I left 2 days into my week long stay. I showed up a day early and they were able to accomodate for that but then refused to move me to the king bed room i expected. Wifi sucked. He said he'd run some wire to help me out. I bought a dongle to ping the wifi and it worked but couldn't load a single page. Go home towel head

The price is at least 25-50% less than surrounding places. If you want to pay that for a breakfast, go ahead. I’ll continue to stay here instead.

Bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast isn't included but there is a nice restaurant just down the road, Huddle House.

Clean room and fast check in. However, it was unusually cold for Florida, and our room was extremely cold because the individual heating unit had not been turned on. It took quite a while to warm up, and we left the bathroom door closed. When we went in the bathroom, it was frigid because there is no heat in the bathroom. Unless you leave the door open. The heater was extremely loud, and I ended up with a headache from the noise. I am sure this does not happen often, but if it is cold, I would not stay here.

We do a lot of traveling staying at many motels. This was a cheap motel and also the nicest motel that we have stayed at. I have paid up to $175 a night for the room. This was a cheap room the owners were very nice and friendly the room was very clean it was just a very nice day. You could either traffic but we turned on the air conditioner and we could not hear the traffic no more. Definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed

I finally pulled it off the ceiling to stop the sound but it was hardwired in. I left it hanging and it finally quit going off. Otherwise, the stay was great. We like hotels of this type.

This was a fabulous surprise. This little motel with parking at your front door was so clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk, which I believe may have been the owners, were marvelous. The morning we were to check out I had a vertigo attack. My husband and I were both very stressed And the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He let us stay as long as we needed to without any extra charge. I would stay at this place every time I go by Perry, Florida.

This is by far one of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed in. Check in was simple and the owner was affable. The room is spotless as is the bathroom. Comfy bed, love seat, desk for doing work and easy to get on the Wifi. If I had to make any recommendations it might be to put a safety bar in the shower to assist in getting in and out. All in all, I highly recommend this property.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Royal Inn. It had recently been given a facelift and brightened up the property. This is definitely a no frills motel, but rooms have always been clean and bedding is fresh. I had a room with a refrigerator with a freezer, needed for medication needed to be kept cool. It was just awkward , no vent in the bathroom so it was always hot unless you opened the window which happen to have another rooms bathroom across from it , so privacy was an issue there. Bed and tv are severely outdated. I liked that it was all first floor rooms and parking was nice.

However, the maintenance chemicals were so strong that opening the windows the entire time was insufficient to prevent illness from the chemicals. And some of the windows were not openable. Nevertheless, I appreciated the kindness of the owners.
