The property is situated in the middle of a large industrial park. Very difficult to get to by public transport. No restaurants close by. Reception is only open until 8:00om and closed in the afternoon. The reception is very helpful. But for the price the room is clean and sufficient.

However the staff a friendly and helpful and the rooms are as ever clean and functional.

Réservation en ligne payée mais l’hotel m’a fait payé à nouveau sur place. Engueulé par la personne à l’accueil téléphonique, qui me dit que ce n’est pas son problème ! Une honte. De plus le parking est dans le même etat de désuetude que la chambre qui sét la cigarette, tellement abîmé que le bitume bombé à arraché le pare-choc de ma voiture. Aucûe excuse de l’hotel qui precise que c’est un parking public et qu’ils ne peuvent être tenu responsable !

En comparaison avec d'autres hôtels première classe, la chambre était plus petite, sans micro onde ni frigo individuel, par contre un MO et un petit frigo dans le hall pour tout le monde .

Un séjour d’une nuitée passable mérite une son 3/5. En effet, difficile d’accès sans voiture surtout le dimanche (pas beaucoup de bus), chambre convenable un peu poussiéreux à certain endroit comme en dessous du lit mais au vu du prix on ne s’attendait pas à mieux !

La borne pour récupérer les clés le soir était en panne. La carte de la chambre était indisponible dans le boîtier prévu et on a dû attendre 40 min que quelqu'un arrive, avec 4 enfants petits à 21h30... La personne n'a pas présenté d'excuses au nom de l'établissement à son arrivée. Nous étions plusieurs à attendre devant la porte. Si ce genre de désagrément peut arriver, un peu de respect ne ferait pas de mal.

De la moisissure, partout sur les joints, la porte, le plafond.
Poignée cassé. Pas de distributeur de savon en place. Chewing-gum au plafond, un sol dégoûtant.
Et je ne parle pas de la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur le local technique….
Bref, mieux vaut éviter.

Hormis un accueil sympathique entre la chambre vraiment exiguë et mal insonorisé douche comme a l hôpital le séjour fut très court car alarme incendie a était déclancher vers 6h du matin et même si ce n ai la responsabilité de l établissement la personne d astreinte na jamais répondu au appel téléphonique personne n avais a ce faire mal parler par le gérant car ce sont nous les clients qui avons subi ce désagrément.il aurait était quand même agréable d avoir un remboursement de la moitié du séjour

Par rapport au centre de la Rochelle, cet hôtel est très bien situé. Le lit est confortable. Le bémol c est la taille de la salle de bain, très exiguë. Passage très étroit entre WC et paroi de douche.

Non avons Appelez l'hôtel pour quelques renseignements la personne désagréable. Le jour de la réservation la personne était agréable. Mais nous a pas donné de Facture du paiement de la chambre.Quelques heures après notre départ. Une personne à essayer. de payer avec le dépôt de garantie de cartes. Que j'avais laissé auparavant pour. La réservation. Donc me faire régler 1 seconde fois ! Par la suite il m'en téléphoner en me disant que je n'avais pas payé de sejour alors que j'avais bien payé en espèce. Tres mauvaise gestion.

Chambre vraiment exigu avec des toilettes collées à la douche, la peinture du plafond se décolle. Une des serviettes de toilette était déchirée. Pas de bouchon pour le lavabo, il faut jouer avec la prise d'antenne cassée pour pouvoir regarder la télé et j'en passe....

Un homme à l'accueil le 2ème jour pas très agréable... voir agressif verbalement. J'ai demandé 2 oreillers supplementaires pour mon oncle qui sortait de l'hôpital...il s'est énervé en disant qu'il s'en était fait voler et que c'était dommage mais que les bons payaient pour les mauvais! Le soir à 22h30 il y a une une grosse altercation sur le parking et dans le hall de l'hôtel. J'ai su le lendemain que c'était avec le même homme de l'acceuil avec des clients... Super pour le calme quand on sort de l'hôpital.... Je le déconseille fortement.
