This property is terrible. No staff availabile to give you fresh towels.They dont clean the rooms on a daily basis nor check rooms to replenesh required supply on a daily basis.

They need to share information regarding room cleaning ,beddings and providing blankets on the beds and not a thin bedsheet that does not keep you warm in bed.

Very disappointed client .wonderede if this was really a Windham property.

The building was dilapidated and curtains torn, carpet dirty and smelly. There were buckets in one hhallway to catch water from a leaky roof, ceiling panel was missing there also. In the room there were multiple cobwebs in the corners that just made me feel icky. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone

The breakfast menu was limited to packaged foods and waffles. there was limited fresh fruit. The coffee did not taste good. I think it was old. I took one sip and tossed it.

The parking was limited and if you parked in the back, you had to walk all the way around the building to enter through the front because the back doors did not have a key card lock/unlock. The TV has 2 remotes with no explanations about how to use them (they should consolidate them or leave a note to explain. The second floor ice machine did not work at all.

The room was very clean though the towels were thin and rough.

The hotel is in disrepair and dirty, hall carpet torn and dirty, entrance door broken and filthy, room carpet was filthy looked like someone vomited on it and was never cleaned, carpet torn, toilet seat was not attached, bathroom door rusted, wallpaper in bathroom moldy and torn, wallpaper in room torn. I only stayed one night if I had reservations for more than that I would have left. I stayed there several years ago and it was nice, now it’s gone downhill into dirty disrepair. I didn’t stay for breakfast I left soon after waking up.

This place is a dump. So they use the parking lot for an airport parking service (LAZ Parking, if I recall the name correctly). You end up using them for the hotel shuttle. This place is rundown, with the lobby - that isn't all that nice - being by far the nicest area.

The room is awful. Cheap, Big Lots type of furniture with the laminate coming off of it. You can tell the original carp came up the side of the walls to make a baseboard. They just sliced it at the floor to put laminate in its place...all of which was curling at the edges most likely from previous water damage. The shower drain was probably chrome decades ago but is just fully rust colored now. Bubbling wallpaper, as expected.

TV was small, as you'd expect for a budget place, though I never used it. Fridge was loud but made for good white noise and it ran constantly - I never opened it. No idea on the heat/AC as it was cool out and I decided to just keep my hoodie on and not run it.

I should have spent $20-30 more on somewhere better. I won't make that mistake again. Positives are that it is within walking distance of several places to eat and I didn't hear any noise the entire time I was there.

The room was quite dirty. The bathroom floor was covered in hair and the walls and ceiling had mold. The shampoo was never replaced and was used. The room had a musty smell. Beds were okay and clean. Carpet must have been dirty as our socks were black. Across the street from an airport. The hotel is a direct path for a runway, so very loud.

You know how sometimes you stay in a place that's pretty terrible but it has one redeeming quality that makes it okay? Well, this is not one of those places. I have stayed in many a dive but the level of filth, noise, grime, and disfunction should remove this property from every online travel site. The furniture, walls, and flooring in my room (121) were so dirty, damaged, and grimy it looked like it had been the scene of a dog fight. The bathroom door wouldn't close because of a problem with the hinge and there was mildew everywhere. When I went to take a shower, the water would only get just to just barely lukewarm--too cold to wash my hair. There was a very visible large yellow stain on one bed spread and many smaller stains on the other. If I had not had a bed-roll in my car to throw on top of the bed, I would not have been able to sleep in such filth. The paper thin walls and my proximity to the vending machine were so loud I was awakened every hour. The parking lot was so full (I'm guessing they let people pay to leave their cars)I circled the lot several times before giving up and parking on the grass. If you are looking to experience the neglect and exploitation of corporate late-stage capitalism, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your $125 and sleep in your car.

This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!

The hotel was filthy. The room had a terrible odor, the entire floor was sticky. The bathroom counter hadn’t been wiped down and the mirror had toothpaste spit all over. Once I realized the sheets on the bed had questionable stains, I checked out and went to another hotel. Sometimes cheap isn’t worth it.

Sheet had some kind of brown/black stain on the edge of the top sheet. Not knowing if it was a fresh smear or older stain, we removed the top sheet.

Carpet had a bump in it that felt like the underlayment scrunched under the carpet.

You can see your car from your room, that's a plus for me, and they have so many entrance from the parking lot, I like that. The air conditioner/ heating system was working perfectly fine. The beds are really comfortable. The breakfast was really light nothing great. And maybe they need to fix some stuff on the hotel/room that are getting old.

The place should demolished and rebuilt! Guessing there are health and safety violations. Some switch’s in the room didn’t work. Heat/AC unit made terrible noise. Bathroom door was delaminated and wouldn’t close. Carpets where beyond point where they could be cleaned, both in room and in hallways. Window curtains were falling down. Bed blankets were so thin, they provided no warmth. No extra blankets were available. Staff was nice enough, but they don’t have much to work with.

Nice hotel for an airport overnight. Price is good, rooms are nice and clean, staff is phenomenal. My son’s flight was delayed an hour, making his arrival 11:46pm - cutting it close for the midnight check in deadline. I called the hotel and the woman who answered put my mind at ease. She said she would send the shuttle and stay at the desk until he arrived.

I didn’t get the breakfast though because there's better restaurants nearby. I would stay again if I needed to. Parking was limited at night so keep that in mind.

Hotel is outdated with minimal upgrades. Thr room was dirty, the sheets were stained and not changed along with the bed topper. Nothing looked wiped down and the bathroom was dirty. The wall behind the toilets needs repaired. Clearly housekeeping dosnt clean they only make the bed to look clean and nobody is double checking. I mean it was 6.8 stars and budget, but nobody wants bed bugs and it should be better than sleeping outside.

There was cigarette and Marijuana smell throughout the hallwalls. When we checked in there was a person hanging out the 2nd floor window smoking. I understand the snow probably just melted, but there was trash throughout the parking lot as if they dont clean it. There was people up all hours of the night. The room was clean and smelled clean. The breakfast on the website stated it started at 4:30. Went down at 4:30 and there was absolutely no breakfast only coffee.

This site needs some TLC. The drapes in the room were in shreds. The laminate was peeling off the furniture. Toilets were functional but very dated. The options for breakfast were limited, and the microwave was not working. There were no sugar substitutes available.

The waffles were great and the staff was very cordial.

The building is very dated, wallpaper paling at seams in halls and rooms, the furniture has a lot of wear and damage.
It was clean other than my shoes sticking to the bathroom floor a bit (probably residue from a mop bucket)
The breakfast wasn't much for a Saturday morning i was hoping for a muffin but all they had was bread, 2 yogurts waffle maker and fountain juice. And the coffee i didn't even bother to investigate.
But being the 2nd cheapest in the area you get what you pay for.
All i needed was a place for my son and I to sleep for the night.
Over all i would stay there again but i would never bring my wife there as is.

When traveling I expect clean and safe. This was neither. The door lock was broken and room was dirty. The family in the room next door were screaming at each other for 3 hours and management was not able to resolve and were not able to move me to a new room quickly. Ultimately I canceled the rest of my reservation and moved to a Marriott.

They did not have any coffee maker or coffee in my room, no ice container for me to get ice from the ice machine maker, they did not change my towels in my room daily, and the bathroom toilet is broken, once you flush it it keeps on running all of this was in my room 220. I will never stay at that days inn ever again. Even the parking lot was horrible not plowed very good snow and ice everywhere very dangerous for seniors and people with disabilities.

The whole hotel smelled like pot and nasty mold Oder. Fitness center was a joke and probably never is cleaned. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was a joke. Parking was ridiculous. Staff: A+. Was loaned the only shovel after the snowstorm.
Amenities: Hot water: A+. Refrigerator: A++ (separate freezer and refrigerator compartments. Everyone should have this).
Room: Cold air leaking in around HVAC causing runaway heating. Turn it off, room gets COLD. Turn it on and ROAST. A towel underneath? Shower: showered morning of 2/5/2026. Went to shower 2/6/2026 and there was standing water. Terrible odor. Did not shower.2/6. Breakfast is carbohydrates (oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels, toast) and fruit (apples, oranges), coffee, orange and apple juice. A protein would be nice (eggs?) but there is no kitchen.

All that.. and it's only a minute from the airport to a bed. Two story building and there IS an elevator.

Turn unit on and roast or off and, truly, it does get cold. My solution: brought a blanket from home. Restroom needs a lamp over the sink area.

We were put in room 202 on a very frigid Saturday before a big snowstorm. I called the front desk at 10:15pm to ask for extra blankets and help with our heating unit which was set properly but was only blowing in cold air. I also asked about the possibility of switching rooms and we were told that everybody in the building was having that problem so it was not worth it. No one came to check on our heating unit or bring blankets. We ran out to Walmart to buy a space heater, but it could not contend with the barely insulated walls and the whooshing air coming in through the cracks around the heating unit. I called the front desk again at about 4:30am because my partner and I could not stay warm in the room, as reflected on the thermostat on the space heater that we bought - the room was only up to 47°F. I asked the night shift person for extra blankets, and he brought me a thin sheet because no blankets were available.

In the morning, I went to cancel our second night so we could stay somewhere else, but the morning shift front desk staff were appalled at how we had been treated, came to confirm that our heating unit was not working, and showed us other rooms we could switch to in the newly renovated section of the hotel, which were better insulated and had wonderful heat. So the first night was absolute crap and the second night was quite comfortable, which is why it’s not a one star review. This was our second visit, but I can’t promise I’ll stay here again.

Too hot at any fan setting. Must wake at night to turn unit off. Refrigerator has separate freezer and refrigerator sections (!GOOD!). Good hot water. Single overhead light in bathroom throws shadows. Slow draining tub. No rugs. Cold floor. No overhead light in room, it's DARK. Very good office chair: rises enough for desk work. One AC outlet at desk (base of lamp has two with one dedicated to refrigerator) is not enough. Breakfast is make-your-own waffles, cold cereals, bagels, juice, coffee. No protein. 24-hour McDonald's next door. BEWARE: DRIVING HAZARD: Days Inn signs at entrance and exit on Ella Grasso have dead bulbs and are NOT lit. Staff replaced dead lamp bulb on request.
