I couldn’t leave any other reviews because unfortunately I didn’t stay overnight here due to them overbooking my room and not letting me know ahead of time. Even though I called earlier that day (after messaging them through the Hotels app) and spoke to front desk asking if it was ok that I checked in after Disneyland closed and they told me yes, and they would leave a note in my file. Getting to the hotel shortly after 11pm, I did the entire check in process, paid for my 1king bed suite, and initialing paperwork I saw they had me in a 2 double bed room. I asked if this was correct because I booked a king with sofa bed suite for my 3 kids husband and myself. The front desk told me that was not what they had for me, and after further investigation saw that someone from the hotel staff just switched my room and didn’t communicate that with me before hand. Even when I called the hotel earlier and gave them my name, even when they did the switch, they should have called, and no one alerted me. Front desk apologized and said this was 100% the hotels fault and gave me the Manager, Rosie’s, direct line. They would be issuing me a refund since they could not accommodate me and my stay. They also charged me a king suite price for a double bed room, which I don’t believe is right either. I tried calling the hotel yesterday because I saw that the charge did in fact go through and the extension provided was saying it was invalid. Horrible experience and has now unlocked a new fear for me

staff were great. pool is a great size. building is extremly outdated.
In our room the floor standing lamp was broken, the black out curtains were damaged and one of the bed bases was damaged so the mattress fell through it.
the split system had black mold in it and the bathroom had broken tiles and fixtures.
the shuttle to disneyland only runs in the morning to take you there and after 7pm to bring you back.
when i reported all the damage in the room there was no response to fix anything.

This place is disgusting. The property is worn down and extremely outdated. Beyond the age and condition, the facility is filthy! Stained carpets, trash everywhere, furniture in the room is torn, stained, filthy. Staff was not friendly or helpful, shuttle system to Disneyland was a joke. Terrible stay.

I actually did not check in after I asked to look at the room. Although the desk clerk was nice enough and was apologetic.
I actually booked the wrong property because I was reading the shuttle to Disneyland and I thought this was the property near Disneyland.

And hallway was blocked by barricades due to water leaking from a room I will definitely be not returning to this place

Bathroom sink was very small and shower was worn and old. There was no hot water for showering. Barely warm temperature all 3 days. The lighting was very dim. Would be nice to have better lighting over long mirror. No handheld mirror in bathroom.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly when checking in.

Old ran down and dirty. Hot tub had a fence and yellow tape and sand bags around in. Our carpet was old and filthy. The walls were dirty and holes in the walls. The furniture was old a chipped.
We tried to change hotel but everything was booked.

it’s a nice hotel.. it’s just old… but I guess that’s what makes it “IT” I guess…. While everywhere else is remodeled and modern . This hotel still has old school vibes. Which I honestly don’t mind. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly! Not too sure if it matters now a days but the rooms don’t have phones in them ! lol. Just a fun fact . Well I’ve been staying here for years & I’ll keep coming back ! Thank you!

Room was severely outdated, we had dirty towels when we walked in, there were stains on the bed sheets but the front desk was very kind and replaced them right away, it took us 4 days of repeatedly asking for a fridge since we were there for 8 days, and kept being told we would get one, finally did after talking with Alyssa on the 4th day, water got shut off one of the days we were there for about 4 hours which isn’t that big of deal, definitely needs some reworking but it was cheap and fine if you’re only there to sleep

We stayed here because of its proximity to Disney and because it offered a free shuttle to both parks, which we found very useful. We know it's not a 5-star hotel (in fact, I doubt it even reaches 3 stars), but it's really bad. It doesn't look like the photos. I had seen reviews before booking, but honestly, in person it's horrible, old, and quite dirty. I felt very uneasy staying there because the hotel's appearance is really bad, it smells awful, and I even found cockroaches in the room. Their \"breakfast\" is also quite bad, with few options and a rather unpleasant, artificial taste. The staff is friendly so that’s the only reason why I rated as 2 starts but tbh it deserves -10 stars, this hotel really needs to be renovated urgently.

Our fridge didn’t work, it was on but never got cold and our microwave almost blew up

Used it twice to heat something small and the second time it zapped as if something metallic was in it.

Staff was nice, complimentary breakfast spread was decent.

Walking through hall, just hotel room doors dirty, could be wiped clean by staff, old can be preserved with tlc. carpets were not clean at all. This place needs some serious cleaning over all. Not at all what we expected. We only slept and left next day early.

I can see how some people would give this hotel bad reviews but I’m not a super picky person. This hotel is in a good location and that’s all that really mattered to me. I would kindly suggest management do some small overhauling of certain things such as lighting and updated phones in rooms as well as providing a mini fridge and microwave. Otherwise I enjoyed our stay and staff was kind and helpful. Extra shout out to the female working Sunday 2/15 in the morning. She is an excellent addition to your team.

There’s not sufficient staff in the evenings. Took over 30 min to get a room key after pre check in. The room key was not working and had to wait in line another 2 times. Was continuing to get my card got the rook I had already paid for. Rooms were not in good condition. Curtains couldn’t close, doors were difficult to close. Ice machine didn’t work in our floor.

The breakfast was OK. The first room they try to put us in was really dirty. Beds were not made. Then they moved us to a room upstairs we go to Disneyland come back around midnight. Keys did not work front office guy wanted my information, but I left everything in the room. All I had was on me was my phone. We asked for the rooms to be clean never was cleaned. Wanted to clean it the last day they knocked on our door to eight in the morning and then just
walked in.

There’s a hotel next door. Spend the extra. They share a shuttle to Disney. Yes this place has a shuttle to Disney and serves breakfast. It’s also run down like there hasn’t been a single repair or upgrade in the halls since 1970. The rooms were old also. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. The service workers are on it! We had a bad time with our room neighbor. They came back around 1am to their room and I could hear them up and yelling at each other til 6am. We had to be up at 6am. Security came and told them to be quiet after we called but they were at it 10 mins after security left. There’s ego waffles, bagels and cereal for breakfast. The halls of the hotel looks like a very bad Vegas hotel.

The beds in room we stayed had bed bugs so we had to toss away our clothes! Then they put us in a different room but the damage was done we both my partner and I got bitten all over as we slept in the afternoon and didn’t realized about the bugs in the evening

While staying there was okay the biggest issue with this hotel is having to ask them for a new key everytime we left. None of the outlets were working the air conditioner/heater that did not work we had to move the TV to a working Outlet so we can watch tv! It looks like to need peed on the wall next to the headboard of the bed! The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle that doesn't run all day by the way!

I called a day in advance to let staff know I would be checking in late, after midnight, as I was driving up from Marysville. Staff said not a problem and they would make note on my reservations.

Upon checkin staff member named Lacee checked us in, but before she checked us in she had an attitude and said, “I’m finishing my night audits right now and I will check you in after.” Left me with no choice so I said sure. But no time frame or communication when check in would happen. I don’t know what is done for night audits so no clue on when it would be done. I had my little kids with me and everyone was tired as it was 2am. Her lack of sympathy and unawareness of my situation really left an impression on me. Not even to offer water or ask how she can even help make the kids more comfortable while waiting.

Also, breakfast.No meat options on the first morning there.No bacon or sausages as an option for a basic free breakfast. Which is usually the standard.However, Sat morning had sausages so not sure if the inconsistency was on purpose.

Our room had a phone that didn’t even work. We needed more towels and couldn’t even call front desk. I had to ask my eldest to walk down from the 4th floor to get our own towels.

One of my kiddos got car sick and I needed to wash a small blanket.However,the washers and dryers were all out of order.

Yes, you pay for what you get for but even at the lowest rate good customer service is just a basic. Most things “offered” were not available

Upon early arrival (that was offered as an add in at inline checkin) was not available the continental breakfast was interesting including thawed frozen waffles. Once a room was finally available the phone had no phone cord or buttons the bigger room lamp was broken so I walked back down stairs to complain only to be told they were sold out so they can notate it after further inspection noticed the tv had a broken spot on it and the bathroom was flithy we laid towels down everywhere to avoid the dirtiness from getting on our feet when you walked the hall to get to the ice machine the room doors were dirty poorly painted the elevator floor looked nasty last night there uoon returning the floor was filled with weed smoke and was too tired to go back down to the lobby for them to do nothing 10/10 would not recommend or stay there ever again

The only thing was that we got to our room on the 3rd floor and the keys did not work it wouldn’t open our door , we tried both keys and so we had to go back down to let them know our keys were not working… which was kinda disappointing because we were already tired and wanted to get in and lay down…the girls up front fixed the issue right away! Other than that our stay was great!
