Check in late at night and front desk was less than courteous. Returned to the room 2nd night and the ceiling was leaking from the floor above. Part of the ceiling fell and continued to drip. A different front desk person was on duty and super helpful, immediately changed our room and called maintenance for repair the next day.No frills hotel, no breakfast included but lots of nearby options for meals. Just outside main entrance to UBuffalo North Campus.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always happy with the service and the rooms.
We especially like the kitchenette... It comes in very handy!
However, the service we received upon check in this last time was disappointing. The girl at the front desk clearly didn't want to be there.
We will likely stay again, with the hope that she isn't working during our stay.

The hotel was pet friendly… but didn’t really have a designated area for pets to do their business. There were piles of dog poop all over the grass in front of the hotel. Most pet friendly hotels have a designated area with poop bags and treats, this hotel did not.

Yes room was not cleaned sheet was dirty the soap and shampoos where not filled the counter was dirty the room was kept at all. not also the room above was very noisy banging the floors all night.
Also having a conversation with your staff i was told they never clean properly the staff brings her own sheets towels and lysol wioes when she stays in hotels that says alot. I want a refund i will go further on social media about this.

WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! The staff is always amazing and always so willing to help when needed. The rooms are always clean, and no bad smell anywhere in the hotel. The rooms come with just about anything you would need but the front desk has a borrow locker if needed. Good safe area, lots to do around. Seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

Love the quality and the quietness I felt safe in my room love free washing and drying my clothes I had one incident and think if they had cameras in certain areas would fixed the problem with clothing going missing and I really didn’t know you would have to clean your room yourself because of short staff my dishwasher leaks while on and stink was not working properly but I would stay again for sure

Staff was nice. They let us check in at 1:15 pm because we had to get dressed for a funeral. Air conditioner wasnt working good in the bedroom. We called about it nobody never came to check on it. Things could have been cleaner around the hotel and I didnt realize when booking they didnt have continential breakfast. I dont feel it's worth the money paid.

No ac in bedroom only common area. Did have a bathroom vent fan to bring in cool air to bedroom but wasn’t efficient enough had to keep door open and rattled terrible. No soap in bathroom. Phones did not work to call desk.

Great hotel & exceptional service at front desk. Not full service but good if you don’t need that. Just complimentary basic coffee in lobby which is fine (not breakfast) & Kitchenette came in handy, but food scent can linger in room. Comfortable room, poor AC design

We came to the hotel to get relief from the extreme heat and reserved a 1 bedroom suite. The air conditioner was in the main living room, there was not anything in the bedroom. The design of the room was that they put a hole in the wall near the AC unit in the living room and screwed a vent cover on each side of the wall that went from the living room to the bedroom, which was a terrible design. The coolness only dripped into the bedroom, so we had to leave the bedroom door open (which was a problem for my autistic daughter who needed the door closed). Even with the door open the coolness was limited and made it difficult to sleep.
The overall hotel was clean, the employee we encountered was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, except for the heat.

The room was fine. I couldn’t find any remotes for either of the tvs. Didn’t bother asking it was only 1 night. But they took my card for incidentals and I’ve been charged for 2 extra nights. I’ve already called once without resolution. I’ve stayed there before but now I’m not sure I’ll stay again for that reason. It shouldn’t happen in the first place but I also shouldn’t have to call more than once to have erroneous charges reversed.

The front desk manager and staff were friendly, helpful, and answered many questions. The cleaning staff were very helpful too. The bedding and bathroom linens were fresh, clean, and fluffy. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. The living area, sofa, recliner, bar stools, and computer swivel chair were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and a generous size, I could accomplish a lot, and my stay was relaxing and productive.

The lobby and room were clean. But there was often no one at the front desk. At night when it was dark out anyone could walk right into the lobby without needing a key card. And while it’s next to a couple other hotels, it’s also next to a motel that has windows boarded up. Not sure if it’s even in business. One night a man was sprawled out in a chair in the lobby asleep. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female.

Wasn’t a busy week or weekend and did not have a room ready before 3 pm front desk personnel told me that rooms would not be ready for at least an hour because she had to check each on each one . Went instead to another hotel across the street where with no surprise they had rooms ready
