At the front desk when we checked in at 8:00 PM, they provided us with a key card to room and when we were walking to the room, the couple cleaning told us that our room was not ready and that we can go to the room that they just are about to finish cleaning. Then they made a phone call. We waited in the hallway and then they asked us to speak to the person over the phone the person over the phone explained that we didn’t have a room ready yet and the room they’re cleaning currently will be our room after they finish cleaning we went into the room and the shower curtain was moldy the shower itself had hair still in it and had dirty spots on the wall. The towels had curly hair soon into it like it wasn’t even fully washed. There was stains on the pillowcases. The bed was uncomfortable. There was just grime everywhere. Just not the best place to be for the dollar amount that we paid for the room. We were only using the room to sleep for one night and there was a huge party going on and someone had already just complained about a water issue in their bathroom toilet and they couldn’t replace them into a different room because all the rooms were booked up so we were just gonna sleep there and leave so we didn’t make any complaints but for people who are looking for a room and quality this is definitely not the place oh and the breakfast was terrible. I 100% would not recommend this place. We spent 185 for one night stay and went with a middle ground price range for the area.

The hotel was clean and better than what you’d expect for the price cleanliness wise. Only issue was that the floors were super slippery and you had to go to the front desk for everything. There were no towels in the room and we did find a tampon behind where the trash usually goes… I’d say the cleaning was probably done in high visibility areas.

Best part was that it was well situated and nicely priced for my purposes and the bed itself was OK. Not great were that hallways needed vacuuming (lots of trash), bathroom had damaged walls and the shower head leaked all night despite tightening, and the drawer with coffee/tea was dirty. Free breakfast was minimal. Overall, not recommended.

Room was ok it felt like a motel not hotel. Too much noise overhead kids and adult was making a lot of noise running back and forth over my head all day & night. Ice machine no good. Toilet kept running which disturbed my peace while trying to sleep. Otherwise it was ok. Breakfast was no good and too over crowded with people hanging around food that stay there.

First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least, the hallways smell like body odor and curry. There are no elevators and to top it off, I had to personally clean my room with disinfecting wipes. All the counter spaces were filthy and stained with BBQ sauce. the sofa was covered in food crumbs. On the way up to our room with our luggage there was a used Q-Tip on the stairs, I can tell you it was never picked up or removed the whole time I was there, and I went up and down those stairs a lot. I'm sure if you go now, it'll still be there. I should've listened to the couple we encountered that said to us "Goodluck with your stay, were happy to be leaving" RED FLAG

Our air conditioning barely worked, there was no on-site breakfast even though it is advertised, mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Suspicious stains on blanket/pillow/sheets/towels. I spoke with staff to get help and they just said “ok”, with no timeframe on when we would get assistance. Everything was dirty and stained, and the pool just had a mound of mildew-ridden towels sitting there the whole 4 days we were there. Would not recommend this property for the cost; could have stayed somewhere cheaper and got better service and amenities. I’ve already emailed Ramada corporate because this was an ABYSMAL experience. Hopefully my review helps others avoid this experience.

I am very disappointed with my stay because what was shown in the photos was not what I experienced in person.
There was trash left in the corner of the stairwell, and the hallway smelled strongly of curry. My sister stayed on the first floor, where the area smelled heavily of smoke and cigarettes, which was especially concerning because she suffers from asthma.
The guests next door were extremely loud and disruptive, making it difficult to rest and enjoy our stay.
This property is also in need of upgrades and maintenance. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was broken, so we were unable to properly close the curtain while using the bathtub.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, it will be my first and last time staying here.
This version sounds professional, clear, and firm while highlighting the specific issues you encountered.

The staff was not friendly and could barely speak English. The property advertised a continental breakfast but they provided nothing to eat, no coffee bar. They told us they hadn’t gotten their permit yet to serve food. They didn’t even have water bottles. It was difficult to get to our room, and the keys didn’t work on the outside doors to get in. There was no toilet paper holder in the room, no functioning luggage rack, a flashing light over the shower, only one half of a glass shower, and an old used coffee filter was still in the coffee maker. There was no ice in the ice maker the morning we left.
The pool was clean, and there was a little work out room, but the bicycle didn’t work.
The staff was clueless at solving basic issues. This is the worst motel we have ever stayed in.

There is no shuttle and no breakfast, even though the website reads that is does. It was rundown and a bit dirty. The patio door in the room had a large crack and the toilet didn’t stop running. The desk attendant did give me a soda when I was disappointed that there wasn’t a breakfast.

Very unfriendly front desk supervisor. Hotel very shabby throughout. Carpets were stenched in an awful smell. I couldn't breathe walking thru the hallway. Washroom in the lobby was in a horrible state. Room was ok, beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was grab and go with a bagel and cream cheese on the side, apple and water. It is reasonably priced but not even worth the price to stay in such deplorable state.

Only reason we stayed as we got there very late in the night and needed a place to rest to attend a funeral that day.

Upon entry it looked decent enough. The lobby area is the nicest part. The staff did not give me the wifi password when I checked in. I like using the stairs. This area looked like it wasn't cleaned in months as there was a thick layer of grime around the baseboards. Access from the parking lot meant for a lot of hall walking to get to my room. No cars parked behind the property...it looked sketchy back there. My room curtains were holey. I found a beach ball under my bed and some bedazzle jems on my floor...not the cleanest. The restaurant on the property is closed and the food truck parks right in front so it kind of blocks parking access for checking in. Breakfast was mostly bread items...no thanks. I had hoped this was a diamond in the rough, but it was just rough. I couldn't wait to leave.

I have to be be very honest! This place was very nasty and the staff did not care at all about it. On our arrival I received my room key. It was not the room I ordered and the room was plumb filthy.l!!!!
I went to the front desk and I told them this was not what I ordered and the room was discussing.
They changed it to what I actually ordered and when I got into the second room it was know different!!! There was blood stains on the sheets. The place was hands down the worst, so we went to the desk and asked for clean sheets and the lady said all she had was a one fitted sheet. WOW!!!!! This made us start looking for another place to stay, but just about everything we looked at gave bad reviews. It had reached 4:am and we were very tired from the flight in already we just used the disposable sheets we had purchased. We tried to get some rest until we could go to Walmart and get something better. They had know where for the linen to go so they place towels on top of the toilet ( nasty) which we weren't going to use any way. The towels and rags had actual brown and green shades of dirt on them. WOW!!!!!! When I say unbelievable I mean unbelievable!!!! When you thought it couldn't get any worse.... The ice machine we walked by was leaking water all over the floor. There was trash bags just sitting outside people rooms on the carpet that was clearly not getting picked up. Trash was all over the outside of the motel as well. The place could actually have potential but!!!

This listing is a "catfish." The lobby area looks nice and well-kept, but once you head back toward the rooms it's a dilapidated carnival of grime and sketch.

People loitering in the parking lot working in cars, pushing carts of junk, digging through the dumpsters. Trash and overgrowth line the property.

My room was filthy, sticky floor, hair and handprints on the walls, rot and dust in all the corners and edges. If I could have left I absolutely would have.

None of the amenities advertised were available. NO BREAKFAST, no pool, no laundry.

The only kind words I have are that the AC worked well, and the girl at the front desk was friendly.

The air conditioner does not work and I have to visit the counter 3 times because the staff told me the let the air conditioner time and is going to work but that never happened. Since 11 pm after I asked them to change me to another room they finally get me a room at 3:30 am. But they dont look happy with that. In the new room the fridge was not work at all take all the day to just put a little be cold the bottle of water. The ice machine in the hallway does not work. They are many people there that look like we are in a shelter or any other place or drugs rehab. The pool was turning a little be green. My experience was not good there.

Outside was very run down. Walking in the lobby looked nice. They did not have the room set up that I reserved so that was a bad start. When we did get into a “comparable” room it had some issues with the baseboard moldings peeling away and upon inspection the mattresses were not pleasant looking at all. We were on the ground floor and within 10 minutes a couple of items hit our window and someone actually ended up knocking on our window which was a shock. It turned out to be a hotel guest who went out a wrong door and couldn’t get back in. We only stayed for less than an hour and decided to ask for a refund which we were granted. Avoid this hotel.

The front office lady was definitely not suited to front office work, had no customer service mindset. We were there just for a night, and had to leave at 3 am to catch a flight from Bradley airport. I had only one request, that the room be as close to the main entrance as possible. She finally gives the room key and we set out - literally it was at the very far end (it is a large U shaped structure). If she would have told us that she could not accommodate our request, it would have been alright, but she was smug about it. When I called her from the room, she was not polite as if it is our fault for picking a king bed room:)
The room had a weird smell, the bathroom sink was cracked, there was a cleaning note that everything is sanitized etc., and someone had written "ALL LIES" on it lol:) The bathroom door lock was not working.
The property has potential, it is close to a large airport just a well maintained room, basic cleanliness and a good hospitable front desk will go a long way.

We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night before. We went to go swimming in the pool it was ice cold. And also the ceiling in the room where the pool is was actually leaking from the rain. There was no lock on the door I watched a small child walk into the pool room and he could have drowned. There was random wet spots in the hallway and the hotel itself smelled like mildew. I will never stay in that or any hotel affiliated with this place again. Literally a nightmare.

Stayed with my children over the memorial day weekend for the pool. On arrival the property outside looked abandoned. One other reason for booking was the breakfast that we were not told was not available due to renovations. We were handed brown paper bags with an apple, a water and a granola bar. Indoor pool was freezing. The“buffet breakfast” was a brown bag with granola bar, apple, and water. Ice machine leaked water in the hall. Stains on bedding and shower curtain. Mold in shower. Lots of trash outside the sliding glass doors. The place has people living in the hotel. Looks so run down on the outside with no signage, I didn’t know it was a functioning hotel. I selected this hotel because it advertised that it had an Airport shuttle. That was important sine I was only staying one night for a layover. I was disappointed to learn that the shuttle was not running. Other than that, all I can say is, you get what you pay for.

I have never written a bad review but after spending over $200 I dont expect to see mice running around in my room. The sheets were stained, the room had a bad smell, some of the pillows on the beds had no pillowcases. The pool was so bad we could not let the kids in it. I believe the pictures are from when it was first built. Very disappointed.

The parking lot was mostly clean, the restaurant next door was shut down, and sort of looked permanent.

Check-in was smooth and without any issues.

I checked in somewhere around 11:30 on a Saturday night. They did have a ballroom full of people and there were two police officers or armed security guards for that. Not sure if it is common practice there.

There is no elevator, as mentioned in some other reviews so definitely need to walk stairs.

It appears that it used to be some sort of two story motel that they managed to connect in random fashion.

I will say that the room appeared to be clean, but a bit worn.

The back sliding glass door in room 276 definitely was around during the Nixon or Carter Administration.

Some of the hallways were clean as well as the stairwells, and I can say the opposite for others. It appears that it really depends on who is living in what room.

Definitely encountered a few roaming bands of teenagers in the hallways making noise and folks that had been over served either at the event the hotel was hosting or just drinking in their rooms.

It was affordable, and if you are looking for zero frills, this could be your place. I'm glad I was tired when I got there so I could just go to sleep and get out of there in the morning.

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in and were given a room that clearly had not been cleaned. The bathroom was moldy and dirty, and the floors were nasty. The hallways smelled like weed every day and didn’t appear to be cleaned either. The facility itself is very outdated and poorly maintained, nothing like what is shown in the pictures online. To make matters worse, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including TVs and very personal activities. After this stay, we will never be staying here or at any Ramada again. This experience was more than enough.

Will never stay here again. We got two rooms for one night. The first room was filthy. It was warmer outside at 42 degrees than in the room. It tools hours for the heat to maintain a decent temperature. Cobwebs and spiders all around the room. Lamps were so loose they almost fell over trying to turn them on. Giant hole in bathroom wall that no one bothered to patch. Mirror was coming off wall. Shower drain was broken. Room smelled musty. Second room was a little better still musty with cobwebs. Towels had large stains that looked like unpleasant things were wiped with them. Pillows were small accent pillows you would put on a child’s bed. Hallway rug was soaking wet your feet were squishing as you walked down the hall. To dry the rug out they left the outside door opened which caused the cold breeze to blow down the hallway. If it had not been so late we would have checked out and went somewhere else. This place is awful!!

1) They advertised airport transportation included, yet they had no shuttle service. I had to pay extra and pay an Uber to get to the hotel.
2) there was no tv signal for my one night there, meanwhile I paid for tv service.
3) I paid fully for my booking, meanwhile these amenities were not provided. And if I ask for a refund of sorts or compensation, I am looked upon as a villain or bad guy asking to be compensated for amenities I PAID for and they didn't provide!!!

The room was clean yet the floors were broken, vinyl did not touch leaving empty slots. Tile in bathroom
Was new yet didn’t touch bathtub nor toilet. Toilet not installed properly. It seemed low like a kindergarten toilet.

The staff was great and I enjoyed my stay after I finally got into a room. It took them three tries to finally get me into a room. I started with room 169 and there was someone inside that yelled at my wife. So they put us into room 170 and there was sheetrock all over the ground from the hole in the wall they were trying to repair. The final room I got into was 171. After we got our room situated, we were walking down the hallway and I am handicapped from a stroke back in January. The carpet was all frayed and torn up going down the ramp and my walker got stuck on the carpet and I went forwards over my walker.

The hotel was great. As was the service. HOWEVER I logged into the hotels unsecured wifi and my phone was hacked and my virtual bank cards were accessed and used at Walmart in Arkansas for recurring payments each totaling the exact same amount and it drained my cash funds therefore causing auto payments agent for both my car and my rent payment that was already overdue!

Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Room smelled of cigarette and next room (I changed rooms) smelled like bad perfume. . Whole point of staying there was proximity to airport. I was told upon checking in there was no airport shuttle so I had to get up extra early and park in longterm parking. No restaurant or bar. Not even a bottle of water on the room. What a dump. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.

Yes. The TV didnt work. The glass sliding doors wouldn't shut so there was a cold breeze coming in all night even with the heat at 90 it was cold. Toilet Paper Roll right in front of the bathroom sink so its bound to get wet everytime.....NO COFFEE OR ANYTHING. Hyperdermic Needles all over the ground outside. I was only there one night so i wanted it to be over...no sleep between the noises all over with people on drugs
Must be a walfare building now....never going back again. Just the whole place go
The freaking lobby is pretty much a cover for the worse thats gonna come beyond the lobby.

The entire second floor smelled disgusting. When I went to use the bathroom in the first room, there was a poop in the toilet and toilet paper plastered all over the seat of the toilet. The second room, on the un-secure first floor, did not have adequate heat. I had to wear my winter to coat to bed. The curtains on the sliding door were filthy and the bed spread had a giant tear in it. The 3 bed pillows provided were tiny square pillows that were extremely uncomfortable. I asked for regular pillows but was told that was all they hade. At 12:20 AM I was awoken to load shouting in Hindi above me. I called the front desk but the racket continued until 1 AM. This is probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had and Wyndam should really investigate and maybe pull their name from this hotel.

If you just need a place to spend the night either before a flight or after, this is the place to stay. Just a note about the shuttle, make sure you book it 24 hours in advance, it does not drive to & from the airport without a reservation. The room was clean, hallways should be vacuumed/cleaned more often. Room was cold!!! The heat had been turned off in the room prior to our arrival, so it took awhile for it to get warm. Nice lobby. I’d stay here again for a night.
