our Seaview Villa offered exactly the level of privacy we were looking for, and the views from the three pools were simply breathtaking. Every evening brought a spectacular sunset.
The entire team made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to the warm and attentive staff at reception, housekeeping, Qamboja Spa, and the three restaurants Quali, Qerang, and NooQ for making our holiday truly special.

This is a 5 star hotel in every single aspect. The property is beautiful, and the staff is excellent everywhere. They nicely sent a complimentary cake for my boyfriends’ bday. The restaurants have excellent food. We had dinner both nights right in front of the water, and you get to see the sunset everyday. Breakfast is generous and delicious. This has been on of the top hotels I’ve stayed in Indonesia.

I was after comfort, great food, relaxation and rest and Qunci Vilas delivered in spades!
The level of friendly and professional service is exceptional, whether it is cleaners, reception or restaurant, everyone makes you feel special, listened to and they help you with a smile.
The resort is of a very high quality with a nice Indonesian feel, not another high-rise with rooms adjoining. The rooms are spacious. I had the pool villa which was private with shade and sun. I really appreciated the sun beds inside, on the verandah and pool sun loungers.
The common pool area by the sea is spectacular.
The restaurant has an international cuisine and whether you are ordering fresh fish, pizza or sushi, it is superb. The wait staff are so friendly.
The spa treatments are superb and reasonably priced.
Definitely a place to go back to without needing to consider what else is on offer.
Airport to hotel is around 1hr, so book a transfer with the hotel.

A Great Find

I had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, it was for business and I didn't have much time to take full advantage of the amenities or even the location. That said, I had daily interactions with the staff and they were lovely and the service superb.

The food was excellent, particularly the BBQ that they prepared for our group. As a pescatarian, I ate very well in for the 5 days I was there. The staff even prepared a take-away breakfast for us on our final day as we had to leave the hotel at 5.30am.

For me personally, the only thing missing was a gym/fitness centre on-site.

I am already planning on returning, alone, when I can enjoy all the Qunci Villas and Lombok have to offer.

This place absolutely blew my husband and I away! The rooms and pool areas were amazing and the restaurants were some of the nicest places we have ever eaten at. The only downsides were that the WiFi was a bit slow in the rooms and the wasnt much to do in the area (ie shopping, cafes) only other hotels with restaurants and activities such as snorkelling etc but that is quite the same throughout the island of Lombok.
All in all it was a very luxurious stay that we would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This was our second time in Lombok and we were very pleased to stayed at Quinci Villas. The staff is super friendly and they went above and beyond to full filled our needs. Their breakfast is so delicious and our room was beachfront with an spectacular view. I got sick one night and the hotel immediately called a doctor who came to see me in my room. The staff was so sweet that they prepared me chicken soup and ginger tea right away. I felt like I was at home. I want to say thank you to all the Quincy staff especially to Amadi. Andi and Nova❤️. Can’t wait to return back.

The fact that this property allows Souvenir Hawkers onto their property to sell their products while paying guests are supposed to be relaxing and enjoying their smoke free, hawker free views of the Bali Sea and neighboring island of Bali, I find unacceptable!

Quinci is further North from the main strip so you're likely to get your peace here. The staff are lovely and helpful however they have a tendency to address your male companion more despite the booking being under my name. It is relatively clean, and retains its 1990's look. Would not recommend this place if you're after a modern place to stay. There are occasionally people that try to sell you surf lessons and clothes in front of the pool, however they aren't allowed onto the main deck so you'll see them waving about to you. I felt that this was distracting and annoying when we had flown away from Bali to get away from all the touristic tat.

The location on the beach front is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast menu is out of this world and everything is cooked to perfection. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room at no additional cost.
Our private pool villa was great, a good sized pool and the villa was maintained to a high level, you got free toiletries and water daily. The evening turndown service is much appreciated, this property makes every possible effort to keep mosquitoes at a minimum, including fogging of public areas twice weekly and room spraying daily. We loved the hotel and we will be back. I must finish by giving credit to the staff at the hotel, absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they are so polite and accommodating.

Certainly has its pro points. The pool and sea look as good as they do in the pictures and the food/drink at both bars and restaurants, if v pricey, certainly hits the mark. We tried different cuisines and to our surprise they were all great without exception - the chefs here do a great job. The last majority of the staff here are also very friendly and provide a great service, especially the front desk.

Now for the not so great parts. Cleanliness is an issue, on our third night we returned early to the room for what can be described as a daily second clean/turndown service. We found that this was never done with cleaning products and yet we walked in on our glasses/cuttlery in the room being washed in the bathroom sink without detergent of any kind. This left us uneasy about using it again. What compounds this, is a clear ant problem, at least within our bathroom. I don't mean you see a few ants here and there as we would expect this in Lombok. I mean walking out to every glass/sink etc being completely covered in hundreds of ants every morning. They seemed to emanate form behind the sink.
Finally, the service within the restaurants was also very patchy - at time it was impeccable and yet at others we couldn't be seated without confusion or we would be met with rude service (esp in the Italian restaurant). This was also an issue on the day of checkout where we ordered 2 french toasts and yet inexplicably only one was made, we couldn't wait for the other due to flights

Very lovely resort

Absolutely lovely property on the waters edge and clean inviting sea frontage. Rather small bedroom, but the bathroom makes up for it.. it is an outdoor rain shower, and I actually showered during the rain as I waited for the rain to subside, but it didn't! No choice... but it became a memorable experience. Breakfast was a la carte with a huge choice of Mexican, Indonesian, Arabic, Indian, Vegetarian, etc choices of plated meals. However, I am old fashioned, breakfast on resort holidays is always a tiny portion of many choices from familiar favourites, to exotic selections to try. However, the big sad was we asked for unobstructed oceanview for our Ocean front room, and it was 75% blocked by rather thick foliage. We booked and requested months ahead. When we asked to change, they came back with an option of 1 which was even worse. Finally, we sat facing the ocean each morning and evening for dinner, and they have the silliest seats in that the seat backing is a large bolster like padded cushion... which gives no support at all as they continually slipped away from us. Best hint: just 1 minute walk to the right of its beachfront, iks a beach restaurant called Nuff Said, which has the best grilled local fishes possible. A must go when in Qunci.

This is an beautiful hotel. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. We upgraded to a villa with private pool. This was the best thing we could have done because the previous 2 weeks was go go go. We relaxed by the pool or in the pool for a week. It was magical. It regenerated our battery’s for the next stage of the journey. Fabulous people and place.

The room clean and big. The whole property design is excellent. Especially infinity pool. Sunset was amazing.We had really good time in here. Tasty food and romantic atmosphere. Really enjoy this.

The only one thing needs improve is the breakfast.If can upgrade to buffet breakfast and more choice that would be perfect.

Best value on Lombok in my view.
Id reccomend the rooms with swimming pool. They are awesome.

Great hotel, super beach side pools!

The staff really tried to help us on our stay. It’s a lovely hotel, clean and tidy and the pools by the beach are amazing. We stayed in the one bed villa that was a bit of a disappointment. There were so many mosquitos around the pool and in the villa that we got eaten a lot. I’d recommend not bothering to pay the extra on the one bedroom villa and just get a standard room.

Food is good. Breakfast sensational! The tapas restaurant was also first class. We were very impressed with the tapas, it was as good as the Indonesian food in the other restaurant. Also a fantastic wine list, at good rates (compared to Hong Kong)

Finally, the staff mean well and are incredibly polite. However, they do tend to say “yes” to everything, including the times they don’t understand. It gets a little frustrating but I’d guide ensuring full understanding of instructions and questions when asked!
