I was only slightly concerned about the room door itself not being completely free from additional lighting entering. (Though, maybe it's just still under construction.)

After a disastrous experience nearby at Hyland Inn (which I would avoid like the plague), I was able to quickly rebook a same night stay at Eagle. Actually I booked the stay and drove over within 15 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable. The night manager was professional and very helpful at check-in. Parking was easy. The room itself was perfect for a good night's sleep: bed was comfortable, didn't hear any surrounding noise, the AC worked great and didn't buzz, and the shower had a lot of water pressure. I will stay here again.
