I asked is there's a different one I could have, but they said it's the same standard chair... Rarely I encounter this situation, as usually they find an alternative.

The lady at the desk was on a personal call while checking me in. She lied and told me that the late check in fee would be taken care of the following morning when I ask the manager, but we were still charged. There was cigarette burn holes in several parts of the comforter, stains on the comforter, stains on the mirror, mold specks on the wall above the shower head. I had to speak with the manager the following morning and she was nice enough to credit the money that we were charged for late check out due to the other ladies rudeness and being on the phone and misinformation.

i stay here often and usually leave no reviews good or bad experiences, but this time was awful. i got a non smoking rm and it reeked of cigarettes i immediately called the front desk to alert this issue they had said “i don’t know why it smells like cigarettes, maybe someone was in there and just smoked? they aren’t supposed to. i don’t know why it would smell like that” the only thing offered to help was air freshener which did not help much. my boyfriend who is allergic to cigarette smoke dealt with watery eyes all night and my sinuses were messed up until we left. and the bathroom was also awful, nowhere to set anything down and the shower leaked. like i said im a regular here and never say anything about anything but this was awful. $150 to be uncomfortable the whole time was not worth it this time. but the keys worked and that’s always great!

Everything in our stay was great! The only thing I had a slight issue with was that there were no coffeemakers in the rooms. Coffee was only available in the breakfast area in the morning! Super sad! Besides that our stay was fantastic!

Had it not been for our very late arrival we would have turned around and got our money back. Extreme low end hotel comparable to a crack house. Dead bugs on floor, hairs in tub. Slept ontop of bed as was worried about bed bugs. Woken at 3AM from someone smoking and set off fire alarm. Sat in car until fire dept departed. Horrible. Canceled next night and went somewhere else.

I really hate to complain, but the first thing that turned me off was my toilet was dirty. That drives me absolutely crazy. The TV remote did not work. The bathroom door was absolutely filthy needed to be repainted. Then the lock on the door was broken. All the screws were out except one. You could hear everything through the walls and to top it off the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to leave the hotel and there was nothing wrong. Then it was so noisy after that because no one could go back to sleep. I was basically up all night. Sorry, but I would not stay there again.

No sheers on the windows so had to keep the drapes fully closed all the time. Tub faucet constantly dripped. I wouldn't feel very comfortable if I'd had my kids with me.

This hotel was among the worst my family has ever stayed in. The water in the entry was a nice touch but other than that the room we were in was disgusting. So many things were wrong with the bathroom. I have included photos so no one else has to be subjected to the filth. We had been traveling for over a month and this hotel was the worst. I suppose you get what you pay for. The rate was good, but the check-in staff was rude. The grounds around the hotel are severely overgrown and unkept. Once in the room I was mostly fine, however it did smell weird. There was mold or something on all the baseboards in the bathroom, and I was on the ground floor and woke up at 2am to the police in the parking lot outside my window with their lights flashing.
