An exterior door to building 6 would not close. This is a major safety issue for your guests as non key carrying individuals can enter at any time.
The bathrooms door hinge was falling off and a massive dent/crack was in it. It was a hollow door and looked like someone kicked it hard. I made sure to call immediately upon walking in and report this to ensure I would not be blamed. I was told “oh we will write a ticket”. How was this not seen when the room was cleaned after the last guest?
Additionally, the entire hotel smells of cigarettes and marijuana. Save your money and stay anywhere else.
The only reason I am giving it 1 star is because you cannot give 0.

Breakfast was okay and could definitely use some improvement, especially considering the cost (the hot food was lukewarm and not that tasty but it did the job). Coffee was good.
Plenty of parking.
The room as a whole was spotless and well appointed, but the dining table and chairs have seen better days and could do with being replaced.
Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware; full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric stovetop were great to have.
The living room area furniture wasn't very comfortable but did the job. The couch didn't have any back or side cushions so I used the pillows from the bedroom to make it more comfortable for lounging.
Bed was super comfortable.
The bathroom was small and didn't have a vent so steam from a hot shower just floated around and condensation was an issue, especially because it was too cold to open the windows and vent the room.
I stayed in a queen suite.
Great value for the price, but the $250 incidentals fee was not indicated when making the reservation and canceling when I was informed of the fee meant losing the $400 I paid to reserve the room. I was on a budget and couldn't afford to lose that kind of money. On a positive note, the incidentals fee was returned to my bank account within an hour after checking out.
They don't accept cash.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.
If you are a Hilton honors member and book through a third party site, you will not get any points for your stay.

The staff was friendly. However, when checking in, we learned that the hotel had discontinued the shuttle service to the airport. When we booked, we called the hotel to verify the 24/7 shuttle. We were told it was discontinued on January 1. We were never notified. This was the only reason we booked this hotel the night before our flight. We ended up ordering a Lyft ride, which was an additional expense we hadn’t planned on.

The first room they gave us was never cleaned. The second room they gave us the mircowave stopped working after one use. The toilet flushed slow like it was blocked up. No dish soap or sponage to wash the dishes. They did bring it when i requested. There was less the half a roll for the papertowel.
There was 250.00 deposit. The breakfast not good. For a suite the room was small. Overall was not happy with the room. I would not go back.

The parking was great. They were very few cars at the entire property so no issue. That being said, since the property did not seem to be fully booked, I’m wondering why I was put in the room that I was, number 6210.
There was a big crack in the bathroom door, as if it had been kicked in or rammed with something. And there was no attention paid to filling the liquid soap in the shower. It was completely empty. Other than that, no no other issues.

The room was ok but there’s room for improvement. Body wash and shampoo could be refilled. The baseboards and corners of the bathroom floor should be dusted. The towels could be intact (one had holes). My biggest issue was that the bathroom door didn’t lock (the locking mechanism didn’t line up with the doorframe).

Very disappointed this stay. The room smelled bad, moldy, musty. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Only 2 towels for a 4 person room. We were just there for a quick overnight and have stayed many times at this location but don’t think I will return. Was not happy with the staff at. Heck in or the condition of the room.

Pros: the suites were roomy and the breakfast was fine. The cons: we found a lot of hair clippings in the tub. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping to clean the tub. It turned out to be a blocked drain and maintenance had to use a plunger to remain the blockage. There was also significant amount of black mold on the tub caulking. Only one towel bar in the bathroom; there should have been 2 in the shower room and another one by the vanity. Since towels are not replaced daily ( which is fine) there should be enough towel bars to hang up used towels.

While the food was fresh, there was little if any attention to items that needed replenishment (plates, drinks, coffee) unless a guest alerted staff. So many young children running around and sitting in places that first appeared empty (unfortunate). Children playing loudly in hallway at the end of evening. Also, the way the property is set up was very inconvenient as we were assigned a room farthest away from the main building and had to walk around a difficult outdoor path to reach our building and room - probably is a better property for those staying long-term rather than for one night like we were. It did not appear that the staff we observed and interacted with were very happy or comfortable being there. Most notably, we were missing bedding for the sofa bed in our suite and I had to call the front desk 3 times over 90 minutes before replacements were brought to our room. I think if you are staying for one night, you would be better off in a different setting.

I was really excited to spend my daughters birthday at this location. We booked a 2 bed suite with fire place. However upon arrival we were quickly disappointed. The door’s deadbolt did not lock. There was space between the door and floor - we could see outside! The couch was filthy, covered in stains. The walls were stained as well and the carpet was old and dirty. The bathroom sink and counter were dusty and had bugs on it. There were no tissues in the box and only 2 towels provided for 3 person stay.
Breakfast we arrived at 7:45am and they said they had no eggs left. It is supposed to be breakfast until 10am. Same with the hot water for tea or cocoa. I spent way too much for one night to have all of these issues. Never again will I stay at a hilton hotel.

We could hear every other room making noise all night. Stomping on the floors, talking loud through the walls. There is no privacy and staff didnt answer when we called to get assistance. I had to go ask the neighbors to keep it down and they were hostile about it, which made the stay even worse.

We stayed in Building 6 and there were wasps against the window in the living room area when we arrived. The window screen was ripped similar to many screens at this property. We tried to switch rooms but the hotel was full.
Our son and wife stayed in Building 3 and they detected fleas in the bed. I sent a letter to a manager and received no response.
Overall, this property has a dated and dirty appearance and does not meet the high standards that the we expect when we stay at Hilton brand hotels.

Staff is wonderful! Offered amentities are perfect. The part that ruined it for us were the constant pool parties. I'm sure it's fun if you're part of it, but when you're the family with young kids going to bed early or the business executive trying to finish a presentation, it's frustrating. And quite frankly disgusting...we couldn't even use the pool for the 3 days we were there because it was cloudy or they were shocking it. Breakfast, gym, coffee, the rooms and staff were all wonderful!

This was a last minute decision to travel from SC to New England for an overnight. We arrived late and found our accommodations absolutely perfect. In the morning Jarad went out of his way to be sure our stay was perfect. He is a great representative of Hilton. The kitchen staff presented a beautiful breakfast. It was dry. The house keepers were cordial and accommodating.

We arrived at 8:30pm to check in and there was no one at the desk or in the lobby. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to finally come in and assist us. We picked this room specifically for the separate bedroom and living area since we were traveling with our son. There were no additional linens in the room for the sofa bed. We opened the sofa bed to get it ready for our son to sleep on and there was a used condom wrapper in the bed so it was clearly not cleaned properly

And there was two long strains of hair on the shower floor. I feel like the place was as clean. When I called the front desk to respectfully and kindly tell them the issues I was experiencing they seem annoyed to me which I apologize for bothering them but overall the room is nice it's just wasn't as cleaned

There was a notice that they would only clean every other day. Our room was not cleaned for 4 days. We asked after the second day and it was finally cleaned after the 4th. We would also ask for fresh towels each day and the person at the front desk would actually roll their eyes at our request. There was someone in the room above us and it was terribly noisy. We could hear every step they took. We will not be staying here on our next visit.

the room was great for our stay with 2 adults and 2 young children. it was wonderful to have a separate kitchen area & a separate bedroom but still have access to a separate bathroom without disturbing the sleeping children. the only issues we had was that we had requested a pack and play for the room but it never showed up and it was inconvenient to have minimum amount of wall outlets to plug in things around the room (like the floor lamp that was in the corner but not plugged in and no available outlets to plug in a sound machine close to where the baby was sleeping). otherwise, our stay was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The manager and event staff are very good with their communications.
Even before our stay, they had colour coded our rooms map and everything was ready for our group when we arrived.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Grounds could have been cleaner as it seems they allow pets, so you had to watch where you walk or you'd step in it...
