Досить великий готель, який станом на березень 2024 року знаходиться в стані ремонту і оновлення. Пропонує власні СПА-процедури. Близкість до дороги А4 у поєднанні із власним паркінгом, який прямо біля дверей готелю, робить його зручним для подорожуючих автомобілем. Номери ще тримають в собі колишній шарм 4-х зіркового рівня. Враховуючи бюджетну ціну, оцвнюю твердо на 4 із 5. .

The staff not friendly, no eye contact. Room too hot. Bed topper covered in plastic so not comfortable. Help your self to the mini bar but was empty. Far out from centre but tram was close to hotel. Came back to hotel at 10pm & bar shut. Hotel dark as not all the lights were on. At least 20 mins on a tram from centre. Didn't check out Spa as left after 1 night & booked another hotel for next 3 nights. When booking out was not asked why we were leaving early.

Dated and drab. Breakfast was excellent. Didn’t get to try the facilities ie swimming pool or spa because we were moved to another hotel for our last night. Apparently they have done this before. Disrupted our break, new hotel knew nothing of our transfer and made us wait over an hour whilst they sorted it out. It was further out of the city, in fact double the taxi fare. However, was nearer the airport. I wouldn’t stay at the symposium again, and would look for somewhere nearer the city centre.

Very poor level of facilities

I chose this hotel as it looked comfortable, with good facilities (spa, pool, etc) to help me relax during my stay in Kraków, which was for business purposes. It is located inconveniently, very far from the old town centre in an area with no restaurants, but I was aware of this when I booked. I would urge any potential guest to consider the following before choosing this hotel:

- The swimming pool is tiny, you can barely do more than sit in it
- Pool and spa are unavailable in the morning, and the service was surly
- The restaurant has a v limited menu and closes at 9pm
- The bar closes at 10pm
- Wifi only works on the ground floor, not in the rooms
- No tea/coffee making facilities in the room
- Antiquated cathode ray tube TV with few channels, none in English (I got by with Spanish)

Sadly this was a very disappointing experience, the first time this has happened with Expedia.

The rooms need some improvement

It has four stars, but we did not expect it to be different than a three-star hotel considering the price. The look and feel of the hotel was good (although a little old) and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had some serious flaws, though. The air-conditioning did not work. Even though it was March the room was constantly too hot so we had to have the window open during the night. One reason for us to book this hotel was the sound-proofed rooms, but that does not help with an open window and a large road outside. There were no tea-making facilities, which I think a hotel of this class should have. The executive do rooms have this. The breakfast could be improved by adding more varieties of fresh fruits. When we were there they had only apples and one day also clementines.

The menu in the rooms was outdated so the dishes mentioned there did not always exist anymore. Also the prices and details about the massages in the spa were out of date. We booked a foot massage but it turned out to be both much shorter and much more expensive than it said in the papers in the room.

The hotel is a bit outside of the city center. It is easy to get to town using trams. We used buses and trams to get to/from the airport (it took 60-80 mins) (I think the hotel offers a shuttle service also, but we did not use that).

The area around the hotel felt safe and the large Tesco 5 min away was convenient.

Clean, comfortable hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights, hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are helpful. Food is not fantastic in the hotel but we were too tired to bother going out so ate there both nights and it was OK. Breakfast buffet was quite good for a buffet. Plenty of it and served for a good long time so you could lie it if you wanted. Minor complaint might sound a bit odd, but at night it was incredibly hot in the hotel room which did mean it was hard to sleep. (And was unexpected since it was -12 outside!) Lastly, there was a bit of a \"do\" on during our second night which led to some sobbing, shouting and banging in the corridor at about 3am. Minor disturbances really and didnt spoil it for us.

Recommended budget hotel

Was a little worried about the distance from town but trams a joy to use and 2 minutes from hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast disappointing but as it was free, one could not complain.
Overall, excellent value for money and would recommend to anyone

Solid hotel with decent Spa and Excellent food.

The pool was small, but heated and the water was sparkling clean and wonderful. The hot tub was just OK and several jets were not working. Also, not hot enough.

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of traditional Polish meats, cheeses, and very good coffee. We ate lunch one day it was unexpectedly excellent as well.

On the down side, there is only WiFi in the bar area, but our laptop worked great with a font-desk supplied Ethernet cable which was free.

The staff went out of there way to arrange a 4 hour tour of the local salt mine Wieliczka which was a fantastic tour, but a LOT of walking (2+ miles underground).

Hint: Take a cab to Krackow as it iis only 10 minutes away and cost about 18 Zloty (or 6 US. Dollars)

Nice hotel, but located off the beaten path. There are no restaurants, shops, or immediate scenic areas near the hotel. Hotel staff was both friendly and very helpful.

A pleasant stay

Quite some way out of town (15min tram ride costing about £0.40 or 10min taxi ride costing about £5) a very comfortable and clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff; all of whom spoke good English. I would recommend to others without hestitation.

Hotel was very clean and staff extremely friendly/helpful. If vegetarian, very limited choice for breakfast. Limited staff in restaurant at breakfast time. Even though breakfast time is 6.30am to 9.30 am, staff eager to wrap things up by about 8.30 - breakfast varieties on offer definitely reduces as time progresses beyond 8.20 am. Hotel is some 20 minute bus ride from centre of Krakow.

Very well satisfied with our visit

First impressions are obtained at check-in. Our experience was excellent. We arrived well ahead of normal check-in time, but the lobby staff made us feel welcome, helped us to organise our two days, and had our rooms ready very qhickly. In particular, Joanna on the front desk was outstanding.

Overall, we could not fault the staff, and the room certainly exceeded every expectation, considering the rate we obtained from Expedia.

We loved Krakow and will certainly return.

looking forward to a return visit

the hotel was out of the town centre but only took 10 mins by tram & they ran very frequently we walked in once took us 50mins including a pit stop for a drink as the weather was beautiful it was a very pleasant walk. Our room was a good size with a nice bathroom. It was nice to have the spa facility. We used the pool and the jacuzzi it was very refreshing after a hot day site seeing. We ate at the hotel once and we were very impressed with the food the service and the price. Krakow is well worth a visit lots going on in the main square, plenty to see and do and it does not break the bank!! Will certainly go back again and take an empty suitcase to do some shopping.

KRAKOW:- 3-5 day break, not for longer

We only had two dry days out of seven, which was unfortunate. The main square is beautiful and the surrounding streets have a charm, but are terribly neglected. Sadly works are underway in the square so pneumatic drills drown out the musicians.We did not find the people particularly friendly or helpful, aside from in our hotel. It was in a very dubious area, which made us reluctant to venture out at night.We often ended up in the Tesco complex at the end of our road, for a coffee!

I can definitely recommend trips to Schindler's enamel factory, Wieliscka salt mine and Auschwitz. In fact, if you visit Poland, I think you owe it to the people to go to Auschwitz. It's humbling and makes you appreciate what we have in the UK. We struggled for things to do after five days, a week was definitely too long. LPW, Nottingham Aug 2010

This is a modern hotel, not in the centre of Krakow, but about a ten minutes tram-ride from the Old Town. The surroundings may seem a bit untidy, as there is a container transport terminal across the street, but this proved not to be a great disadvantage. There is a very good spa facility in the basement with affordable prices. A generous breakfast buffet. All in all a very decent hotel for our four days stay in Krakow.

Stayed here with a party of 10 for annual xmas get together.
Whilst it has a pool the picture was taken at a great angle to make it look good it is a very small half circle pool, the jacuzzi was nice both free to guests but again the sauna was extra and this was not mentioned on the hotel site. This apart, the staff were excellent and extremely helpful, the breakfast was really nice,whilst not the british one there was some lovely mashed up soft boiled eggs and mushrooms, very close to the tram stop(No.19 takes you into the centre) and very clean and comfortable rooms, extra pillows available on request. The hotel reception answered all our inquiries and supplied all transport times and maps for our needs. tours to auschwitz etc pick up at hotel but drop off in city so tram back is needed but no hardship only 20 mins. Will be returning with our group next year

5 Star is probably not representative

The facade of the hotel was clean but understated, however upon first impression it was ok. The rooms were loaded full of dark wood (mahogany) and a real 70's feel about it.

The corridors were unlit during the day and had no natural light.

This is not a 5* hotel, I have travelled around the world staying in 5*'s and this is one of the worst, there are nicer hotels in Krakow and I would suggest shopping around first.

Not a Five star but still a nice experience

This hotel is not what I would call Five star, but for the price, it was more than adequate.

A tea / coffee making facility would have been nice.

The shower head in my room was not 100% but it worked with plenty of hot water.

Bus stop to city Centre is just around the corner. The tram is a short walk, right next to a huge TESCO'S. So you will not be short of anyrhing you have forgotten.

It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days.

Tres belle chambre et belle salle de bain, le tout au calme, par contre pas de wifi en chambre pour les tel. portables, pour les computers pas de problemes de wifi en chambre, teles (ecran plat) que des chaines polonaises (et sous-titres polonais), personnel souriant et professionnel, resto plutot bon...hotel a cote d'une galerie commerciale (100-200 metres) : TESCO, je recommande cet hotel pour son rapport qualite-prix...sinon : attention aux cyclistes sur les trottoirs : des pistes cyclables sont amenagees sur certains trottoirs mais pas partout !les cyclistes eux roulent partout sur les trottoirs...donc, soyez vigilents !par ailleurs, Cracovie est une ville magnifique qui merite la ballade...bonnes vacances a tous et a toutes !: )

Hotel un pò d'annata ma tutto sommato ben organizzato per i servizi. Camere ordinate e bagni ampi e puliti ma colazione soprattutto dei dolci scadente. Non vicino dal centro ma raggiungibile col tram con fermata a due passi. Zona trafficata da auto e un po' rumorosa.

za dużo gwiazdek

Hotel idealnie położony - tu duży plus, pokój w miarę OK - jedynie na co zwróciłbym uwagę to niezbyt fajny zapach wydostający się z łazienki po wejściu do pokoju (po otwarciu okien OK). Śniadania średnie (brak kawy z ekspresu). Z basenu i strefy SPA nie korzystałem - także się nie wypowiadam. Sam hotel wg mnie nie zasługuje na taką liczbę gwiazdek.

Gammal och rätt slitet hotell men förvisso rent. Det vi störde oss mest på var att det kändes osäkert vad gäller brandrisk. Det står madrasser i trapphusen som är brandutrymningsvägar och det är osäkert om brandvarnaren är ok då den ser ut att vara från 60-talet.

Ett sk spa med en bastu som höll knappt 50grader, trasig belysning och svinkall pool. Inga handdukar ell badrockar. Duschen knappt varmvatten, kändes som man stängde ner.
Frukosten allt annat än ätbar, torr och tråkig. Rummen direkt från krigstiden, sängen katastrof med endast filtar. Beläget nära en jättekorsning där spårvagnen 'kör rakt igenom'när det dundrar förbi

Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rummet vi hade på första våningen var perfekt städat och rent. Dock en aning omodernt, men helt och rent har högre prio i mina ögon. Det hade varit trevligt med modernare TV än den gamla tjockTVn som fanns samt med ett bättre kanalutbud. Utöver polska kanaler så fanns BBC news och eurosport, men inget mer. Vi är visserligen inte på semester för att se TV, men något att slappa till innan sömn hade varit önskvärt. Frukosten var helt okej. Vi saknade eluttag intill sängarna, men det fanns iaf ett par i övriga rummet.

I stort är vi nöjda med hotellet. Jag vet inte riktigt vad människor förväntar sig för det priset, men för den låga kostnad vi betalade gentemot vad vi fick så är de i mina ögon absolut värda fyra stärnor här, även om hotellet i sig kändes mer som 3-stjärningt än 4-stjärnigt. Vi kan tänka oss återkomma hit. Det var helt okej som övernattningsställe.

Låg en bra bit ifrån stan, inte rekommenderas att gå till å från då du får gå genom skog, terräng å industri område(enligt Google Maps anvisningar)
Mkt dålig frukost. Gammalt pålägg å mkt liten. Skulle aldrig betala för den.
