Was there for a week with the all inclusive package. Great deal and when I ate on property I ate very well. Also had a spa package and massage another day and both services were very good with great staff. And nice and full spa facilities (pool,sauna, human, cold room…)

The only remarks I would have are:
- For the whole week I was there I was told that all restaurants were “fully booked” for dinner and I was supposed to make reservations ahead of time. It would’ve been nice to know… luckily the staff at the dinner steak house were very kind and accommodating and made “space” and accepted me without a reservation so.. in case, just try asking directly at the restaurant instead of the front desk 😅
- It was a shame that the main pool bar stoped playing the lovely lounge music they played from 10am to 6pm just before sunset… maybe I was there in September and the schedule changes..

The weather was amazing by the pool. Nice breeze and warm sun!
A part from these small details. Great stay. Great staff!
Absolutely recommended and I look forward returning.

The hotel is a very good hotel and is definitely worthy of 5 stars. The food quality was excellent and one of the best iv experienced. Drinks also are very premium on the elevated bliss option.
One thing that lets this property down, is that we struggled to book the premium restaurants, my advice to anyone going would be to contact the hotel prior to going to get some bookings. The other thing, is that, when in the premium restaurants, you can select only a starter a main and a dessert which technically isn’t all inclusive.
This has all the potential to be ultra luxury but there are a couple of things that just let it down sadly. Still 5* but so close to being 5* luxury.

Unreal stay!
The staff were brilliant, the food was unreal, and it was extremely peaceful.
Little touches like taking your suitcases on arrival and making your room ready for bed when you came back from dinner, really made the stay the best.

The hotel was very well presented and clean. Many pools to choose from which was beneficial because although it is an adults only hotel, the main pool attracted a very young, party crowd which was quite off putting for our taste. However, the smaller pools were a lot quieter and more to our taste.

Service in the room was very adhoc, sometimes it was at 8am - sometimes 4pm. Turn down service also seemed to be very random, you either get it or you don’t. We did also have a random knock at the door at 10:30pm to ask if we wanted more towels?!

The restaurants on offer were great but note that they get booked up very quickly so I’d recommend booking those asap.

Taxis were easy to get outside of the hotel and it was close enough to the Old Town and New Town.

The hotel bar was also quite ‘clubby’ and had loud heavy music, again not really our style.

Rooms were lovely and spacious.

Spa facilities were also really great and had a lot to choose from.

Overall I would recommend the hotel to a young couple / group of friends - but perhaps not for a couple that are looking to relax in a serene adults only environment.

We've not stayed at many resorts but were sucked in by the \"luxury with tranquillity\" and \"adults only\" marketing. Unfortunately that's all it is - marketing hype. A few good things - the food at the restaurants (although impossible to get reservations) + the sommelier Anastasia were stand outs. Cocktails were also exceptional; most of the team at the pool were great, there was an incident or two when we had to wait for them to finish their conversations before we were served, and the breakfast team also great.

The Bad: There's no feeling of being valued guests, no recommendations of local sights / restaurants at check in. At the main pool, life guards were more interested in chatting up groups of young women on a party holiday than following up on the large groups of Israeli youths throwing each other in to the pool. The beach is not private (just sun beds) + you're sharing it with rather loud resorts blaring music all day, and screaming children running down the beach. There's no tranquility; music blaring from the beach, the main pool, and the surrounding bars (bring headphones!). Obnoxious guests taking video calls w/o headphones in the bar and in the restaurants; large groups of young men playing their own music at the pool or watching videos without headphones. A trolley outside our room. Room towels of quite poor quality, and often there was no bath mat. Guests reserving sun loungers, despite it not being allowed. So. Many. Influencers. Not really adults only.

For our first time in Rhodes, this resort was perfect. It was in an amazing location only 20/30 mins away from the airport and then only 10 mins away for Old Town. The service was immaculate and all staff were so incredibly friendly and happy to help and chat. The resort it’s stunning which loads of different pool options of different depths, pool side food and drink service and a beach for guests only. The food options are amazing and the food itself is so fresh. I honestly couldn’t fault our stay there at all apart from wishing it was longer. Would 100% stay again

I stayed at this hotel in July for 5 nights. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the junior suite. I have never experienced a nicer hotel, the staff were attentive and there were so many pools to use so that you were always able to get a sunbed. We did the all inclusive package, and I highly recommend this as the restaurants on site are included. My only comment is the issue around sun beds and some people trying to reserve them in the morning, it was noted that this is not allowed but not much was being done to stop this and whilst I feel comfortable moving peoples towels I know this can ruin the experience for some people.

Beautiful hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. It didnt feel overly busy. The food was excellent, only area for improvement was the evening bar. Mostly the serving staff weren't even aware that you had arrived and were too busy talking to the barmen. Mostly other serving areas were much more customer focused. Overall the hotel is great and we would return.

We spent 7 nights at Elissa Resort on the Elevated Bliss package (all-inclusive) and loved every moment. It was our first time in Greece, and we’d return in a heartbeat—we only left the resort once to visit the Old Town!

Room: Modern, spacious, and cozy—felt like a home away from home. The bed was large and comfy with a pillow menu. The minibar was restocked daily, and there were two TVs with YouTube and Chromecast options. The bathroom was roomy, though the open shower splashed a bit. Tip: bring small bags for disposing of toilet paper (not flushable in Greece), a travel iron, and pegs for the drying rack. Only downside: limited snacks (just oregano crisps and sesame bites).

Dining: 4 restaurants: three à la carte (Fourni, Kavos, Masari) and one buffet (Fanes). Book à la carte early, though last-minute spots sometimes open. Food was exceptional—some of the best we’ve had. Breakfast at Fourni (reservation required) was great. Big thanks to Masari staff for the sweet birthday gesture!

Activities & Nightlife: The beach is a 5-minute walk. We enjoyed the pools, bars, and activities like yoga, ceramics, and cooking classes—book early at the guest experience desk. The ceramic workshop with Theo was a highlight. Evenings were relaxed with live music and an outdoor cinema (free popcorn!). A few more entertainment options would be nice.

Staff & Overall: Staff were warm, helpful, and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for a relaxing, high-quality escape!

The best hotel we have ever stayed in so far. Walking around the hotel the grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely - we paid for the cheapest room and ended up with a gorgeous sea view!
Food was the best. We went all inclusive and the lunch and snacks were like restaurant food, not your typical lunch buffet/quick snacks you normally get at an all inclusive. The breakfast was also very nice. The buffet dinner was good, but there wasn’t much variety of meat. We did only eat there one night though, so perhaps the variety was less limited other days.
The room service breakfast was amazing.
The room service and the mini bar was all completely free - which isn’t usually the case for many all inclusives, there’s usually a few extra charges.
The drinks were proper drinks, very well made, not too weak or strong like most all inclusives do. Private beach with comfy sun loungers, sun loungers around the pool were comfy.
There was a lot of pools to choose from and you could always get a sun bed. Complimentary beach bag and towels.
Not much walkable outside of the hotel but both Rhodes town and Lindos are very easy and quick to get to by car or bus.
Perfect hotel if you’re into your wood / neutral decor, love good food and drinks and relaxing.
Would 100% recommend and we will be back.

We had the best holiday here. Way above our expectations.
We arrived about 30 mins before our check in and was shown around and given a drink
We went all inclusive and was definitely the right decision. There’s a buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and snack bars for lunch either at the pools or at one of the al a cart restaurants (same menu). With all inclusive you have the option of having a try of each of the 3 al a carte restaurants on site, and the service and portions are huge. All inclusive also included all drinks. The buffet restaurant was very fancy, and had a wide range of choice, mostly Greek food which changed daily.
Our room was beautiful and overlooked the sea. It was cleaned every day and the free mini bar was restocked daily.
Right on the beach (which is a bit stoney), pools and sun beds were clean and tidy. Towels were provided.
Hotel location was great - we took a bus to the old town one day and spent a few hours there and had lunch. Another day we hired a car from the Independent Car Hire place opposite the hotel complex (very good) and went to Lindos which had a beautiful golden sand beach, and then visited seven springs and a few archaeological sights on the way home. We only hired the car for one day - there was a car park at the hotel but was always quite busy.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und sind leider etwas enttäuscht worden.
Die Auswahl an Speisen sowie die Qualität des Essens hat sich gegenüber des letzten Jahres stark verändert (verschlechtert).
Der Service war ebenfalls sehr eingeschränkt, hier einige Beispiele: An der Pool Bar 1,5 Stunden auf ein Panini gewartet, angebotene Weine nicht verfügbar, 4-5 Gerichte des Menüs nicht verfügbar, Zimmer wurde nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt und dabei vergessen, die Minibar aufzufüllen.
Wir waren im Restaurant Fourni (Fleischrestaurant) essen und haben zwei Mal ein T-Bone Steak bestellt, das leider beide Male vollkommen übergart war, sodass man die Hälfte wegschmeißen musste, was uns in der Seele wehgetan hat.
Einziger Lichtblick an den Tagen war die Kellnerin Georgia, die wirklich alles versucht hat um den Abend zu retten.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel mit guter Speise- und Getränkekarte, leider allerdings weit weg von einem 5* Hotel wenn man solch einen Standard aus anderen Urlauben gewohnt ist.

A relaxing stay, room was clean and comfortable. It can be noisy but overall pretty quiet (we went there off-season). Restaurants are good if you don't want to bother going out of the resort. Spa is decent although quite small. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Location is handy with easy reach to Rhodes town but also to the south of the island.

The resort has a feel of an American hotel. It doesn’t have the warmth and vibe of a Mediterranean hotel. It’s great if you’re a business man or if you want to rest and have tranquility. The grounds are well run and very quiet. For a hotel of that caliber the service was unsatisfactory to me. It’s run by young employees being trained in very specific tasks and an assembly line of service , each having training for their job. So the person serving you drinks couldn’t answer questions about food. They are very kind and respectful but I didn’t find them knowledgeable enough or able to help. The food is delicious, the dining area is clean and the grounds are very picturesque.

Check in very slow , left on the terrace for an hour and forgotten about.
Service very slow in all bars. Waited 20 mins for a cappuccino and a cocktail most days.
Cleanliness mainly very good but other than the main pool the other pools where not cleared of drinks etc.
buffer in the main restaurant was poor food rarely warm. Couldn’t eat in the themed restaurants as fully booked when we were there. Room was ok but had to be asked to be moved , our room looked onto another resort with booming music most of the day , the terraces are so close together if people smoke there is no escape. None of the terraces in the junior suites have any sun during the day so not worth the extra money.

The property is beautiful and all over clean, the breakfast buffet is huge and very yummy. The only concern is the beach, as the Elissa Hotel is an adults only, i do expect that from the „private beach“ as well, which is not really the case. The beach is shared with 2 other hotels, where childern are allowed. the families dont respect the rules and placed themself on „our“ side, which was annoying and loud. The Staff didnt do much about it.

Definitely not an adults only hotel as I saw a few kids and even a crying new born.
House keeping was not good at all. Bed was never properly made, shower gel ran out, a glass I got from the bar on the first night of my stay remained in the room until the end of my stay. Room never felt fresh when returning after house keeping had attending. House keeping sometimes did not come until after 3pm. We left, went in a boat trip and came back and the room still hadn’t been cleaned or tidied with fresh towels which as you can imagine is quite annoying. When checking out, no one offered to collect our bags. No irons in room and you had to pay per item, if you called in the morning and wanted to get your items back by evening you had to pay extra for express service. Around the pool no one comes to ask for your orders. You have to go to the bar yourself. We opted for half board. What they fail to tell you is that you can only eat at (Fanes) one restaurant but you have to pay for your own drinks (including juices and soft drinks) at dinner. if you want to eat at the reservation restaurants you get a credit of €20 to spend which doesn’t cover much. There doesn’t seem to be enough parking. We had to park on the side of the buildings almost every night. Food options are okay. But could be better. A lot of things missing from this hotel that doesn’t reflect 5 star. Which is unfortunate considering the hotel was not cheap.

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had a fantastic stay at Elissa Adults Only Lifestyle Resort. The hotel is stunning, with clean, well-maintained facilities and beautiful views. The staff were very helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

We enjoyed the variety of pools, never having trouble finding available sun loungers. The night bar was a great spot to unwind with excellent musicians, although service was sometimes slow. Dining at the sushi restaurant for a birthday celebration was a highlight, with delicious food and a lovely ambiance.

While the hotel’s food and drinks are on the expensive side, renting a car allowed us to explore and dine in the charming old town, just a 10-minute drive away. The old town’s bustling atmosphere, with plenty of dining and shopping options, was a delightful contrast to the quieter hotel surroundings.

A visit to Lindos and the Acropolis, a 50-minute drive, is highly recommended. Despite a couple of minor issues with pool cleanliness and late check-out arrangements, our stay at Elissa was enjoyable. For those who like to explore, bed and breakfast with a car rental is the way to go.

A nice resort with spacious rooms. We liked the concept of the separate zones with a few rooms around a pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and pool areas were slightly lacking, for example the mirror was dirty upon arrival (someone had been putting their sun cream on and sprayed it on there), also there was a tissue stuffed in a door handle, shower gel was empty, no tv remote, amongst other small things that you wouldn’t expect. The pools themselves were clean but a couple of sunloungers were damaged and the beans from them were spilling everywhere and empty drinks were often not cleared all day. It was also very slow to get a coffee in the mornings at breakfast.

The resort is quiet, which we enjoyed but we did have a hire car so that we could visit Lindos/Rhodes and beaches and although we saw bus stops I think a hire car would be necessary to reach most places.

Overall the complex is nice, the gardens are nice, the breakfast was nice, the rooms are spacious and it was fine for a 4 night break. We went in May and so it was a very good deal but I’m not sure I would want to pay peak prices for my stay.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the start to the end of my trip I was blown away by the facilities (the hotel is breathtaking) but most importantly by the kind, friendly and attentive staff. The operation is a well oiled machine and the staff are extremely efficient and hard working. When I had a problem with a young, rowdy couple in the room next door, this was treated seriously and quickly. I received a follow up call to update me and reassure me that the issue was resolved.

The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you could need. Everything was replenished and the room service and cleaning teams to an amazing job.

The Spa is the best I have visited. Immaculately clean and maintained, the staff are extremely attentive and kind. I purchased the 5 day pass and visited everyday of my trip. The Yoga and Pilates classes delivered by Lydia are a must. She is a fabulous teacher and creates a beautiful and calming space to exercise.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely return in the future

Stunning place. I had a superior room with a sea view which was stunning. The entire hotel is picturesque and so clean, paired with a sultry ambiance. The staff were so polite and friendly too. Location is good, Old town Rhodes is just a 10-12 min drive away. Airport is 20 mins away or so. Cannot fault this hotel, so much to do here at the resort and on the beach (plenty of water sports activities) would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Rhodes. Clean, calm and great weather. Private bungalow was lovely, really spacious with a great sea view. Complementary airport transfers late check out were a nice touch. Food options not that special room service sub par.

So beautiful, but have to wait hours for room service to delivery coffee items. Often having to ask multiple times. Noticed the floors were pretty dirty and towels/bed sheets typically have black/brown markings on them.
The staff were very lovely, kind and helpful and the 15 pools meant they were very quiet which was great!
The beach was gorgeous, however beds were reserved every day so could rarely find a space, despite the hotel mentioning reserved spaces will be removed.
Buffet for breakfast was great! But lunch/dinner options were very expensive and the buffet €45 per person for mediocre food.
Very beautiful hotel, but maybe not quite worth the expensive price you pay.

Lovely hotel and great location around 30 minutes transfer from the airport.
The hotel has some lovely restaurants only downside is you need to be big on beef and seafood! The buffet is themed daily however the food is the same! Breakfast is chaotic and again after a few days is very repetitive. The downside the staff ask if you’re paying for the food or drink bill via cash or to the room, then present you with the bill mid meal. They need to chill, priority seems to be wanting to take your payment. The rooms are not cleaned to a high standard, the floor is dirty, not swept or hoovered and everything is dusty. We stayed at Elissa which states is an adult hotel however we have at least 6 kids under the age of 15 in our ‘sharing pool’ not good enough! Either update the policy or stick to your advertising! Late check out doesn’t exist, they keep you waiting until the night before and proceed to tell you you can have the room for €72! This hotel still needs fine tuning, room for improvement!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is amazing, quiet and relaxing. There are many pools so we did not have to worry about finding a sun bed and the hotel is in a great location to travel to other areas of the island, for example Rhodes Old Town.

The only downside was booking taxis, as when you book one via the hotel you are given a number, but the taxis take a long time to arrive (up to 45 minutes some days) and they also add a hotel booking charge to the fare.

I travel a lot for vacations in hotels around the world, this is definitely the worst hotel I've been to. The service is terrible, they don't fill the mini bar with drinks even after you ask and when you order a room it arrived after two hours!! My husband was not feeling well and we invited a doctor to the room, they charged us 150 euros to take a temperature and give a prescription for paracetamol. disgrace. We left the hotel the day before because it was bad

I travelled to Elissa Lifestyle resort alone and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in! The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. My room was perfectly clean and spacious and I only had a sea view room so I can imagine the other rooms upgraded from this are even better!
The food is amazing and has a great variety, the hotel help with transfers and private taxis to anywhere you need to, there is also a bus stop located near the hotel if you’d prefer.

First time in Rhodes and we absolutely loved staying at Elissa Lifestyle Resort. It was so conveniently near the old town which was great but still just far enough to be nice and quiet.

The hotel itself was superb in all aspects. Clean and numerous pools meaning wherever you went it would never seem crowded. The design and styling of the hotel, layout and openness was really relaxing allowing for beautiful vistas of the coast and blue sea.

My wife and I are are vegetarians and we went half board and were really happy with the variety of options (Amazing salads and pasta!).

Staff in particular were the epitome of warm and welcoming. Every interaction was positively pleasant.

Of note, the spa is located in the sister resort next door (walkable 5mins) and was really lovely. There is an indoor pool and steam room etc but just a heads up, there is a nominal fee to use this.

Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely want to come back to Rhodes and Elissa. Two small things to mention that would make it even better would be first to have some benches along the coastal walkway to sit and enjoy the views even more. Secondly, whilst the spa was amazing as were our treatments, the rooms would benefit from some sound-proofing acoustics from the outside pool areas. These points do not detract however from how much we enjoyed our stay.

It was well designed and we liked our room looking over a pool and the sea. The idea of having a series of pools for each ‘block’ of rooms was great. It’s a short taxi or bus ride to Rhodes Town and also some pretty bays and good beaches are within easy reach by bus or car.

The hotel’s aesthetic was nice, but it was still under construction. The service was terrible, the staff didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t care. The food was terrible and to a poor standard and everything was really overpriced, as well as having to wait 1-1.5 hours to be served in the morning. Only taxi you could get was if you asked reception and then you had to que and the taxis charged a lot lot more than a taxi back from the same place

Appalling service for a ‘5’ star hotel!

Great property, newly built with high spec facilities. This is unfortunately let down by extremely poor service. Staff is new, and unsupervised. They talk back to you and do not take accountability. Training is the big issue here. Yes the resort is new and the family resort is not ready so there was a major overspill to the adults only resort. Service is a major issue though, coffee at breakfast can take 45mins, long queues for breakfast, room is not made up till nearly 2pm, letters asking guest to check out coming on the wrong day, staff knocking on the door at 830am even when it says do not disturb, broken umbrellas at the pool areas a major safety issue, safe not working in the room, internet was completely cut off for hours so tv and phone was not working, couldn’t even call reception! Room service taking over an hour. Aircon cuts out in room all night. Poor massage service, staff was completely untrained. Orange juice at breakfast is from a carton, it’s not freshly squeezed! Adults only zone has babies crying. Taxi service during leave hours takes about an hour as staff is unorganised, taxis coming and leave without guests in it and staff can’t find the guests who booked it. Construction noises ruined the chill out time at the beach! List goes on and on..never seen this in a five star resort. Shame because the property is great and has high potential! Guest relations manager did take feedback and are striving to improve conditions.

Das Hotel ist ein Adults-only-Hotel und macht insgesamt einen sehr schicken, modernen Eindruck. Man merkt deutlich, dass die Anlage kürzlich renoviert wurde.

Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt ist der Strand bzw. das Meer. Der Strandbereich ist mit dem benachbarten Helea-Hotel verbunden und durch ein Seil im Wasser voneinander getrennt, was optisch nicht besonders ansprechend ist. Zudem war es trotz Adults-only-Konzept am Strand teilweise recht laut durch Kinder aus dem Nachbarhotel.

Außerdem ist der Strand stellenweise sehr steinig, was den Zugang zum Meer etwas unangenehm macht

Das Hotel ist eine große Anlage, die wunderschön gestaltet ist. Durch die vielen Pools gibt es immer eine freie Liege. Die Restaurants sind wunderbar, ebenso wie die Zimmer und das Personal.
Der Strand ist schön, wenn auch klein. Das Wasser leider je nach Wetter nur mäßig sauber.
Was man unbedingt wissen sollte, ist dass das Elissa Hotel zu einem Resort gehört und direkt daneben das zugehörige Helea Familienhotel liegt. Heißt: Kinder sind bis auf Ausnahmen zwar am Strand nicht direkt zu finden, aber eben direkt nebenan. Und da es im Meer natürlich keine Abgrenzung geben kann…. Auch die Animation von nebenan schallt einem entgegen.
Die Animationen und das Programm im Elissa Hotel sind vielfältig, auch wenn trotz Ankündigung nicht alles statt gefunden hat. Das Wine-Tasting ist hervorzuheben!!!
Leider schallt die Live Musik am Ende sehr stark in die Zimmer, zumindest alles rund um den Main-Pool.

Um aus dem Hotel zu kommen, muss man einmal durch das ganze Resort. Hier hilft bei Bedarf das Personal mit Golf-Carts. In näherer Umgebung zum Hotel gibt es ein paar gute Restaurants, ohne Mietwagen, Taxi oder gebuchten Extras, von denen es viele gibt, hat man aber fussläufig nicht so viele Möglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in wenigen Minuten in Rhodos Stadt und das ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Sowohl am Tag als auch am Abend.
Wer am Pool relaxen will und abends gute Drinks und live Musik an der Bar sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Hotelanlage war super, sehr groß und schön, der Blick auf das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider gab es mehrere Probleme mit unserem Zimmer und dem Service. Unsere Minibar hat seit Tag 1 nicht funktioniert. Nach 10 x nachfragen und viel Nachdruck wurde die Minibar dann am 4 Tag ausgewechselt. Des weiteren Schließen die Türen nicht richtig, man muss wirklich viel Kraft aufwenden. Dadurch waren die Türen in unserem Gang sowie auch bei uns, des Öfteren noch offen, nachdem das Putzpersonal oder ein Servicemitarbeiter im Zimmer war. Dadurch konnte jeder der wollte einfach in das Zimmer gehen, was wir auch angesprochen hatten, es hat sich aber nie einer darum gekümmert. Ich habe einen Cesar Salat auf unser Zimmer bestellt und auch das war eine Enttäuschung, er bestand nur aus Salatblättern und ein wenig geschnittenem Schinken, kein Dressing, kein Hähnchen und kein Parmesan. Nachdem wir das angesprochen hatten bekam ich einen neuen, der genauso aussah. Nur diesmal war ein Dressing dabei, seperat und es schmeckte nach gar nichts. Ich erwarte bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel etwas anderes. Aus irgendeinem Grund dachten auch alle Mitarbeiter beim Essen das wir kein AI haben und sagten uns jedes mal das wir upgraden müssten um zu essen, nachdem sie dann immer nachgeguckt haben, sahen sie erst das wir doch Allinklusive haben. Das Essen am Buffet war dafür sehr Lecker und die Coktails waren auch gut. Leider war der Urlaub nur halb erholsam, da man sich die hälfte der Zeit nur geärgert hat.

Gün içinde ne zaman istersek oda temizliğimiz yapıldı. Kafanızı çevirdiğiniz her yer havuz. Havuz başında barlar var. Her şey çok keyifli. Açık büfe kahvaltı hizmeti güzeldi. Ürünler kaliteli. Şikayet adı altında bahsedebileceğimiz tek şey çarşafların ekşi kokusuydu. Onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi, her şey kusursuzdu. Teşekkür ederiz.

We were waiting 30minutes to order drinks and the bar stuff was just focused on young drunk ladys and some of them also went to the room with the ladys. For me it‘s a NO GO in a 5* Hotel and it was not just one time.

Das Hotel kann leider nicht empfohlen werden. Die Reinigungskräfte erschienen erst gegen 15–16 Uhr, wodurch die Zimmerreinigung sehr spät erfolgte. Mehrfach wurden die Handtücher nicht ausgetauscht, und die Reinigung insgesamt war unzureichend. An meinem Bett befand sich am Nachttisch Schimmel. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption kam ein Mitglied des Personals, wischte mit dem Finger darüber und erklärte, es handle sich lediglich um starken Staub. Eine Beseitigung des Problems erfolgte jedoch nicht. Viel zu teuer für diesen Preis :) Die Umgebung ist ebenso sehr laut bis um 4 Morgen hört man die Leute noch…
