Hotel location is great and the rooms are comfortable. I did not rate 5 stars for two reasons: My room was below the breakfast area and the noises start around 5am as they arrange prior to opening. If you are a light sleeper like me it will wake you up. Second, they failed in securing my taxi upon arrival even though I had a long communication chain making the arrangements. They said that \"the messages are read in Lima and it did not reach them\". This is a terrible excuse and they should have offered some consideration for the failure which they did not.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk to the centre anytime, and it's easy and convenient. The staff were all nice and friendly. However, remember that when people open or close the door, you can hear them. There is a window in the restroom that is not a vent. I highly recommend it still!

This place is very upscale for the cost and the area. It was a luxurious escape from the other stays I had. Felt like a king in the signature suite! Fabulous large breakfast buffet included. Super comfy bed. Stellar huge fancy bathroom and incredible water pressure and very hot water, which isn’t guaranteed in Peru. Great staff and superb location. Would highly recommend!

Really nice and charming. It looks newly renovated. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. Only two things to be aware of, the rooms are on the smaller side. It’s perfectly fine if you are solo but I can’t see how one can share the room I had. Also if you are on the first floor and across from the front office it can get noisy from people hanging out in the courtyard waiting for their pickup. If possible ask for a room away from the front.

Overall it's a very nice hotel, across street from the Coricancha (\"The Temple of the Sun\"), a few minutes walk to the the central Plaza de Armas. The included breakfast was good. The frontdesk room has water and teas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night I stayed in a room quietly located at the second floor, but the other four nights our room was on the first floor in the courtyard, there's noise from both upstairs and the courtyard. The free Wifi quality was terrible.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING - THEY ARE ACCURATE. The biggest downfall of this property is that there is no insulation from room to room and it is LOUD AS HELL. The hotel is right next to a bar/club that blasts unbelievably loud music until 5am. I did not sleep. By the time the music ended, the birds were chirping (which was also incredibly loud). I told the attendant and he simply promised me the noise would stop at 1 am. It did not. Also, because the windows aren’t real sealed windows, and are loose pieces of wood covering the openings, you can hear EVERY person walking, talking, in the hallways and other rooms. I could hear every movement my neighbor made in the bathroom (literally listened to the echos of him use the bathroom throughout the night - it was disgusting). Also, the rooms are microscopic with no air system or fan or ventilation. Very claustrophobic. Room would have been perfectly clean if cleaners remembered to change the garbage from the people before me. Area is PHENOMENAL. Right in the middle of the fun stuff. If you’re a young kid looking to party or you just dgaf, then this is the hotel for you. If you actually need to sleep and be comfortable, don’t book this.

Abittare was a lifesaver and Beatriz, the front desk manager, is a blessing. After staying in a home stay for several days, I was desperate to find a quality hotel at a good price in an area where I need it to be. This hotel for filled all of those needs. When coming back to Cusco, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is tucked away a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas. It is modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I found it very walkable and easy to locate for local tour guides. It didn't bother me, but would note that the insulation is a little thin so you are able to hear other guests and music (from the local bar). It wasn't noticeable until the weekends so I would recommend bringing ear plugs or headphones. I put a sound machine on and couldn't hear the music, so it was great! The staff went out of their way to help me arrange transportation to and from the airport and I LOVED that breakfast was included! Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, very loud. Room was small but had all the necessities. Major frustration was check-in process. Arrived at 6 am, was told that we would be able to early check-in around 11am. Came back at 2:30 pm and the room was not ready and unsure if it was going to be ready by 3pm (regular check-in time). Fortunately, it was, but upon entering the room, smelled like major bleach disinfectant and there are no windows to air it out.

The hotel is a very cousy building with a combinations of Spanish and modern architecture. The rooms are very spacious and have all the basics you need for your trip. Where the hotel is located is a plus, only a few minutes walk from the main square \"Plaza de Armas\" with many shopping and dining options. This a recommended hotel for your stay in Cusco.

I absolutely love this hotel. Stayed here twice during my trip to Cuzco and the Sacred Valley. The hotel is convenient to all of the sights and shops, has a fabulous breakfast and well appointed rooms. Friendly staff and quick and easy check in.

I stayed here twice,the first time on the 16th June, I pushed the boat out and booked a junior suite, it was room 204 and it smelt of drains, there was and abundance of air fresheners so I knew they already knew about it. Heating for this time of the year not sufficient. I have returned home with chest infection.

Stayed Two nights and left for a week in Machu Pichu and stored my luggage at hotel. Came back for a night and our luggage was waiting in the new room for us. Breakfast was much better than the basic \"continental\" included breakfast you would expect. Excellent location and friendly staff. I would recommend to family, friends and plan to return. My son and I shared the two queen bed room. Clean and spacious.

Abittare has a great modern design in the rooms and common areas. We enjoyed the central location to the main square, and there are several nearby restaurants. Room size is small and was hard to fit two full size suit cases. It was also quite noisy many times throughout the day. Breakfast area is nicely designed, and the food options were quite good. The room is clean but too small and no air unless having the window open facing the corridor. The breaskfast was good. The hotel charged me extra 10% of service fee in USD at the hotel separate from the price fully paid which they say it is charged to every customer. They should clearly mention it when booking is made so people can be aware of extra hidden charges for the total price. I also noticed that the staff at the reception went through my passport other than the ID page, it seems he was looking through it to find out whether I had already been Machu Picchu which he should have asked me directly!
