Walkable to convenience stores and Discovery Mall. 30 mins walk to Beachwalk Mall and Grab ride of 15 mins to Mal Bali Galleria. Loved the ambience of a private pool and friendly, accomodating staff. There was also a cafe and a massage place just outside its entrance. Overall, it is highly recommended!

On the first night we arrived at 11.00pm and was shown to our room where we settled in by 1.00am we contacted staff to come to our room we had a rat trying to eat its way into our room staff arrived and got rid of it ,day 2 door lock was a problem so we had staff show us how to use them,Day3 Sliding door to our room was jammed because of runners are worn out and need to be replaced Day4 Aircon very noisey but cant be replaced yet. Day 5No sound proofing in room at all and on a very noisery street (pudaksari) nothing could be done but move to another villa with the same problem so we stayed. Day 6 the food in the breakfast bainmaree was the same everyday just warmed up Day 7 pool pump stopped working Day 8 9 10 all good We suppose. hat was the Con side of things now the Pro side The staff are probably the best staff we have delt with for a long time Wanda (manager we think) Fantastic and in control very helpful ,Pratiwi (bar staff and kitchen) Fantastic person and tries very hard to help with whatever we needed . outstanding person and tries very hard to understand and serve , Kadek Maintenance staff when we had a problem he was there with his men in under 1 minute to rectify problem . To all the other staff we delt with thank you . Overall the staff do an exceptional job and our thanks to them . The villa needs a lot of work cupboard doors falling off in kitchenet,sliding door into room needs new runners, soundproofing would be nice and seal the gaps that let in the outside

My stay at 18 Suite loft by Amithya commenced impressively, with an initial accommodation in a one-bedroom villa featuring a private pool. The hotel's location is advantageous, being in close proximity to the airport. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and facilitated birthday decorations upon arrival, which proved to be a lovely gesture. However, I reported an incident to the front desk involving the presence of a rat in my room. Consequently, I was relocated to a different room in the middle of the night. The front desk offered complimentary airport transportation as a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience and rodent issue. Despite this, I opted to pay for driver services to transport me to the airport and settled all outstanding balances upon checkout. The front desk subsequently informed me that they were unable to locate the rat. I strongly advise exercising caution when booking, as the property appears to have a rodent infestation.

Tons of space for a family.

The accommodation was large and spacious 3 story townhouse. Much bigger and better for a family than a cramped hotel room. The accommodation is a luxury hotel that is showing wear and tear. The breakfast was also substandard to all the other places we stayed in Bali. But other than those two issues, a solid and spacious stay for a family.

On the surface, the property is gorgeous. A private pool, stunning tiles, cute kitchenette, massive bathtub. The staff were lovely but the condition of the hotel when you look deeper is unacceptable.

- The ceilings were covered in mould, the worst being in the shower.
- Want to sleep in on your vacation? Nope, they started playing music at 8am one morning and other mornings they had maintenance workers working on the roof and wall of my room.
- After the cleaners mopped the bathroom floor on the first night, there were about 9 little pink warms squirming around on the floor. I’m concerned they were parasites.
- We had the aircon on at 18 degrees the entire 5 nights that we stayed there and not once did the temperature in the room get below 24 degrees.
- I had to ask the reception 3 times for toilet paper as the housekeepers didn’t replace it the entire stay.
- No hand towels or face cloths were present.
- The roof in the bathroom leaked when it rained resulting in a puddle on the floor the majority of our stay.

I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!

Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. Staff and service at this property was excellent. Much better than any 5* hotel in Australia. They are friendly, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating (they even made fresh orange juice for us using oranges we purchased from the farm of a day trip).

Hotel services, room service etc are reasonably priced.

The location is practical and very walkable.

I read the bad reviews when booking and almost changed my mind so here are my thoughts on some of those comments:
- Cleanliness. This is a personal item for most people. I would not eat off the floor but it was clean enough for a property that is largely open to the elements
- No AC downstairs. This is true. Again the property is open so you cannot have ac except for the closed rooms.
- Poor breakfast choice. Breakfast was fine. There is eggs your way, fruit, sausage, beef bacon, hash browns, a few pastries and Asian choices. The staff will also accommodate other requests
- Insects. The villa is open so yes this could be an issue but we did not have it
- Pool not heated. The island is hot and humid so I did not mind
- In an alley way. Yes, if you did not read this, it may feel odd but it is not an issue and kind of like an oasis

I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it.

Worst experience ever. I booked this property for 3 nights but I just stay for only 2 because it was not worth at all and I don’t want to spoil my holidays. So, I booked one hotel at a distance for one night which cost me extra money just because of the bad service of the hotel. The villa was horrible with no aircon at ground floor and due to extreme heat we couldn’t even use the private pool once. Staff was not at all cooperative. Food was horrible , ants crawling near the spoons and food containers. The cat is running through to your legs and tables. Surrounding was horrible. The dirtiest place and didn’t feel like a clean place at all. When I ask to speak with manager and staff said he’s in meeting and won’t be available to talk over the phone. I ask for a refund for one night and they were not ready to entertain at all. HORRIBLE. It was just like a bad dream. If you don’t want to spoil your holidays, please don’t go to this hotel at all. Waste of money.

I had a late flight arrival into Bali. After traveling 2 hours I did not want to travel another hour and a half to Ubud (where I would be spending majority of my vacation) so I opted for this hotel based on social media videos and the close proximity to the airport. When I got to the hotel it was around 2 am. It did not look as glamorous as the videos online but I was tired and there for a short time so at first I was like whatever; I just need to shower n sleep. However when i got to the room I knew that was not going to happen. The shower was dirty, the bathtub was dirty and while sitting in the living room area I saw a mouse. That was the final straw! I went to the front desk with my videos of not only the condition of the room l, but the uninvited guest and requested a refund . The man at the reception desk stated that he could not authorize a refund but the manager would be in at 9 and he would be the person to make the decision. In the meantime, I was placed in another room which was just as dirty as the first. I couldn’t sleep and refused to even take off my clothes. Finally 9 am came and i was able to speak with the manager. In all fairness he was a complete gentleman. After reviewing my videos he was super apologetic and authorized a complete refund for my stay. Not the best way to start off my birthday trip but lesson learned

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. We stayed in a Villa. The bathroom was dirty and very narrow, the taps were falling off, the room was dark with insufficient lighting, and the swimming pool was filthy. There was no wardrobe in the room, so we had to put other bags and clothes on the floor.
Breakfast was served cold daily, and there was a total of oil, which was disgusting. It was a horrible experience that ruined our holiday in Kuta. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even if they offer it for free.
Very disappointing. Waste of money and holiday.

The rooms with pool are very beautiful, a good size and there are very nice decor touches here and there. Staff was friendly and very helpful with requests. This hotel has great potential but needs to be better managed.
Overall the hotel seems to be a bit run down. Cleaning needs to be taken seriously, rooms included. The water of the pool was dirty, and the pool walls and steps looked greenish. Did not dare to go in. We had no towels to clean hands - just bath towels. Breakfast was frankly a disappointment and ended up having to eat elsewhere.

The staff were great and the property was great and has the potential to be amazing, the only thing holding the property back is the cleaning, very poor cleaning, the bed sheets and comforter had stains on the them , toilets looks likes they were not cleaned. The management needs to focus on cleaning the rooms better and that would make it one of the best spots in Bali to stay , other then it not being clean it was amazing the room setup and staff were amazing. The staff is very friendly and responds the fast. The room was amazing. However, it is very hot and humid at Christmas time and the way the shower is set up to be able to go outside it makes it hard to keep the air condition in the bedroom. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. My only negative was DO NOT waste your money on the spa at the hotel. The spa room itself is the same as any back ally massage you will find any where else on the strip. We got a couples 2 hour scrub massage for $350,000 IDR each. The women talked to each other the whole time. The scrub was at the same time as the massage and it was less than an hour and a half. She also did an ear wax candles on both of us and did not tell us it was an extra $100,000 IDR each until it was all over. I complained to the front desk and he acted like he didn't understand. So we ended up paying $900,000 IDR for the same thing that we were able to get right down the street for $100,000 IDR each. Side note being able to get a massage everyday for 8 days was so awesome. They average $100,000 IDR which is $8.00 US per hour.

It was good. Villa was with private pool but with chilled water. It means you can't use it. Better can put some 🐠 in it or put some option to keep water warm. Otherwise private pool was of no use. The place was nice but not cleaned properly glasses left in cleaned for 2 days and bath mats were taken on day 2 but not replaced for duration of stay pool towels were not issued and when requested we received 2 for 4 people and unfortunately there was construction next door so our peaceful villa was noisy all day. We had the one bedroom villa with private pool. First impressions were good. We were welcomed with a iced tea and face towel to freshen up. Room was very clean upon arrival. The staff are all very friendly and are knowledgeable. It was so close to everything. You can walk down the main strip in 5 minutes. From there you can shop on the street or the mall, grab a bite to eat and get massages. The famous waterbom waterpark is very close by as well.

Only had one downside which was that the shower head wasn’t very good as it sprayed all over the show and became very wet in the bathroom area as it is shared with the toilet. Other than that everything else was very good. Would stay again.

Slight water damage to areas in living room but thats to be expected with the pools location. Pool was pleasant considering it doesnt get much sun. Everything this is near by. If you want to travel abit further out (e.g. hard rock cafe etc) get a Grab Bike.. It will only cost you 4k IDR (40 cents sgd)..

Down side, the room's swimming pool looks very inviting. But upon taking a closer look, the water isn't that clear after all..

Pretty good location 10-15minute walk to central kuta. The villa needed some maintenance eg downstairs toilet did not work and there was a leak above a bedroom door (maybe from A/C unit) . The pool was cold which eas awesome a quick plunge cooled you off nicely.

Overall still a good place for a retreat.

The villa was overall nice. But there was some hiccups in while check it. First of all I must say the staff was good to attend all the things I asked for as they didn’t delay any of my request.
When I checked in, the fan on the ground level didn’t work. So it was kind of hot. They helped by bringing in standing fan. Up 2nd floor the room TV was not working, they came to change the whole TV. 3rd level my children’s room, there’s not TV Controller. Well all this was taken care of immediately.

The rooms were good bed was comfy, air conditioner was good n cold. It’s a clean room. Bathrooms n bathtub was clean too. The stuff was friendly and nice too. They have a private pool. But it was not that clean to my expectations. I’m sorry cos I’m a little Freak in cleanliness. The water was way too cold for me. But my 2 boys were enjoying a lot. Was good to have kept them busy with when parents like me jus wanna take a break.

The villa was not very far from the Kuta square. Maybe about 10-15mins walk. The beach needs a little walk though say 10-15mins.
Our villa was so near to Waterbom if u like to go for that, say 5-8mins walk. The villa is between 2 shopping Malls.
One has a cinema both have arcades if u have no idea what to do with young kids u can go ether Malls. My boys enjoyed it so much. There so much food around walking down the streets.

Overall it’s a good holiday at the right place.
Hope u guys too enjoys!

Beautiful Rooms

Beautiful clean comfortable room, close walking distance to Discovery mall. Coffee pod machine bonus! Room service is terrible with hotel bringing the wrong food and then everything else we asked for they had run out of. Hotel staff are nice, with the little interaction they give.

18 Suite Kuta - August 2017

Such a nice experience for the first trip to Bali. The room looked exactly like the picture, with a beautiful in-room pool, air conditioned bedroom upstairs, and just two minutes walk to the center of Kuta. The room service food was delicious and breakfast arrived on time and was hot. We emailed before our holiday to book an airport pick up (which is the easiest way to travel around), the driver the hotel provided had our names on a selfie stick so we could easily identify him in the massive crowd of taxi drivers and other peoples names. The driver waited for over an hour for us (due to the longest line ever at customs). The hotel staff organised another driver the following day to take us to Ubud via a tour of a waterfall and temple - another great driver who talked about other locations along the way, very safe and friendly! We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Nice Hidden Hotel

This hotel is hidden in the alley, but located in the middle between two big shopping malls. Close to the beach and only 10-15 minutes walk to the Beachwalk Mall/ Turtle releasing area. The location is great that it is close to the very busy tourist street. Lots of restaurant, shopping, etc... The facility of the hotel is great, big open living room floor with a private pool and an air condition sleeping room on the 2nd floor. Great place for a honeymoon get-a-way. The staff are phenomenal, always greeting you at the door and asking if you want your room clean or not. The only thing I would complain is the hot shower. Hot shower would last for one person. Overall I enjoyed my stay at 18 suite. Oh, another thing, I left my plug adaptor at the hotel when i was in Ubud. It is a long drive for them to deliver my plug adaptor, but they did it anyways, but of course with a compensation fee. Kudos for them to do that for me.

Good location; be mindful of access road to hotel!

The hotel was interesting in its layout of 3 stories.After the initial excitement of having 3 floors all to yourself and family members, it become more of a chore climbing the stairs.
Breakfast was also served cold despite my assurance that they would make it warm when it arrived.
The mini pool or jacuzzi was not working.One of the mornings had a thunderstorm and I needed umbrellas to shelter my family to a rented car. Had to practically insist on borrowing 2 umbrellas instead of them offering one in the first place.Access to the hotel is through a narrow lane which has vehicles going through it in both directions.It gets pretty muddy on rainy days as well.
Apart from the above, some of the staff are rather courteous and pleasant.

Nice villa for honeymooners.

Husband and I arranged for a candle light dinner on our third night and it was splendid! They decorated the pool and dining table with flower petals which was more than what we expected. Free airport transfer on our day of departure complimentary of the hotel. Private pool is good for muslim sisters. Overall great experience!

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!!

From the second we arrived this hotel has been amazing!! the location of the hotel is one of the best as it is very close to all the shops but tucked away enough that you cant hear any traffic so you have somewhere quite and relaxing to go home too after a busy day exploring Bali.

-maintenance not good at all
-lady at reception not friendly and helpful

love everything abt the hotel except...

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. 5star for the staff. a very enjoyable stay, everything is good except the breakfast really needs improvement. I tried almost all the breakfast options, the nicest will be Coco crunch! Overall the food is not tasty and the beef bacon is too oily and tough.

Nice newer Hotel Resort Lofts

Just 18 Lofts in this hotel Resort near the beach, with 2 shopping centers within walking distance, along with a lot of restaurant choices. Personal pool (of course small), was refreshing. Breakfast per individual order was brought to our room each morning. Only downsides were AC in the bedrooms, but not in the downstairs living room, and the bath water was sometimes not hot enough. Overall great.

Comfortable villa with great service

We stayed there for 5 days for honeymoon. Staff are very friendly and attended to our queries and needs in a timely and polite manner. Room was very clean and up to expectations. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay with both the physical environment as well as service rendered.

10-15 minutes drive between airport and villa.
Service staff is good but can be better.

Room is clean but not really at the pool.
Not much facilities in the villa itself.
Overall experience is average.

Nice private villa

Our villa is larger than expected. The room is clean and nice. However, we did not expect that there would be no door between the bathroom and the bed! The location is close to many restaurants and Kuta Beach is in a walkable distance. However, our room is very close to the front, so we can hear outside noises and smell food from the kitchen from the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will surely return.

Nice and close to everything in Kuta

Had a disappointing start to our stay as the room was missing a few things but the staff were very accomodating and super happy to help. It was great having a pool in the room so when my 2 yr old was having a nap we could still have a swim and cool down. Breakfast is huge with a big variety. Only down side is there is no air con in the lounge although there is a ceiling fan and they thoughtfully added a portable fan it can still be a little bit warmish

Compliments to 18 Suite Villa Loft

Our stay with 18 Suite Villa Loft was tremendous. It was our first time to Bali and also our first time staying in a villa. The experience was good as we get to check out the indoor swimming pool, it was something special. Though the air-condition wasn't good enough but after we feedback to the main desk, they immediately inform their technician to fix it for us. We felt that we were well taken by the staff of 18 Suite Villa Loft & we'll look forward to our next stay when we return to Bali.

Not a great apartment for families

We had booked this for 2 weeks. There were three rooms on three different levels. The main living room wasn't air conditioned and was opened up to the plunge pool. It had a mattress type thing on the floor instead of a sofa so wasn't comfortable. Said it had a microwave but we couldn't find it. The bedrooms were of a good size and had great air conditioning but you had to have all the doors closed so that it was effective. The stairs between the levels were a little daunting and some of the handrails etc had rusted.
The apartment itself was so dark and closed in, there was no main pool/bar to gather around outside either so you spent all your time in the apartment in your separate rooms as the living room was too hot and airless. We tried the room service after one busy day and when it arrived it was barely warm, that was when we couldn't find the microwave.
The staff were lovely and it would possibly be a great apartment for a couple if you can cope with the darkness (what is it with hotels and bad lighting - crazy when you have to read your book using the torch on your mobile). We left this apartment after 7 days forgoing a lot of money. The rating certainly gave us the wrong impression.

Awesome villa at a reasonable price!!

This is our first time staying in a villa in Bali and i have to say that it is one the best experience! We are spoiled with choices initially but decided to give 18 Loft a try after reading most of the good reviews thus no regret at all. It's simply awesome! Staffs are really great and helpful (from the moment we were welcome from the Airport), the room/pool are tip-top and the area/location is quite convenient and accessible.

There are lots of villas for us to explore in Bali but for sure me and my wife will definitely return to 18 Loft!

For those who are reviewing this villa, do not hesitate, just go for it and trust me, definitely you will enjoy your stay :)

Nice close to Kuta but out of the main stretch.

Alley leading to hotel is very intimidating but hotel is clean and friendly staff. Expect the lower pool level to be unbearably hot but aircon rooms very cool. Beautiful pool to cool down when back from shopping

Fantastic villas in quiet location.

We were in Bali for only a few days and what a fantastic little oasis it was!
Great big, comfortable rooms. Such comfortable beds!
Loved the private plunge pool.
Friendly staff.
Only slight negative was staff couldn't provide food on the room service menu. Not much explanation offered, but very apologetic.
Recommended!

Honeymoon Villa

My stay at 18 Suites was a delightful one. Stayed there for 4 days and all 4 days were great. The breakfast could have been better tho. The pool was under utilized because we spent a lot of time outside but it was great when we finally got to dip. Totally accessible too - we walked from our villa to Kuta beach. Such a nice place for honeymoon!

worst stay in kuta

Air con in room was poor leaving it only mildly warm instead of cool. The downstairs room was stifling. Asked for late check out because of flight, they rang us up at 12pm saying the room wasn't available so we had to find a room for the day
