Clean, Quiet, Good Smell

Hotel is clean, quiet, near the attractions of the city. I had a room with a view towards the river, seeing the Krakow Eye. Everyday, the coffee capsules are replenished, towels are replaced, bed is made. Love the scent of the sample lotion.

Comfortable stay in a quiet location

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were large and the bed comfy, although it was 2 singles pushed together and they weren’t zip linked so did move slightly creating a gap. Good selection at breakfast and food in restaurant was good. Room service available. The hotel has parking but pre-book it before you arrive.

Your staff is excellent even when not easy, like serving my group of 9 people just before the restaurant closed. The complimentary bottle of wine to my room was a very elegant detail. Very good breakfast. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only shower gel. I believe that such amenities should be provided in a 4star hotel. You can also hear every door slam in the hallway from the room.

The hotel is close to the river, and immediately across from the convention center, which is perfect if visiting for a conference. The room I had was very quiet, had nice amenities, and staff provided great service every day. The bathroom floor was heated, which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent, and open for a decent amount of time. The only thing lacking was shampoo or any other toiletries. All that is provided is pump-bottle soap for both vanity and shower. There may be a option to pick some up at the front desk, but by the time I realized it, I just had to forgo washing my hair. Otherwise, it's a great property. Desk staff were very helpful when I was trying to sort out the bus to airport at the end of my stay. One even walked me to the door to show me exactly where to go for the bus station. I highly recommend it.

Quick 20 minute walk from old town. Love the quietness of the location, and its access to a train that leads to central station. Staff was courteous and the restaurant/room service was exceptional. One of the best meals I've had in Warsaw surprisingly. There is a gym there and the facility was clean and modern. Highly recommend

I am writing this review with very mixed feeling because as a hotel, this is an excellent place to stay.
But...
It snowed last week and the hotel didn bother to clear the snow even outside its own door.

We got off the taxi carrying heavy suitcases only to walk on a super slippery surface.
This tells me that this hotel is not remotely interested in the safety and wellbeing of its guess.

Breakfast at over 20€ is a good eating experience as they have a lot of different types of food.

Very unpleasant welcome at the hotel. Front desk supervisor refuses to honor the platinum membership while being part of the VIP program, And upgrading to a better room even though they had availability. When asked why wont she upgrade, Her answer was that they can sell this room for more money and therefore she prefer not to upgrade. Even though the room they ended up giving was available at check in, Front desk requested extra fee for few few hours early check in. Hotel supervisor showed no intention to make the stay or check in pleasant. Lots of noise during the night.
Location was excellent and with walking distance to the city center.
Beside that, I would avoid this hotel if possible.

I stayed here for a conference at the ICE Congress and this is the most convenient hotel - the doors are literally across a courtyard from each other. The breakfast buffet has loads of options. My deadbolt did not work the first night but they were able to fix it in about 10 mins the next day. A very nice property.

Very convenient location and excellent hotel

I was in Kraków for a technical conference at the ICE Convention Center. Q Hotel Plus was right nextdoor and very convenient. My stay at the Q Hotel Plus was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I also feel very safe. I will definitely stay at the Q Hotel Plus again next time I go to a conference at the ICE center. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great, but parking is not for free and it have to be booked in advance witch is not right. We had to park near hotel where we had to pay only with coins, no possibility with a card.

The hotel was perfect, clean, friendly in a perfect location, next to the bus station for easy access to airport, salt mines etc etc. Staff was friendly and couldn't do enough to help guests. Close to attractions. Couldn't fault hotel and would definitely stay again.

Poor service, Ibis-level standard.

This is not a standard 4* hotel, more like budget 3*. Absolutely hate King bed with two sets of single duvet instead of one that actually matches the size of the bed... Check in took over 20 minutes. During the check out the receptionist didn't know the name of the street that hotel is next to and couldn't point in the right direction. There should be no \"I don't know\" or \"Oh I'm not quite sure\" without even effort to answer basic question. Poor service.

Very nice hotel. It was clean and in very good conditions. Breakfast is good, especially with the self-server juicer. I about 10 mins walk to the edge of the Jewish area (across the bridge). Location is in a quiet area and I still feel safe walking around at night, Taxi or ordering Uber is easy enough. I will stay there again.

This was my first time in Kraków and I chose this hotel based on all the excellent reviews it had. Really glad I did. I was a great choice. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were great, and it was about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. It was also very easy to get to from the airport (I took the 252 bus outside arrivals, got off at the last stop, and walked 2 minutes). I would definitely stay here again.

Room cleaning was poor. Once was made very clumsy and once the room was not cleaned at all and we had to ask twice to call and insist so that they will clean and organize our room.

On another topic, their restaurant is very good and not expensive!

I stayed at this hotel during the heat wave that baking Europe and the air conditioning did an excellent job! The room were very nice and the beds comfortable. The internet connectivity was fast. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the money. The hotel is within walking distance of the river/castle. From this hotel I walked all over the city. I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Hotel...!

Super hotel this, with a nice restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices! It is situated about 20 minutes walk from both Market Square and the Jewish Quarter and is in a pretty good, quiet location. Another good thing is you can get the no. 252 bus from outside the airport Arrivals Hall that takes you to Os Podwawelski (where the bus terminates), which is right next to the Hotel - takes about 35 minutes and costs 4 zlty! You don't need to pay inflated prices for a taxi or a private car. The hotel is quite new, very clean, and the staff and service are great! Thoroughly pleased with our stay here!

A Pleasant Surprise.

Spur of the moment booking following cancelled flight home, this Hotel turned out to be far better and cheaper than the one we had stayed in for the previous 4 nights. Great value, very clean, very polite and helpful staff all made our extra 2 night stay that more enjoyable. The Hotel is positioned on the opposite side of the Vistula river to Krakow Old Town and the Jewish Quarter but both these are only a 10 - 15 min walk away or a £4 Taxi ride. I would highly recommend this Hotel, especially if there is any discount as was the case with my booking.

Great hotel and location

Perfect hotel stay. The hotel is right across the road from Wawel castle. It’s 15-20 min walk to the main square. It’s nice and quiet area.
Room is large for typical European room. Very new and clean. Very comfy bed. Washroom has a nice shower and heated floors. The service everywhere was first class. I would definitely recommend it and just booked the Q hotel in Wroclaw because of this stay.

Love the location

Great little hotel, reasonably priced with nice, comfortable rooms. Location was the best bit for us as it took 20 mins to walk to the city centre but you start by crossing over the river with an amazing view of Wawel castle. The walk to the centre is wonderful which for us made the hotel perfect. Would stay there again.

I did not have the best experience at this hotel unfortunately, it was such a shame for my visit to Cracow. The staff were not helpful at all and sometimes I felt they were rude, additionally the room was not so nice as it looked on the images when booking.
