No air conditioning, lots of noise, house keepers make a lot of noise cleaning, neighbor playing music, the bathroom has poor lighting, if you need to get an iron: be ready for some serious drama. The hotel is clean in a nice area.

Solicite una bebida a la habitacion y se les olvido, me toco bajar por ella. El desayuno bufet, no tenia huevos, que ya salian, pero 15 mins despues .. nada. Iba a tomar jamos y queso, pero el jamos estaba vinagrado. Le comente al servicio que eso no se podia servir asi, y que debia salir pues tenia un compromiso a las 8. Me parece que dejaron ese jamon.

The price that I paid per night at this hotel back when I stayed in December ($130-141) was reasonable for the value. And I had enjoyed staying there! However, the price was hiked up too much at once after this Raisnand now would never consider staying there. The manager of the hotel should not be SO greedy!! Raising the price by 10-20,000 pesos I could see (this in pesos) ... or $5 to about $150. But it's so sad when greed enters the picture!! 😕

At the time of checking in, the front desk charged me for a sales tax (IVA) that I'm exempt since a was visiting Colombia as a Tourist and I'm not residing there, based in your guidelines you are only required to pay this tax if you're staying more than 60 days or if you're a Colombian resident. I made my formal complaint to management the next day but they never refunded me as they should. The amount of tax that I paid was about US$24.

You always treated as special guest, professionally and friendly and always are looking for your pleasant stay . The hotel is really really good looking the ppl there is okay still wondering why they ask my girlfriend many times for her ID if we both check in at the same time !!! Also the elevator didn’t work for a week, the first Sunday the shot water and light of for 2 hrs , and every time u ask for something ppl seems to don’t know anything!!! Nice and quiet place buy too far away from the center of bogota. It may take 50 minutes in car at rush hour. Rooms have no ventilation at all, not even the windows open, which means you can’t breathe fresh air if you want to. At night too many noise is heard from corridors and other rooms. We were woken up at 2am 2 times don’t know if confused

The great thing about this hotel is the price and location. Since it wasn't a \"tourist\" trip for us, we were not interested in any attractions, we were just spending the weekend in the city. This area is walkable, there are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Photos are nicer than the actual rooms though. Not that the rooms are in bad shape, but don't expect what you see in the photos. Had trouble sleeping the first night because I could hear the TV from the room next door! Sometimes you could hear the people downstairs as well.

At check in we checked in two people and yet two days later when returning to our room we had been locked out. For the most part pretty good, except tbe experience at breakfast yesterday morning. The waitress brought us the coffee but she never went back to pick up the dirty dishes and to offer any possible refills. Even orher mornings the waitresses were not too professional, meaning that you have to offer service in a consistent manner. We really hope that very urgent actions need to be taken inmediately. We were promised by the reception clerk that changes were going to happen ASAP. We thought about cancelling for the reservation for 29 of January til Feb 1st, but we decided to give it another try. Thanks for your valuable cooperation!
