This was the grossest dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff was so rude, the room smelled horrible, the towels and bed linens were so dingy. I have a really hard time believing that they ever clean the place. I should have saved the $150 and stayed in my car.

**Beware before you book**. I booked on Expedia and the website clearly shows breakfast is included, however the next morning (last week I was there) when I go down to use I am told by front desk clerk (Alex) that they only provide a grab bag due to a license issue. It was a brown paper bag and a bottle of water.

I complained and told them this should have been mentioned at check in and Alex was no help, only mentioned that he is only front desk clerk and cannot do anything. I asked for the manager and was told she (Cindy) is also not there and I never saw her, nor did she contact me post my complaint. The second day I complained again to Alex with same result (nothing). He says I mentioned to manager but nothing done.

This is a totally deceptive booking!!! **Be aware that you will not get any resolution**

The hotel is also very dated and in dire need of a refresh. The interior hallways had musty odor and I stayed 2 days and no one even threw out my trash from the room while I was there.

Totally unacceptable with the lack of quality and service and for sure, Shame to Days Inn / Wyndham for putting your name of such a substandard property. I will never use or recommend this chain or property again. Know before you go!

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! if we hadn't gotten in so late from our flight with small kids and werent as exhausted as we were, after getting into our room I would have turned around and demanded my money back. We wouldnt even use the bathroom unless absolutely necessary and left as soon as we could in the morning. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and also was full of mold. The bedspread was covered in stains We only saw in the morning with natural light since the room lighting was so bad. The fridge was broken. The toiletries they gave us were used, wallpaper peeling off everywhere. I have never made the decision to not shower in a hotel before, but i wouldnt even walk in it without shoes on, and used towel was on the floor.The paintings on the wall were damaged and covered in filth. The pillows in the bed were not pillows but some 10x10 inch bumpy things, not even decorative pillow size. We woke up and since it was light in our room my husband was able to see a filthy pair of underwear on his side of the bed! The whole place was filthy and smelled terrible. We didn't even chance the breakfast which was why I picked the place. The whole place needs to be torn down! NEVER WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is updating to be more currant and up to Wyndham resorts standards. Great price for the night with Breakfast and shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
If you don’t mind a bit of an aged room ( decore) but great customer service….this place is it. Going to be really great once everything is updated.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.

Out of all the stays in our lifetime, this was the absolute worst hotel, if you want to call it that, we have ever had to stay at.

Staff was unhelpful. Didn't care what issues you had just wanted to get their money.
Room reeked of pot. Look like a run down dirty inn in a bad horror movie.
Charged for a night we didn't stay there even though Hotels.com requested them to not charge us.
Worst place to stay in all our history.

Don't ever go there or risk it. Most unprofessional group of employees ever. You will have a terrible experience.

This stay was the worst I have ever experienced. The room was extremely dirty with filth on the walls, carpet, and bathroom. The bathroom had mold. I have photos of this room.
There was no breakfast the next day, nor coffee provided at all. The staff had no answers for this and when I asked to speak with management, they said “management is new owners and won’t be able to help you right now or give a refund”.

The room was ok but I thought for the price the bathroom would be cleaner. My stay overall was ok at best. The walls all down the hallway were dirty, holes in the carpet. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the tv as if I was in the room next to me. Luckily the staff moved my room for the second day and it was a lot better. If you are expecting breakfast, don't. There was cereal and bread but that's about it, no protein at all. I guess this is what I should have expected from a Days Inn but from other reviews I was expecting better. The only upside is they were great about me having a new puppy for an extra $40.

Some people should not own hotels or run hotels especially if they have no experience. This place was probably very nice at one point. The only good thing was the rooms were clean and somewhat comfortable. The rest of the property was atrocious-the hallway on the second floor smelled like urine, mold and old cheese. The elevator and stairwells were filthy and smelled of wet mold. The walls haven’t been painted probably since the 1980s. It looked like nobody is investing any money in upkeep. And when leaving early in the morning, you would think they would at least have a pot of coffee on. The guy gave me a hard time when I asked him about this and in very broken English repeated his breakfast hours. Stay here at your own risk.

The hotel is run down and everything looks dirty. The room was so hot when we arrived as the A/C was off. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room itself. The toilet tank cover was mismatched. The furniture was chipped, and the blanket was super thin and the pillows small and lumpy. Wallpaper peeling, looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the toilet was very low. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport.

This property was very unclean and felt very unsafe. I checked in, walked down a long hot hallway with doors open, pot wreaking from rooms, and people lingering in doorways. The room itself was clean, but I felt very unsafe in this hotel. I made a reservation in a different hotel and left shortly after checking in.

The good—the hotel shuttle picked us up from the airport at 2:30 AM!! The person at the front desk was nice, even at that hour, which when your flight has been delayed over and over is worth a lot. The morning staff when we had to leave 4 hours later was also nice.
The bad—it’s an old, 2-star type hotel. It’s right by the airport and on a busy road, so it’s noisy. The breakfast was a pre-prepared grab and go bag, like we used to get during COVID.
The ugly—there was a strong marijuana smell in the lobby when we got there. The door to our room squeaked so loudly that we figured we woke everyone up on our floor both coming and going. But the worst was that the little night stand between the beds had something sticky spilled on it and there were some sticky spots on the carpet.

The pros, this is this hotel is walking distance to the airport, an accommodating hotel shuttle bus. And most importantly, the least expensive near the airport.

The cons: the hotel is not well maintained but at those prices, it 's hard to expect much more.

If you're not too picky about esthetics and you want a comfortable room close to the airport. This is the place to stay!

I had 2 rooms they were not dirty just dumpy. Both bath tubs had rust in them. There was no pool as advertised. no hot breakfasts just grab bags to go. Restrooms In Lobby was locked had to ask for key from manager. Walls had scuffed marks. When speaking to manager about conditions made excuses what advertised said had no knowledge what was being said explained 3rd party was the blame. I asked for refund.

It gets the job done for an overnight stay. Very close to Bradley International Airport and lots of dining choices nearby. The A/C worked great and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. On the negative side, it’s very dated and could use a total refurbish. Don’t bother with the free breakfast. Other than juice and coffee, sparse offering of maybe a bagel and maybe cereal. I didn’t look very hard as there was not much to see there. Easy check-in and check-out and plenty of free parking available. There are definitely higher quality hotels nearby but I was traveling for a family funeral so picked online without real comparison on price or amenities. It earns its 2 star rating which is not a complaint, just a fair assessment. It does the job as a place to rest overnight if traveling. I’ve stayed in much worse.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms spacious.
However, there was no open breakfast, as advertised, just a grab and go bag with sugar laden snacks and a bottle of water. Good coffee was also available, but only during breakfast.
The toilet was very low and difficult to rise and sit. There was evidence of some mold and rist around the trim in the bathroom and the tub was stained yellow. Not enough towels or toiletries for a double queen room.
The woman on night shift was very helpful and tried to accommodate for the lack of breakfast choices, but in the end could not.
If your expectations are simple, the place is adequate, but if your are looking for creature comforts, go somewhere else.
Also, it seems that someone tried to brak into out car during the night.

On one hand this property scored high marks for cleanliness. However that became a downside in this case. A properly cleaned tub floor become like a sheet of ice making a simple shower very unnerving, worrisome, and huge liability risk! To add to this danger, the shower lacked any grab bars to help support in the effort to avoid slip falls! Further, even when I suggested/requested a tub mat from front desk staff, I was told they “are not allowed to use tub floor mats” and didn’t show any concern over my obvious concern for myself and other guest for slip fall risk! She just blew me off to return back to her conversation that appeared to be of a personal nature with a visiting friend.

Also receiving low marks in my review was maintenance of this property. The room heating unit was in disrepair. The cover was not secured and was only partially in place covering the mechanical parts of the appliance. Further yet, it did NOT effectively control room temperature. It only blew one Temperature which was not as desired and set on the unit’s thermostat. Cold when needed heat and vice versa!
The toilet had a malfunction as well. I suspect a bad flapper in the tank as it sounded like a constant leak and fill process every few minutes. And, to flush the bowl, users had to hold the flush handle down for about 19-15 seconds until the flush finally occurred. Again, when I asked this to be repaired at front desk, I was blown off. Lastly, the room’s mini fridge unit was bad.

Change the information on your website there is no little marketplace to buy food. There is no breakfast being served, but an offer of a bag breakfast. Trouble with the vending machines. Place is really rundown badly and some of the clientele were pretty disgusting shouting obscenities in the hallway. I would never want to go back there again.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to BDL, and after reading some positive reviews.
I’m not sure how long ago the reviews were written, but the property looks like it needs some attention, and I was very disappointed that Wyndham has it’s name associated with this place!
Initially, I was given a room, and when I opened the door, saw the bed was unmade, so I returned to the front desk and was then given an acceptable room.
Next time, I will spend more $ and stay somewhere else.

The property was overall not well kept up. I had stayed here previously-it was good enough to go back, but we will not be returning again after this trip.I had 2 rooms, both had a musty, not clean smell upon entering the rooms.Nothing looked overly clean, there were stains on some of the bedding/towels.The pillows were half the size of normal pillows.The toilet paper holder was broken.The deadbolt in one of the rooms looked “patched” together-didn’t make it feel safe. Would not recommend.

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived from New Haven the evening before for a 6am flight the next morning. If I hadn't prepaid for the room I would not have stayed. It is very tattered and desperately in need of a freshening up. The toilet splashed water all over the floor when flushing. The sink was slow draining as well. I did not shower because I was too grossed out. Right after going to sleep I was startled awake by a pounding on my door. A man yelling for me to open up or he would go and get a room key from the front desk. It turned out to be a policeman at the wrong room. Very concerning!!! Once I finally went back to sleep There was all night partying in several rooms. People yelling, Doors Slamming All night. I finally got up and left the hotel around 3:30 and went to the airport. I was on the 1st floor and the door to get in with a key was left propped open all night. When I left the all night party was still in full swing. I paid $128 for this room and learned my lesson the hard way. The ONLY plus of this hotel is it is very close to the airport. There are many other hotels nearby so pay a little more. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

We arrived late after a flight, around midnight. It was just a one nighty stay before we hit the New England road. Check in was quick. I asked if there were bottled waters in the room. Nope. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room. Nope. I had to buy $3 small water bottles from a vending machine. The room had torn curtains and dirty rugs. The shower was slippery and had no rail to hold onto. I have neuropathy in my left foot and was damn near terrified to slip and fall. After i got out of the shower, I went to dry my hair and the dryer did not work. I heard the maintenance people in the hall, and I told one the dryer did not work and asked if I could get another one. He ran up and down the hall over and over. I waited with the door slightly ajar. When he returned he tried to hand me a PLUNGER! A USED PLUNGER. I am not kidding. My son woke up when I yelled NO NO NO NO. I pointed to my wet hair and made the blower noise, and he laughed and came back with a working dryer. We did not have breakfast because it was all SUGAR products. No protein. Junk food. I would not stay here again, I would make the drive a few more miles for something more suitable.

They need to share information regarding room cleaning ,beddings and providing blankets on the beds and not a thin bedsheet that does not keep you warm in bed.

Very disappointed client .wonderede if this was really a Windham property.

The building was dilapidated and curtains torn, carpet dirty and smelly. There were buckets in one hhallway to catch water from a leaky roof, ceiling panel was missing there also. In the room there were multiple cobwebs in the corners that just made me feel icky. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone

The breakfast menu was limited to packaged foods and waffles. there was limited fresh fruit. The coffee did not taste good. I think it was old. I took one sip and tossed it.

The parking was limited and if you parked in the back, you had to walk all the way around the building to enter through the front because the back doors did not have a key card lock/unlock. The TV has 2 remotes with no explanations about how to use them (they should consolidate them or leave a note to explain. The second floor ice machine did not work at all.

The room was very clean though the towels were thin and rough.

The hotel is in disrepair and dirty, hall carpet torn and dirty, entrance door broken and filthy, room carpet was filthy looked like someone vomited on it and was never cleaned, carpet torn, toilet seat was not attached, bathroom door rusted, wallpaper in bathroom moldy and torn, wallpaper in room torn. I only stayed one night if I had reservations for more than that I would have left. I stayed there several years ago and it was nice, now it’s gone downhill into dirty disrepair. I didn’t stay for breakfast I left soon after waking up.
