We stayed one night here as part of a motorcycle trip. The location of the hotel is superb - right where you want to be - history, bars, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes. La Rochelle is a great place and I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in.

The loo could have done with a good clean - stains on the bottom - otherwise a very pleasant stopover.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel hôtel situé dans un bâtiment historique de La Rochelle. L’emplacement sur le Vieux port est idéal afin de découvrir la ville et visiter l’aquarium. La literie était confortable, la chambre propre et le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner bien garni offrant des produits variés pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Chambre sans âme pour ne pas dire froide (toute blanche). J’ai eu l’impression de passer la nuit dans une chambre d’hôpital. Lit pas confortable, pas de verre dans la salle d’eau et une forte odeur d’égout.

Très déçue. J'avais couché parking dans mes critères de recherche sur le site avant de réserver car c'est indispensable pour moi.
Or il n'y a pas de parking pour la clientèle dans cet hôtel.
Nous devons-nous garer dans un parking souterrain payant ou alors dans la rue si on a la chance de trouver une place payant aussi.
Il y avait une odeur très désagréable dans ma chambre quand j'y suis entrée. De plus la salle de bain est vraiment minuscule on sort de la douche on est sur les toilettes presque et cabine de douche étroite et pourtant je fais un mètre 54 et 55 kg. Pas de couverture supplémentaire juste une fine. Et c'était assez bruyant heureusement que j'avais les boules quies car j'ai réussi à entendre du bruit même avec.
Par contre le personnel est super. L'emplacement est très bien aussi à deux pas du vieux port et des restaurants. En plus il y a un Carrefour city au pied de l'hôtel qui ferme à 22h. Très pratique.

Après une panne de véhicule nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre sur place. Malgré le fait que nous étions clients aucun remboursement des 3 chambres réservées et même pas de geste commercial. Le calme et le confort en centre ville.
L'hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre ville face au port sur une place calme non perturbée par les soirées nocturnes dans les cafés qui sont de l'autre côté du port. La gare est à 5 minutes à pied. La visite de la vieille ville peut ainsi se faire à pied. L'accueil est parfait, les conseils sont excellents. La chambre est confortable, la literie aussi. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié avec des produits de qualité et un tarif largement justifié. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Hôtel très bien situé sur le vieux port, grande chambre pour 5 personnes, le hic il n'y a pas de rideaux sur la porte séparant le lit des parents des autres et un miroir qui permet de voir l'autre côté, pas de gel douche et la lunette des toilettes mal fixée et qui bouge.

J'estime que vous auriez pu faire un geste commercial vu que les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas changées sauf si on en fait la demande, (juste un drap de bain), uniquement un gel lavant tout des cheveux aux pieds...
