We managed to secure a last-minute deal for this motel. The check-in process was both friendly and swift. The room was recently remodeled and looked quite nice. The bed was decent, but that would be the only thing I’d change. The location was conveniently situated near everything we needed.

Me and my dog had a great stay! Super close to town and the beach. Since the property is dog friendly there are no rugs etc in the rooms, so if you have an anxious doggo they will be able to hear all the noises so just be aware. Lovely property!

No ac and I when I asked if they knew how to the tv they did not help me so I spent the first night watching Will and Grace. My second room was awesome. The staff here was awesome. I really don’t have any complaints except I was not aware that my room did not have AC which it gets pretty stuffy in the rooms but every staff member attitude were awesome

I was pleasantly surprized at the quality of the room. It smelled clean and looked clean right from the beginning. The code door locks were a nice change from having to keep a card key. The aor conditioning seemed to not be working (or maybe they didn't have any?) But they had already opened the windows and had a fan running to keep the remperature reasonable. The staff seemed friendly and the area was nice.

I requested side by side rooms and was flatly refused because they said they were fully booked. I thought that those who had come to check in after could be shuffled around but I guess that was too hard for the staff.

The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was great. But the walls are so thin that all we heard were people walking around upstairs and outside on the second floor deck walkway. It was SO LOUD. To the point where it that didn’t exist, I’d give this property an 8 or 9, but it’s uninhabitable in the first floor rooms because of the noise and how it carries.

Garbage was not taken out from previous guests not a huge thing had to do it myself. Starting around 11 pm a room around us started playing loud music and could hear it word for word and people obviously partying, also people were still out being loud in the fire pit area, front desk person said she told them to keep it down…. If it’s quiet hours why not restrict access to those areas? Lock it up? As far as the music she said she tried to call the room and that she went over there but I really doubt a huge effort was made.she just said sorry walla are thin. She was nice enough but had a very nothing much I can do about it attitude. Left at 11:30pm with our 7 year old drove 2.5 hours home, not the relaxing weekend we were looking for, super bummed!

The room looked recently remodeled. Looked nice. Shower head maybe set for a person at 5’-6”. Came up to my shoulders. Cabinet door that hid fridge was tweaked. Hotel in good location to center of town. We walked to everything. Staff friendly. Coded door locks, so no key needed. We would go again.

Property nicely located near middle of the main drag. Just across the street from the Cottage Bakery, a must to visit, and next door to the "famous" Marsh free Museum and gift shop. Staff was rude and threatened to kick me and my service animals out because a maid came in without knocking at like 4pm and said I wasn’t there but I was in the shower, the room was not cleaned properly before I arrived, I was given a 100$ fine for dog poop when that is impossible as I checked the room 20 times I literally have ocd and ptsd , horrible staff , I’ve been to most of the frank hotels and never had this problem , I think this place should be shut down.

People next to us had a dog barking for over an hour. Called the front desk and i guess they were covering multiple hotels because she asked me what hotel. When i said i was 99% sure it was the room next to me she said "well if you arent sure, I'm not sure what you want me to do about it." She goes on to tell me the room next to me doesnt have down that they were bringing dogs. Im not sure of they even dod anything. Dog barked another hour before stopping. It was well past midnight at that point. Other than that, the place was great.

Unfortunately the door did not lock without you having to pull hard on the knob so the electric lock could engage.

Longbeach Washington is a beach town and is famously known for clamming for the elusive, tasty razor clam. I was fortunate to dig my limit of clams on more than one occasion. I can eat my fair share of freshly dug razor clams at the first meal. When I can dig for clams for successive days, the clams then are cleaned vacuumed sealed, then frozen. I decided to look for a motel/hotel that would have a freezer to properly store my clams. I found on Hotels.com that the Inn At The Seas description of the kitchen amenities listed a freezer? I had booked the Inn for three nights and paid in advance in the amount of $458.17 with my credit card. When I checked in I was told there was only one in the captains quarter which I could not use. I tried my best to keep all the clams frozen but was not successful. My friend went to complain again about the freezer listing on their internet but was also told about the captains quarters but no freezer. The tasty razor clams were unthawing and I was worried about what could happen if they were not cooked or were refrozen. Fortunately I get a call later in the second day of our stay that they would put our clams in their owner/employee freezer. I was able to transport my now totally frozen clams home. However I am very leery about their quality when I unthaw them and have a clam fry. There was another listing on their internet kitchen amenities that listed a barbecue for use. I was going to use it until I looked at it.

Three amiga girls weekend destination to visit our favorite scrapbooking and Papercraft store in Ocean Park. We were very pleased with the affordability of our 3 bed with a small kitchenette accommodation. Our wish for a bottom floor was granted, the room was clean, quiet and had everything that we needed. We stayed in the Captain's Quarters and it was a very nice room. Full kitchen and refrigerator, dishes and kitchen utensils. Plus a large couch that made up into an extra bed if more than two people were staying and a comfy queen bed, plus a large flat screen tv. Very friendly office and cleaning staff. We were close to the beach and just a block off of Boldstad where the Long Beach archway is. The motel also has their own little outdoor picnic area with chairs and a table plus an outdoor firepit.
We could walk to the Cottage Bakery or shop at the many quaint stores or have a great dinner at Castaways.

Just wish the no smoking rule could be enforced better or posted larger downstairs, as it gets a little stuffy and it’s nice to have windows open. So it seemed that a few people on the lower level were keen to smoke in the parking lot and it blew a lot of smoke into our upstairs room and we had to step over cigarette butts in the parking lot while loading our car up on the last day. Not a terrible enough issue to stop us from visiting again, however! But maybe signage could be improved.

Love this little motel, it is not that far of a walk to the beach, centrally located so you can walk anywhere in town parking was good when I was there and I love the fact that on previous stays I was able to bring my registered service animal and his stay was free plus they provided him with his own little welcome basket, other pets stay only they have a small fee, the rooms are clean, beds are made, little disappointed that they took away the continental breakfast but at least they still have coffee and hot drinks both in room and at the reception desk... And yes I will be staying here again ☺️

Rooms were clean, but the building itself is terrible because you can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you and if you're on the top floor.. below you as well...dogs and whining below me.. and then I could hear the room next to me's TV as if they were in my room! I had to ask for a room change. Beds are hard and both rooms smelled like mildew. I honestly don't know how it gets the rating does!!

I Room was nice size. However, someone had been working in the bathroom and left all their tools and paint all over the floor that we cleaned up. The bathroom sink does not drain and after taking a shower or flushing water is leaking behind the wall. Other than that was ok. lol

Room 115 was nicely updated. Kuerig, Microwave and frig in the room. You can get some additional or other flavor Kcups and creamers in the main office, as well as paper plates and plastic utensils (great add on). Check in was quick and staff nice. They have clam/crab cleaning station in the laundry room which was a great help, as they will fine you if you do it in your room.
The only thing I would suggest is to bring house shoes(slippers), as the vinyl floor get dirty with sand and such and you don't want to get into bed with icky socks or feet. And with the high humidity the floors also seem moist.
I would also suggest they install more hooks on the bathroom door or next to the front door to hang extra outerwear to dry.
