Reception was open on arrival and staff was friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in near by restaurant. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was conveniently situated with nice outlook on fields (edge of industrial estate). Shower a bit small, coffee and tea making facilities much appreciated. We would stay again on our way to the South of France.

We use this hotel as a one night stopover when we travel to and from Spain.The only orioblem with the room was that the fridge didn't work - not too bad in April but more of a problem in high summer!

We arrived Sunday late afternoon and despite the reception notice saying it would be open it wasn't- we use this hotel as a one night stop over to and from Spain a couple of times each year and so checked ourselves in and got Room 40. This had a very noisy fan in the roof or plant room above. As I am a light sleeper I would have asked for the room to be changed but as no one appeared at reception all evening it wasn't possible. Not too happy about this!

Stayed in this hotel one night on my way from Spain. The hotel was very easy to reach from the Motorway. It is of very nice design. All the family liked it. The rooms are comfortable. Bed was comfortable and room overall was in very good condition. Breakfast was also good although not a big selection for the buffet. But all was very very nice / beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly. The child enjoyed the design a the Ferrari full size model in the restaurant.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice. However the room was a bit disappointing. The pictures I found online represented a much modern room. The look of the room I got was much more modest. We had a room with one single bed and one queen bed and it was pretty tight. There wasn't much space for our luggage. There was an air conditioning unit and a mini fridge but we didn't use either. The shower was pretty small and the shower head needed some repair as it was spreading water all over. Still the bed were comfortable and it was quiet.

We use this hotel as an overnight stop-over on our way to Spain. Its very convenient as its a short drive (5 minutes) from the motorway down to Clermont Ferrand. It has a fridge in each room and we can re-cool all our picnic stuff for the next day,.and it will take our cat with no problems.

The hotel is a little frayed around the edges but offers a good overnight stay. The fridge and the few free goodies inside are a nice touch. The location is just off the motorway and is very easy to find. We weren't charged for our pet cat.

Rien de bien exceptionnel dans cet établissement mais que demander de plus pour ce prix ? Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. La chambre est vieillotte, la salle de bains est minuscule. Le personnel par contre est très sympathique que ce soit le soir à l'arrivée, le matin au petit déjeuner et au départ

Peut-être un peu vieillote, mais bon nous étions là seulement pour une nuit, ce qui a largement fait l'affaire.
Un gros bémol est le manque d'ascenseur, donc si vous avez une valise lourde c'est potentiellement galère.

Rarement on a été si bien accueillis comme nous l'avons été hier. La réceptionniste, très sympathique et très professionnelle, nous a tout de suite réservé une chambre pour handicapés lorsqu'elle à vu le macaron sur la vitre de la voiture. Elle a donc donné une autre chambre aux personnes qui sont arrivées avant nous...
Une chose qui serait utile dans la chambre 3, c'est d'avoir 2 chaises. Cela évite que l'un de nous deux s'assoit sur le lit. Mais ce qui est surprenant, c'est que c'est le meilleur hôtel des 4 qui sont à Saint Victor, et qu'il soit moins cher. Les autres sont d'une qualité et une propreté qui laisse à désirer (nous l'avons constaté). Donc, maintenant nous sommes 100% Kyriad !

Hôtel pas entretenu dommage : lunette des WC qui ne tient pas, porte de chambre qui ne se verrouille pas quand on sort (chambre 33).... et nos amis chambre 32, lunette des WC pareil qui ne tient pas, robinet du lavabo devissé de la base ce qui provoquait des fuites d'eau en dessous et leur mouillait les pieds.
Dommage, il faudrait un technicien sur place qui puisse reparer ces petites choses car nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil le 1er jour et rien n'a été fait....

Une nuit au Kyriad St Victor
Nous faisions une halte entre l’Alsace et l’Atlantique car nous avions besoin de repos pour ne pas faire la route en une seule fois; nous avons occupé une chambre pour PMR, très bien très propre, il manquait seulement de quoi poser nos affaires de toilette sur des étagères afin de ne pas les mouiller et ne pas les laisser au sol car même si une personne à mobilité réduite peut se tenir debout, être obligée de se pencher pour fouiller dans la trousse de toilette est parfois difficile, il n’y avait pas non plus de tapis anti glisse dans la douche dont le revêtement glissait un peu; pas de barre pour mettre sécher les serviettes de toilettes. Certains occupants sont bruyants et ne retiennent pas les portes qui claquent, des enfants courent au dessus de nos têtes mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais de tous ceux qui manquent de savoir-vivre…..que faire pour le bien vivre ensemble ?
