Clean room. Self parking sucks for a 15 floor hotel. There was one square for self parking, they had employee parking blocked off with multiple spaces open. Valet told us we could park there since we were only staying one night. They need to get this figured out for $35/night self parking. I would stay here for a limited one night stay close to the LA cruise port. Area around hotel was clean and safe. Anything longer than one night I would choose somewhere else.

They charge for parking and yet there was not enough spaces for parking. I ended up parking in reserve spot. I went to the front desk to tell them and ask where I could park. They said “where I parked in reserve should be ok for that night.”..??

The rooms were bare minimum. Nothing fancy about it. Seemed like a lot of money for bare minimum.

Can’t say I would book here again. Unless I absolutely had no other choice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was a little disappointing.

Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed that the lighting was extremely low and minimal, making the space feel dark and uncomfortable. It was difficult to see clearly, especially in the evening, and it did not create a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom vent was not working, which made the space feel stuffy and poorly ventilated.

To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant sewer-like smell that lingered throughout the room, which significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.

For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. These issues made the overall experience far less enjoyable than it should have been.

On a more positive note, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The valet service was excellent and made arrival and departure very convenient. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar, which provided a pleasant atmosphere. My kids especially loved the complimentary popcorn and hot cocoa, and they had a great time playing Jenga and using the pool table.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to improve future guests’ experiences.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly but the parking was terrible. I had to park in a lot across the street and walk in a poorly lite area with homeless people sleeping. When I went to go get my car the next morning, I was soaked by the rain coming down.

Left lamp in bathroom didn’t work. Weird nail polish stains on single chair in corner. Cockroach found in tub in the morning. No body wash in shower. Had to call for a bottle. There was only shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

Staff was understanding about the issues. The stars of the hotel. I could t remember her name but she was working at the front desk on 1/30/2026 around noon. She was helpful.

, telling people they will have to pay 35.00 just to park ,for a subpar hotel.wallpaper peeling, tp holder hanging off wall, check in they do not tell you where breakfast is and you pay extra for that too. Then room is notcready till after 4pm. Have a drink , pony tiny glass 20.00 margaritas. Not a good experience.

I got charged $35 for self parking and had to walk across the street at night without a shuttle being offered. Service at the bar being slow on a Monday was very slow and my drink came after I asked for it once I received my food.

We did not have access to warm/hot water and the staff said there was nothing they could do and that they would need to cut a hole in the shower wall to replace something (this was at 9 PM—after hours of trying to get help). They told us there were no rooms to move us to. They eventually found a room at about 10 and when we got there, there was a literal pile of toe nail clippings on the floor next to the bed. It was overall just a horrible experience and not the level of cleanliness or care you expect from a Hilton. Pass on this location.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The entire property was spotless—clean rooms, clean hallways, everything was exceptionally well-maintained. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

The bar was reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed the specials they offered. The location is excellent as well—perfect proximity to the beach and close to everything you’d want to explore.

Overall, a beautiful hotel with awesome staff and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Check in wasn’t the greatest, our room was not ready, she had to give us another room, but we still had to wait until it was inspected. Had to asked to speak to a manager. We explained the situation and she inspected the room for us and we were able to go in. Thank you to the manager she was very nice, other than check in the hotel was great, food was good, staff were very nice, great location.

The room was in good condition, but the tub was a little outdated as were the curtains. It was rusty and wearing out. Everything else was very clean. The front staff wasn’t very welcoming and just seem as if they didn’t want to be there. Overall, it was a nice stay. I would say the best thing was the pool area and the restaurant/bar downstairs that stayed open late.

At our arrival at the front desk, the staff member seemed passive and uninterested in checking us in. She didn't greet or welcome us. She asked for our last name, checked us in, and handed us our room key cards. That's it. She barely said 10 words to us. In fact, the entire front desk staff gives the appearance that they are unpleasant to talk to. Mind you, this place was not busy. The hotel is just old and run-down. Our room's fixtures and hardware are old and rusty. The toilet seat moves, and the windows are dirty. Our daughter used the swimming pool, and the skin around her neck turned blue. A quick search suggested the pool might have recently been painted and was not allowed to dry before the water was filled. We recently stayed at the Hilton Regency Waikiki a month ago, and even that location is so much better. The Hilton Long Beach needs to be remodeled, and the staff retrained to provide better customer service. Until then, I will never book with Hilton again.

Parking was expensive and the hotel doesn't have enough parking spaces for their guests. Ended up paying 35 a night in just parking alone. Definitely won’t be returning into this location again. The rooms were very humid inside and the windows very dirty. Couldn’t enjoy the small view that I did have.

Room smelled moldy, the phone did not work, and the bathroom door locked itself shut. My son shut the bathroom door as he walked out from his shower. I then tried to go in the bathroom, but the door knob froze as if it was locked. It was late and I tried calling staff and made several attempted calls, but every option on the phone had a busy signal. Finally, I had to put my clothes on and go down and talk to the front desk where two male agents and a security guard were hanging out talking. I informed them about the stuck bathroom door and they said they have had complaints from other customers about the same problem. The agents told me that it was after eleven pm and there was no maintenance staff available to help me with the stuck door. They said all they could do is move me to a different room, but it was late and my wife and kids were already asleep and all our luggage was unpacked. I then informed them I would work on getting the door open myself. I then asked them why the room phone was not working and they said they did not know why. At this point it was a moot point telling them about how the room smelled like mold. I was very disappointed in this Hilton property. Also the hallway to the room was filthy with bits of garbage and paper all over like it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. We cruise out of Long Beach two to three times a year and always stay at a hotel the night before. We will go back to staying at the Queen Mary.

We spoke with the manager. When we woke up to leave the next morning we had ants all in our room. Every room!! On the walls on the night stand, bed phone. We took pics and videos and showed the manager. He gave us a 75% off for our inconvenience and said we need to report it to you guys that it happened so that we would get the refund.
