Will never stay here again. We got two rooms for one night. The first room was filthy. It was warmer outside at 42 degrees than in the room. It tools hours for the heat to maintain a decent temperature. Cobwebs and spiders all around the room. Lamps were so loose they almost fell over trying to turn them on. Giant hole in bathroom wall that no one bothered to patch. Mirror was coming off wall. Shower drain was broken. Room smelled musty. Second room was a little better still musty with cobwebs. Towels had large stains that looked like unpleasant things were wiped with them. Pillows were small accent pillows you would put on a child’s bed. Hallway rug was soaking wet your feet were squishing as you walked down the hall. To dry the rug out they left the outside door opened which caused the cold breeze to blow down the hallway. If it had not been so late we would have checked out and went somewhere else. This place is awful!!

1) They advertised airport transportation included, yet they had no shuttle service. I had to pay extra and pay an Uber to get to the hotel.
2) there was no tv signal for my one night there, meanwhile I paid for tv service.
3) I paid fully for my booking, meanwhile these amenities were not provided. And if I ask for a refund of sorts or compensation, I am looked upon as a villain or bad guy asking to be compensated for amenities I PAID for and they didn't provide!!!

The staff was great and I enjoyed my stay after I finally got into a room. It took them three tries to finally get me into a room. I started with room 169 and there was someone inside that yelled at my wife. So they put us into room 170 and there was sheetrock all over the ground from the hole in the wall they were trying to repair. The final room I got into was 171. After we got our room situated, we were walking down the hallway and I am handicapped from a stroke back in January. The carpet was all frayed and torn up going down the ramp and my walker got stuck on the carpet and I went forwards over my walker.

The hotel was great. As was the service. HOWEVER I logged into the hotels unsecured wifi and my phone was hacked and my virtual bank cards were accessed and used at Walmart in Arkansas for recurring payments each totaling the exact same amount and it drained my cash funds therefore causing auto payments agent for both my car and my rent payment that was already overdue!

I was told upon checking in there was no airport shuttle so I had to get up extra early and park in longterm parking. No restaurant or bar. Not even a bottle of water on the room. What a dump. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time.

Yes. The TV didnt work. The glass sliding doors wouldn't shut so there was a cold breeze coming in all night even with the heat at 90 it was cold. Toilet Paper Roll right in front of the bathroom sink so its bound to get wet everytime.....NO COFFEE OR ANYTHING. Hyperdermic Needles all over the ground outside. I was only there one night so i wanted it to be over...no sleep between the noises all over with people on drugs
Must be a walfare building now....never going back again. Just the whole place go
The freaking lobby is pretty much a cover for the worse thats gonna come beyond the lobby.

The entire second floor smelled disgusting. When I went to use the bathroom in the first room, there was a poop in the toilet and toilet paper plastered all over the seat of the toilet. The second room, on the un-secure first floor, did not have adequate heat. I had to wear my winter to coat to bed. The curtains on the sliding door were filthy and the bed spread had a giant tear in it. The 3 bed pillows provided were tiny square pillows that were extremely uncomfortable. I asked for regular pillows but was told that was all they hade. At 12:20 AM I was awoken to load shouting in Hindi above me. I called the front desk but the racket continued until 1 AM. This is probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had and Wyndam should really investigate and maybe pull their name from this hotel.

If you just need a place to spend the night either before a flight or after, this is the place to stay. Just a note about the shuttle, make sure you book it 24 hours in advance, it does not drive to & from the airport without a reservation. The room was clean, hallways should be vacuumed/cleaned more often. Room was cold!!! The heat had been turned off in the room prior to our arrival, so it took awhile for it to get warm. Nice lobby. I’d stay here again for a night.

First room we checked into had stains all over the bed with something white dried all over it, took out stuff and the sheet to reception, she switched our room, that room had also not been cleaned, stuff all over the floor, sticky stuff and what looked like blood on the table. The receptionist was mortified, however judging the chewed up and spit out sunflower seeds in the corner of the stair wells, and the fact the lobby was disgusting, I don’t think anyone cares about this business. We wanted to swim and there was just some random person in the dark corner of the room doing whatever and being creepy. I am disgusted and disappointed with the whole experience. This was our one night to just get away from stress and it ended up more stressful than just staying home with our children

The place is more a party hotel then for anyone who wants sleep. The breakfast is just a few boxes of pastries from Walmart and a waffle maker that is used non stop by either the workers or the family who owns it. Had no remote for the tv went to the front desk and they had to try 3 remotes to find one that worked. Then they had to tape the batteriesin. The hotel looks like they put all their effort into the lobby area and just completely neglected the rest of the hotel. The hallways look like tge carpets should have been replaced 10 years ago. The pool had dirty water which was clearly visible by the excessive dirt at the bottom of the pool. The room had a borken sliding door to outside. A large spider was residing in the shower. This is more like a motel then any hotel i have ever been to. Would sleep in my car before spending a night at this place. They are giving the Ramada a very bad name.

Lobby was inviting, 1st impression good. Room was ok, nothing fancy, but \"mostly\" clean. (I ALWAYS check behind doors and in corners, lol). On first floor and the patio door was unlocked when I went in, didn't like that. I locked it and pulled the curtain. Shortly after that, I heard 2 male voices right outside my patio door and smelled pot. In the morning when I looked out that door there were a couple little mini shot (Fireball) bottles laying there. Jets were taking off right over the hotel that night, but stopped by 11:00 p.m. Morning breakfast was minimal but fine. 9:30 Shuttle to airport on time (even though the driver told me he just got up), ride was good. I would probably stay here again, but request a \"room without a view\" (no outside entrance).

The entrance and room were nice and looked like the pictures but the overall property was old and needed updates and cleaning. The hallways needed to be swept and our room had a big dust bunny and a candy wrapper on the floor. There was food left in the fridge. Just kind of icky!

I witnessed several drug deals in the parking lot. There were several vehicles idling in the parking lot throughout the night with people sitting in them. Trash bags and litter throughout the hallways. Some of the entry doors were not functioning. A snickers candy bar in the lobby cost me $4. There were no towels in my bathroom. The stench of cigarette smoke was pervasive throughout hallways. The woman that checked me in was pleasant enough.

The room was fair for the price. The toilet had an obvious slow leak that was reported to the main desk. It appeared to never be repaired because water continued to leak. Also a metal bar that held the slider door locked a secured, had broken and fallen. I also reported to the front desk at 10:30 pm, as I came back to a slightly open door, because of a storm and very active winds. The desk man checked the door and was sure it was ok for the night. But the wind opened the door again a second time. Being a woman and by myself, I rigged the door myself with the fallen pieces I could find to keep it securely closed.
I was disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the hallways. The ice machine was dripping water and it was being collected in a bucket. However, one night the bucket did not get dumped and water soaked into the carpet creating a 6 foot lake in the carpeting by the next morning.
Breakfast was limited. Offering everyone in the hotel one waffle maker. So, you had to wait your turn every am to make your waffle. Yogurt and packaged muffins are available as you wait your turn. The woman stocking and maintaining the breakfast area did not speak English nor do a very good job of keeping the area clean. When syrup or coffee was spilt, she would use a spall napkin to clean it up instead of a wet washcloth. Leaving the tables sticky.
But in all- you get what you pay for…..
The pool was well maintained, but the temperature was chilly. We still used it briefly.

No Stairs for upper floors. No access from nearby parking behind the hotel into the premises unless someone lets you in as if it was an emergency exit. Bed was hard as a rock. And unlike everywhere else, no extra blankets.

Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. They do not clean room during your stay but gladly gave us fresh towels and coffee packs.
The lobby is beautiful! Breakfast chairs need cleaned and breakfast did not have eggs or meat (important for low carbers!)but did have yogurt and apples as healthy choices. Pool was very nice. If you aren't from CT, be prepared for marijuana smell wherever you go! Management picked us up from airport but didn't operate early enough on return. They are still upgrading things and we'd definitely stay again.

My husband and I checked into our room and left quickly after in order to get to an event on time. Upon checking in we saw that there was an overflowing bag of trash outside our room. We noticed that the room was not clean: the toilet seat and the wall behind it had drips of excrement on them (poop), the toilet also had unflushed toilet paper and what appeared to be blue flower petals in the bowl, the floor appeared to not have been cleaned nor vacuumed as there was visible dirt and debris on both the rug and floor. The ceiling above the bed was cracked and crumbling cement and water stained, there was a large splash stain on one of the walls, there was also a sliding glass door to the outside that looked to have been broken and replaced with a piece of flimsy hardware screws. We decided there was no way we were staying in that disgusting and unsecured room so we notified the front desk that we were checking out when we returned from our event around 10:15pm.

I tried to shower and the tub wouldnt drain for over an hour. The staff took about 5 hours before changing our sheets, we had to call twice before they came.

Check in was fine, first room given was dirty, like hskping didn't even touch it, went back to front desk and was given another room. I literally just dropped off my luggage and went to my family's house, came back a few hours later and thats when i really \"saw\" the room, worst part is when i went to use the bathroom looks as if someone already used it and didn't flush correctly. We had a long day of traveling and were tired. I informed the front desk, first question they asked if i left the sliding glass door open... place is sketchy AF. Crack heads in parking area, looked like working girls in hallways going to rooms and smelled of weed, the side door doesn't lock that someone just walked in after we left. Felt very unsafe. Front desk was professional and nice at least but definitely wouldn't be staying here again.

Hotel lobby was gorgeous. When we got to room it was decent, shower had mold and drain did not drain fast. At night there was a party or something happening in room next door and parking lot. At one point they were all outside smoking and our room filled up with cigarette smoke through the drafty slider. Smell of cigarettes came into room well past midnight. Won’t stay there again.

Re: windsor locks, ct, so center st: amenities as listed through Expedia is too generalized and apparently the hotel does not have or take the opportunity to be more specific to their site. Room ok but tired looking; no in-room coffee; no restaurant adjacent to hotel; staff suggested one within view and one could walk to(I had a cane) but clearly I could see no lights inside or vehicle activity in the parking lot . They could see that as well as I. Staff was polite but not helpful. I pre-paid for my intended stay but checked out several days early. I now learn that all transactions such as refund for days not stayed goes through Expedia and that I have to contact them. I'll figure it out once I'm back home but I do know I'll not do business through Expedia in the future. FYI: experience some issues with plane reservations again due to Expedia not familiar with current information.

Everything was great! My last night there they seemed to have turned the heater off as I could not access it nor did it have power to turn on. I liked the fact that the hotel was near the area we were visiting. The a/c and bed were great. I had a problem with the pool. The bar over the steps was loose and I fell, bruising both knees and a hip. Also, we had to park the car near a door that we couldn't open from the outside, so we had to walk around the entire hotel to get into our room. If we could have unlocked the outside door, we could have gotten to our room easily. I don't walk well, so this was quite a problem.
