Hotel was in a great location near the airport, food and entertainment. The staff was friendly overall throughout the stay. The issue for us with the hotel were the guests. Verbal arguments, screaming kids throughout the evening, guest coming in a screaming, swearing down the hallway at 1:30am. Clearly no clue on how to act like an adult and responsible person. Breakfast on Sunday was not ready at 7:00am so we left early to get food outside of the property. Would consider staying again but think twice about those that are attracted to the hotel and perhaps book elsewhere.

The breakfast had no eggs or sausage. Their was a sign that said it was due to supply chain issues. I think that is a wild excuse in March of 2026. There was also no milk for cereal. Staff was kind, rooms were nice but breakfast was frustrating.

MASSIVE disruptions all night by rowdy people and was NEVER resolved by management. Call front desk twice to no avail. Had to deal with ourselves. Had ZERO sleep. Talked with other guests in the am and they got zero sleep due to the disrurbances as well. Will NEVER stay here or st any other location ever again. Stay elsewhere, tons of better places in the area. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Breakfast ran out of bacon and eggs, so they substituted them with Jimmy Dean that I wouldn't eat. Transit Rd is very busy at times, so bring light ear plugs. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby within 10 min walk for fast food or a few places to sit and eat. Was budget friendly and my lower fair reviews are tolerable for most.

Terrible hotel stay. I requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The ceiling was falling apart, there was mold, and the room was filthy. The towel was disgusting — I didn’t notice until the smell hit me, and when I fully opened it, it had horrible stains. Using it gave me a rash. The general manager hid and refused to speak with me. Completely unsafe, unhygienic, and unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

Worst La Quinta experience ever. Ice cold room due to ac unit having a gap letting 30 degree outside air in. Asked for a different room or upgrade and was told this was due to hotel being renovated and all rooms were the same condition. Used washrags to cover gaps. Was there 2 nights, no housekeeping. Would have left but no car due to visiting friends who drove us everywhere.

The hotel was generally clean, which I appreciated, but there were several issues that affected my stay. It took an unusually long time for the room to heat up, which made it uncomfortable, especially upon arrival. Additionally, the room itself is in need of updates. The ceiling was peeling, and the walls looked poorly painted, giving the space a worn and neglected feel. With some maintenance and renovations, this could be a much better experience.

Check in was adequate. Not a warm or friendly welcome. Just enough to make the transaction. There were random ppl hanging out in the halls and lobby, which made me alert travelling with 2 young girls. I didnt feel unsafe, but not super safe like I have at other hotels in the area.

The hall outside our room smelled like a mix of cigarettes/weed and air freshner.

Breakfast was incredibly disappointing. 815 am, no sausages, eggs soggy slop bread was hard from being left open. No yogurt or fruit. My daughter is celiac and had limited options. I asked the attendant if there was any optionsnor more yogurt of fruit. He looked over and said. No. I suggested he check out back. He did. Came back and said no. Blamed there being no delivery. Not empathetic. He truly did not care and continued mopping spilked milk.
It was truly disappointing.

A late night weekend check-in was a little protracted as the check in clerk was obviously new but ultimately got it done. The continental breakfast was self serve, but nontheless one of the best continental breakfast offerings I've encountered. The room was clean, odor free. Bathroom needed a little more TLC but was otherwise OK. Staff was great, and did their best to accomodate any need. Just short of excellent for a room in it's price class.

When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy. The Check-in clerk was friendly and gave me directions to my room and told me the times for the complimentary breakfast. I got a great last minute deal on this hotel. The location is convenient. The hotel has had a face-lift at some point. The exterior looks nice. The hallways and lobby are nice. The staff was nice. The room itself wasn't as nice as i would have hoped. Lousy remodelers had done sloppy work in my opinion. The shower leaked all over the floor. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. My room was odd in that it had a small window in the corner with cheap miniblinds on it. No curtains. And then a huge wall with no pictures or anything. The easy chair was stained from years of use and had some sort of cracker crumbs on it. There was a burn mark on wall in the bathroom which seemed strange. The lampshade was broken on one of the lamps. And none of the lightbulbs shared a similar wattage bulb or color warmness theme. I wouldn't rule out the hotel for a good price. The breakfast was great. But I'm not sure it lived up to the 8.0 rating. I feel bad to be critical. But it wouldnt take much for this to be a better stay.

Property needs maintenance. Broken items in room. Not accessible for anyone in a wheelchair, small walk-in shower, and could barely reach rod in “ closet”. Breakfast selection barely adequate. Powdered scrambled eggs every day. Desk clerks, tried to be helpful and were friendly. Housekeeping was a nightmare. We stayed four days prior to this stay and had service twice during that time only on request. Never had the room fully serviced. Very large TV for a small room and good selection of channels, including several HBO selections. Be aware, no pool and couldn’t find any fitness center.

The hospitality staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Fruit was available all day. Tea, coffee, and juices were available all day. The cleanliness was excellent. Even the business services were excellent. The parking was spacious, and there were five electric car chargers. I truly enjoyed my 22 nights at this hotel.

While the hotel west clean, they're were a number of issues.

1. The room was freezing cold when we entered.. 54F. Had to turn on the heat and wait for it to warm up whilst shivering.
2. The heater made a lot of noise all night. The only reason I did not complain was because my kids were already asleep.
3. The hanging towels appeared to be dirty. Not sure if they were but it was kind of gross.
4. There's a nasty smell of chemicals throughout the hallways and the room.

This was a wonderful place to stay, and we’re very glad we booked it. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and welcoming.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buffalo, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I was charged by Expedia $XX.XX for the room. When I arrived to the Hotel, the clerk told me that the card I provided for additional consumption charges was declined. So, I provided a different card. Now I see hotel charged me for $XX.XX + 20% and the only additional was a bottle of water, the most expensive I paid in my life. So, the hotel charged me for the room again and even more than Expedia. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We stayed there 4 nights. Our room didn’t get cleaned once. I went down and told them 2 separate times. All they did was give me garbage bags, and fresh towels and asked me to bring my garbage and linens down to them.
The garbage in the lobby as soon as you walk in was over flowing and never got changed. I witnesses two employees argue about who was supposed to change it, and both refused to do it. The morning that we left, it was finally changed.
On the upside, the breakfast was good, and the dining area were well maintained.

Staff are friendly, breakfast was average and the parking is very easy. I had requested a crib for our infant which the staff confirmed was available, however, it was my responsibility to bring the crib from reception up to the room. As well, the room was clean enough however the sheets were very worn and almost every towel had some yellow staining. Throughout our two day stay, the hallway had a consistent smell of weed perhaps from another guest not following the no smoking rule in the hotel. Overall was a below average experience and disappointing considering the cost per night.
