I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The Bistro/restaurant was great. The bartender, Lindsay, was pleasant and efficient. Their fries are the best and the Buffalo fried chicken sandwich was yummy.

Last night there was a large group of people having a party outside the window for several hours. At 1030 pm, i called the front desk to see if they could talk to them, nothing happened .

Other than one cleaning woman, the staff was not friendly at all, it felt like you were annoying them with any questions you had. The cable tv wasn’t working properly and when I asked about it, the front desk woman said they know and it’s always like that. There were stains on the furniture and one of the walls in our suite, and we were kind of bummed they didn’t provide free continental breakfast for what the price of the rooms are.

Upon checking into our room, we discovered the bathroom was completely clogged. I immediately contacted the front desk, and a maintenance worker was sent. This individual entered our room without greeting, introduction, or even basic eye contact - an interaction that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He made an unsuccessful attempt to fix the problem, then left without explanation.
When the problem persisted, we called the front desk again. On this occasion, Scott Marshall assured us that the matter would be fully resolved by the time we returned from a concert that evening, and that the superintendent would personally ensure it was fixed. Based on this assurance, we left confident that the issue would be handled.
However, when we returned at approximately 1:30 a.m., we were shocked to find that nothing had been done. I called the front desk and spoke with Raven Beckles, who stated there was no record of our earlier calls or the problem. To make matters worse, she implied - gesturing toward my partner - that we had failed to communicate the issue properly. This insinuation was false, disrespectful, and offensive.
Ms. Beckles then informed us that no other rooms were available and instructed us to use the public restroom in the lobby for the remainder of our stay. This suggestion was not only wholly unacceptable but also degrading and unsafe. We had paid for a private room with functioning amenities, not a compromised experience requiring use of a public facility.

MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! In the bathroom! Reference pictures. There is no way these housekeepers do not see the mold. Black mold!!! How can they clean everyday and not address the mold that looks like it’s been there quite a while. I was so disgusted upon seeing it I don’t even finish my shower. Disgusting and unacceptable!!!

When we went to the front desk to complain about the crazy amount of kids in the hot tub, the staff went over and above to get us access to the next door facility hot tub. They provided us with new umbrellas and offered us shuttle service. We were most pleased with the staff and the room itself.

The security guards were not very nice at all. They had multiple sports teams staying there, and group got yelled at for things the other teams were doing, and they knew it was not our girls and we’re rude to numerous parents. The refrigerators don’t work so that was the food also wasted.

The room was very clean and spacious and I loved how hot the water in the shower was. My favorite part was the jacuzzi, after having a long week I really needed that. I highly recommend this hotel.
