It was a short stay to catch my cruise ship.
Need to be updated.
Curtain were so dirty( and I took a bunch of pictures just in case I need them), I didnt even wanna touch unless i had to. Unfortunatly I had to touch the curtains. One of walls intalled full sliding glass doors, which was broken, leading to swiming pool, and gym, laundry room. I felt not so safe. I reported the front desk and asking for other room. They said fully booked. One thing I liked about this hotel was people were kind.

Staff was helpful, but the property is severely lacking. After purchasing frozen foods for dinner late at night, we found out they have limited microwaves that they will bring to your room if available. Luckily one arrived 30 minutes later. The bottle of water purchased from the market was 8.50, no prices on anything until checkout.
The room for 4 had 2 towels, once again a trip to the front desk, as our room phone didn’t work.
I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness, even a water glass at breakfast looked like it had mold covering the inside of it. Will not return!

We called in advance confirmed our room and that we were on our way and upon arrival they gave our room away. Put us into a different room that had a lot of issues including broken sockets, unclean/missing bedding, missing towels, backing up sinks and much more. Will not recommend to anyone.

From check in until departure this was a great experience. The staff at check in were courteous and knowledgeable about activities and sights that were close by for us to explore and check out. The room was very clean and comfortable also it was spacious. Check in was a breeze and it was centrally located that restaurants and the NCL Bliss were within walking distance with a great coffee shop with great baked goodies. I actually want to stay here again. Great hotel.

When arriving the checkin line was out the door. Which would be fine but the staff was taking 20-30 minutes per person to check in. Took over an hour to get checked in. Once checked in the room seemed clean but the air conditioning did not work and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. Since the room was staying at 75-80 and didn’t want to stand in line again we just stayed in the room. Also trying to call the front desk resulted in the phone just ringing with no answer. The bed is worn but the sheets were clean. One side of the bed had a metal piece possibly a spring sticking out of the bed. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Room was quiet however. If you need to drop your keys for enterprise after hours the front desk will take them for you. All in all will not be back.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. The office chair was pealing and there was something hard on the edge of the mattress that poked me, but it wasn't sharp. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here before and would probably stay again. It's a nice location as I enjoy the downtown vibes.

Hotel was full so long queues at check in as not enoigh staff. Arrived early so waited 3 hrs for room tho staff were not very helpful in checking options. Hotel looks and feels a bit dated & tired and rooms need refresh. Basic ammenties provided. Hotel ok for overnight stay as near to cruise terminal so easy walk or shuttle available. Would normally expect better quality from Crowne Plaza brand hence a bit disappointing. Rather expensive for the quality & service .

Do yourself a favour and find a better place to stay.
We were only there one night so I didn’t see any point in complaining.
I just writing this review so others can make an informed decision.
I travel extensively for work but this time it was for a vacation cruise.
I thought booking a Crown Plaza would be nice treat for my wife, unfortunately the room was well worn and needed a complete overhaul.
if you don’t believe me then find out for yourself.
My list is long I’m not exaggerating, the arm chair beside the bed was dirty and stained, there was a crack in the ceiling above the headboard, the tv didn’t work, the shower curtain was frail at the bottom, cracked bathroom sink, there was a hole in the bathroom wall that they tried to cover with a switch plate that was too small.
I’m sorry for the horrible review, I just chalk it up to an expensive I don’t think others should have to go through.
On one final note the first room I was assigned to had not been cleaned and the bed covers were still a mess.
My room was 717.

We flew in before our cruise and stayed 2 nights. We chose this hotel for the proximity to the cruise terminal. They have a shuttle (with a fee) we enjoyed the convenience. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring San Pedro. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful 5 stars for the staff! They have a small convenience store- totally overpriced but there is a little mom and pop convenience store around the corner. They have a bar and dining area—we went to the bar for happy hour each evening- great drinks! The bartender was awesome. Enjoyed the pool area as well meet some nice people at the hot tub! The only down side were the outdated hotel rooms- they desperately need a refresh. So depending on what you are looking for— if you need an updated room—not the place for you— if you’re looking for proximity to everything it is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Would have given 5 stars if the rooms were updated.

Great customer service and house keepers but hotel was hardly up to par with basic accommodations. No lobby coffee, no vending machines on the floors only 1 market in the lobby. No thermostat in room to control temperature. Hot water faucet was broken in room. No room service.

Outlets were non-functional. USB Ports were non-functional. Signs on each floor specifying ice machine locations led us on a wild goose chase - turns out there were no ice machines. Hotel is extremely mismanaged by Corporate. Will NEVER book any of their properties.

Air conditioning did not work at all. My husband went to front desk and notified staff. They sent technician who came and checked it and said he reset but still didn’t work. Husband went back to front desk and asked to be moved. They said hotel was full and couldn’t move us. The lady offered a free breakfast (which we already had) and said she would send up a fan. No fan was sent to our room! Total failure from the front desk staff that night.

We waited 2 and a half hours in line to check in after a long travel day to get there. Irresponsible to not allow people to check in early if rooms are available. Asinine you didn’t have more employees during the check-in process, especially since this seems to be a prevailing issue. I have never been to a hotel does it this way, 4:00 check-in for every one. Massive rush of people checking in. If you pre register you are still in a longer line. People were confused and frustrated and got in both. I will look elsewhere next time for hotel accommodations. Note: This was for a Pre-cruise booking. Per an employee, it's been going on for over two years the day before a cruise.

Staff was not all accomodating with the exception of Triana at the front desk. We had a reservstion for months but we were told they had no idea when we would get our room. Our flight brought us in early & we were told to return @ 3PM which we
understood. When we returned our room was still not available & the older woman at the check in told us she didn’t know when it would be avaliable. She was not accommodating at all. After waiting quite a while we approached Triana who was very helpful and told us our room was avaliable. If we would not have approached Triana who knows how long we would hsve waited. Also we did not receive breakfast vouchers although other guests did.

The hotel was a little run down, hvac in room did not work, business center computers and printer not working-out of paper. $9 for a Gatorade The area is beautiful but the costs are too high
Service is ok, don’t expect too much and you will be fine. The hotel needs updating and to offer better amenities

The Junior Suite was large and comfortable. The furniture was good, but dated. Lots of light from many windows. The problem was that it took almost an hour to check in. There were only 2 people on check in, another woman at the desk flitted in and out but didn’t help.

this was terrible from check-in to the time that I left. It was a very expensive yet outdated old and musty room. discoloration and stains. The check-in process was over 2 hours of standing in line with roughly 200 other people that were just as angry and frustrated as I was. once I got from my room the night was extremely loud chaotic It did not seem like anybody was hushing anyone after the 10:00 hour. I was up all night. But even if the guests outside were quiet, the sirens from the ghetto next door cried out through the night one right after another. It was a lot. thank goodness it was just for one night

There were no washcloths in the bathroom, no bathmat for the bathtub and the air-conditioning was very noisy. We also could not figure out how to get the menu showing all the channels for the TV to come up and stay so we could pick one we tried to call for help but nobody answered the phone. We called twice.

We booked 3 rooms for a 1 night stay. It was late and there wasn't anything close by to eat at so my daughter bought a pizza for $12 in the convenience store of the hotel. There was not a microwave in the room so she went back to the store. There was a sign that said to asks the front desk for a microwave. She was told they'd bring one to the room. After 45 min, she was still waiting. She called down to the front desk and was told it was on the way. After waiting another 15 minutes, there was still no microwave. It took over an hour to get the microwave. We were leaving on a cruise the next day and the main reason we booked this hotel was because they offered a shuttle to the cruise terminal. Our shuttle was to pick us up at noon for our 12:30 check in time. I was told it was just a 5 min ride to the pier and leaving at noon was plenty of time. The cost was $11 per person for the 8 people in our group. We were waiting for the shuttle by 11:30. The shuttle for another cruise ship came and went a couple time but ours never showed up. By noon was still not there. When I asked the front desk when it was coming I was told it was on the way. When I asked again when it would come I was told it was on the way. I asked if they were in communication with the driver to which I was told that wasn't possible. The shuttle never showed up so we had to call an Uber. If you are thinking of taking the shuttle, don't - call Uber. It's much cheaper and more reliable. Wouldn't stay here again.

Close to the port where cruise ships dock. The hotel shuttle to the ship isn’t free though. It costs $20. Friendly staff. The hotel is showing its age. The paint is peeling in some areas, Our room didn’t have an armchair to sit on and the sheets didn’t feel crisp and fresh. They also didn’t provide a towel to step on after taking a shower so we used a face towel for that purpose.shower

Checkin was very long and inefficient. A/C not working in room, towels were delivered 3 hours after checkin, and to top the one day stay off, thankfully only one day, no hot water at all. Ugh!!

But room is clean, great harbor view, restaurants close by. But don’t plan on a shower.

We stayed here specifically to get shuttle ride to cruise port. But only one shuttle at 9:00. Way too early. Uber for $10 though.

Recommend another hotel folks.
