The floor was lumpy, the windows were low quailty, loose in the frames and had zero effect on keeping out noise from the busy street just inches from our room. Parking is extremely limited. Guy at the front desk was nice...I didn't see any bugs like the Yelp reviews promised so that was good.

This hotel was unacceptable. There was visible mold on the windows, multiple electrical outlets didn’t work, the sink was partially clogged, and there was rust on the toilet paper holder, which says a lot about the lack of maintenance.
The room felt neglected and unsanitary. These are basic issues that should never be present in a hotel room, regardless of price. Photos online do not reflect the actual condition of the property.
I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Showers were excellent. Management usually friendly and helpful. But the breakfast was just breads, cereal and a banana. Worst was the \"limited\" parking. If you didnt get there early, you were out of luck with no suggestions of what to do next. They even posted a letter offering cancellations of reservations to customers who couldnt park.

When I first arrived, I was grateful that they had given me a first floor room per my request when I made the reservation. Even though there was only 1 staff member at the front desk when I arrived, he was very helpful in using a rolling cart to transport my bags to the room (I really appreciated the help after a long 9 hour drive). The only microwave is in the breakfast area, not in the room. The room does have a small fridge which is nice. They really should put microwaves in each of the rooms.
Unfortunately, when I got ready to check out, I called the front desk to ask if they could bring the rolling cart to assist me with getting my bags to the car, on the phone their response was “we don’t have room service.” I told him I didn’t expect room service. I was simply asking for help. So, I ended up getting help with my bags being taken to my car by housekeeping staff.
It’s too bad they had to have an attitude about “helping” one of their guests with bags when checking out.
I also asked about the free, local shuttle, and they did say that they had one, but they had no information about it or how to direct me on a Sunday to get more information about it. That info would have been helpful if made available when checking in.

This hotel is just an okay place to stay with its location being the plus point. It's basically a two (2) stars type place that serves the purpose of sleeping and showering. They have limited parking on first come first basis. The walls are so thin that you can hear outside noise loud and clear. The floor noise from the floor above you is also loud. My room was clean but it did not have a refrigerator, microwave or an iron. Some light fixtures were not working. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach — the location is perfect! The room was okay, nothing fancy but comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast was continental with limited options, and parking is a bit tight, but overall we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again for the convenience and beach access.

The Owners have nicely refurbished this old Long Beach motel. Still a few things to attend to. There was no clothes hanger bar, [empty brackets were there] so we had to lay our hang ups on the chair. The original tub/shower control was very hard to turn. Plenty of warm water on tap. 4 super fluffy pillows were nice. Bed ok.

This place was not what they advertise in their hotels.com ad the rooms where not newly remodeled as stated parking was horrible we had to park off-site in the alley and our room had a big broken window that we didn't notice until later that night hotels.com really needs to do a onsite inspection of said property because it's not what was advertised even with proof of the broken window they want to say the rooms are remodeled and there was no issue stated onsite when in fact there was

This property smells so bad and the room smelled like cigarettes. I brought alcohol hospital grade wipes to clean the room and never slept in their sheets. So so dirty. It is a good location that’s the only thing it has going for itself. I feel because they’re in a good location they put no effort into making it nice

There were just a few concerns about the property. It wasn’t very clean (hair in the shower, loose screws on the floor, broken tiles, something on the shower curtain), the toilet wasn’t quite anchored to the floor and almost constantly made noise. However, it felt fairly safe and the AC worked well. The breakfast was ok, but not anything too exciting.

I have pretty low standards for hotels and this one was absolutely disgusting. There were so many roaches in the room. On the walls, the floors, I even found one crawling on my pillow. The place looked clean and tidy but was completely infested. I stayed awake all night laying in the center of the bed watching for roaches. I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1. The property manager refused to refund the second unused night. Do not stay here. This is a fair warning.

There were no fridge because I needed it for food that I could only have to eat. There were cockroaches in my room. It smelled like cigarette smoke and dog in the room. It smelled like dog urine in the bathroom. And there was screaming in the early morning down the hall. If you are going to have roaches and smells like cigarettes in your hotel, you shouldn't be charging more than $100 a night

I wish I had better things to say about this hotel but unfortunately we saw several cockroaches in our room, the elevator and the and the hallway. The floor and furniture were dusty. We chose this hotel to be closer to the beach which was the only good thing about the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

I leave my room and come back when it’s dark and there’s tons of roaches crawling on the floor and bathroom when I turned on the lights! I want my money back!!!!
