It felt very unsafe. Someone was banging on my door and I asked the front desk for help and they were of no help at all. They even said they were \"checking the cameras\" and no one was there which leads me to believe they either lied or the cameras do not work. They told me to come to the front desk even though I said I felt unsafe even going to the door. Very unprofessional, rude, and disappointing.

I walked into the room and the tv was on and had fallen off the wall! I reset it back onto the bracket on the wall as I didn't want to be blamed/charged for that. No insulation/noise-reduction in these rooms; even though the motel had many vacancies still put me right next to someone who was up banging around at 2am.

The groundskeeper neglected the courtyard. This pet friendly motel is ringed with dog droppings that never gets cleaned up. The other owners just let their dogs dedicate just outside their doors.

The room was nasty. There were cigarette butts put out in the air conditioner/heater. It smelled like cigarettes so bad we had to wash our clothes twice. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. Someone was also blasting music in their car right outside of our window from 10pm to 2am

Room was horrible. Bedding all had burn holes in it. Tons of foot traffic in and out of rooms with sketchy people. Room next door had loud yelling and banging all night. Called front desk at 2 am and he spoke to them, but I ended up leaving at 4 because they didn’t stop. Staff was apologetic but def didn’t offer any refund of any type, which was very rude. Def would not recommend this to anyone who wants to sleep.

It was so dirty I could not stay had to request a refund and just leave I booked 5 hours prior not only did I not get the room I booked but it was so dirt I could not bring myself to sleep there and I’ve been on the road for 17 hours at that time. Decided to keep driving. I would not recommend anyone to stay at all. And this was all I could see just bug lifting up the sheets

This place is a dump. The room was gross. The fridge had some kind of pink fluid that had leaked inside. It was so cold it froze and ruined our food. Stains and holes in the comforters, blood and fluids on the walls, smashed dead bugs on the walls, metal objects jammed into live outlets. Oh, and the building is directly in line with the airport landing strip only 1000 feet away. Planes typically stop coming in about 1:30am or so.

Cooler worked well but it was cold so turned on heater and it lasted two times then just cold air. Could hear people next door having sex at 2 am.
Bathroom door would not close all the way. You couldn’t lock it. Half a joint on the stairway steps . I said we needed to check out at 4 am but the guy wasn’t there so had to leave my key and didn’t get my refund.

The room was clean and simple. I was there to sleep only. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great! The microwave was perfect for making my hot tea in the morning. The tv did not work as I tried to watch the weather before bed. The planes are loud flying overhead but they didn't bother me once I was asleep. The only reason I couldn't give an excellent rating was because I had booked a non-smoking room but the room really smelled like cigarette smoke. Again I was only there to sleep so I let it go but if non-smoking rooms are not available you might not want to advertise them. I would stay there again if I could be guaranteed a non-smoking room. Thank you!

Room key card was deactivated DAILY, had to go to front desk every day when I got off work (11:00pm) to gain access to my room. Very noisy place — you can hear every plane landing, and there were people wandering around that made me feel unsafe. At night, some drunk guests near my room blasted music so loudly that even after the receptionist politely warned them, they continued. The staff member at the desk was nice and tried to help, but overall I felt very distressed staying here. Honestly, it’s not worth saving a little money — better to pay more and stay somewhere safer and more comfortable.

The place was clean, the price was good, and maintenance is fine, but it is aligned with the landing strip at the nearby airport and landing planes frequently pass very close overhead - all night long. They are extremely loud This totally disrupted my sleep. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, though this is not the fault of the staff or ownership.
