. The room was not as clean as advertised. The rug was stained and the room did not smell freshly cleaned. The breakfast area was extremely small and uncomfortable, so I did not even use it. The staff’s customer service was poor. The pool was advertised but closed, which was very disappointing, especially for my child. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

The pool was out of order, no one seemed to know why. I expected a little more for the breakfast. the certificate of operations for the elevator expired 1-31-26. there were people standing out side of entry doors smoking pot. that's all you could smell on the second floor. All in all it was one of the worse places I have ever stayed in.

The beds were really hard. There was constant marijuana smell that came into our room door, slamming all night remote did not work to our TV. Could not adjust the heat and there was a picture ripped off the wall did not sleep well at all we were completely exhausted our whole mini vacation breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent.

The the bed, bathroom, and the rest of the room was overall very clean. The carpet was a bit stained and dirty, but otherwise fine. When I had to stay longer than originally planned, they switched me to another room with much cleaner carpet.
