Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. The hotel offers to valet park your car for a 45 euros a day which is very convenient.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is nice, a bit on the smaller side. Rooms are a bit small. Didn't have a great view from the room. Very good breakfast and excellent service there especially by Katarina. She was very attentive, kind and made us feel very welcomed.
We wanted to do late check out. Not a lot of flexibility there although there was scope. Overall it was good.

Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too. Special thanks to Adil for helping with my bags and being so friendly!

Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a small, very cozy and clean hotel. Everything is new and very stylish, a wonderful modern thoughtful design. There is a restaurant, a bar, a wonderful winter garden, two saunas with dry and wet steam, a spa, massage, etc. The service is top notch. A very rich breakfast to choose from, which is included in the price of accommodation. Excellent staff. I would like to especially note the following persons:
- Adil, the person who is always near you and solves all problems;
- Tomazo, a manager who is a skillful organizer of your vacation;
- Katarina, in whose hands the products turn into a culinary magic;
- Andrzej, whose smile illuminates everything around;
- Alessandra and Francesca, who guess all your wishes;
- Constanza, who will always answer any question, and many others. The hotel is perfect for a family vacation, I can recommend it to everyone. Very convenient location.

Staff and cleaners were fantastic and the room was almost perfect. My only issue was the shower which regardless how was used, ended up flooding the bathroom floor, we used half our towels trying to stop this each day.
The location of the hotel was brilliant aside from a couple of more run down streets nearby.

Place was great, but I was disappointed with the service. Our hot tub wasn’t heating and I called service to fix and they never came back. Also was having issues with the air conditioning and again, no one came back to assist. Then the hot tub leaked.

The property was very clean. There were a few downfalls on the first floor rooms. My window looked into the hotel dining area stocking room. There was no ironing board or iron in the room. I had an iron and board brought to the room and the iron had an open cord that didn’t work properly. The Chef at the restaurant was fabulous. We were the only ones dining that evening and he made a special 4 course meal for us. Walkable to the town center. Convenient location. Overall rating would be a 4.

The property is not in town center but definitely a lovely place to stay. Next door to the Police Station so very safe area. Quiet and close enough to easily walk to Ponte Vecchio and town center. Staff is attentive to your needs. Alessandra is a gem and so gracious. Constanza was very attentive and informative upon check-in.

Loved our 3 night stay here! The staff was amazing and the rooms were very modern. Interesting part about this room, your key gets plugged into the wall for electricity. Would recommend getting an additional key for this. AC worked great, which is always a plus in Italy. The hotel is right on the river and in the more quiet part of Florence. It was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area, which was not too bad! We really loved this hotel and would recommend to others.

This the fantastic hotel is very clean with amazing staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Costanza did great job in assisting us with choosing a tour and she surprised us with fruit and champagne ❤️ it was our 25th anniversary.Breakfast was amazing full of choices with quality food and drink . The hotel was very convenient for driving into the city and using the valet parking. Although the rooms were on the smaller size, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant especially Leonardo in the bar who went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Italy with his recommendations for dinner both in Florence and in Siena.

They say parking is avail BUT it’s not.
They call a garage “nearby” and some stranger come to get your car and when you need it you need to wait 30 mins for the grumpy guy to deliver at really high fees
You can street park but not advised
3. Hotel is ok and remodeled but pics are clearly deceiving. Most rooms have dark windows on the inner “garden”
Shower is built VERY badly with a small screen so all the water splashes everywhere.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We had to book last minute and there were no difficulties at all. They even let us check in to our room early.

The room was lovely. The only caveat I have is that the breakfast buffet was pricey for what was available.

I liked the location, but some might find it a bit far from the Duomo/Signoria. Santa Croce, however, was an easy walk.

Tour of Tuscany trip with the castle owner. I recommend this for anyone interested in staying at the castle using it as their home base for day trips to wineries, cultural and dining experiences. Their outdoor grounds are extremely comfortable, beautiful and everything a traveler could want for their downtime relaxation.

Great little boutique hotel right on the river in Florence. About a 10 minute walk to most piazzas and museums. The staff was so helpful with all of our requesta from securing taxis to booking cooking classes for us to securing a very early cab ride to the airport on our day of departure. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed. A great spot!

Great location. Easy to find way back since right on river. Quiet area. Easy walks to Duomo area or across river to the Pitti Palace. Closer to Santa Croce. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Beautiful common areas. Updated rooms.
Only negative was not enough services/counter space in room. Place for one suitcase, but no luggage racks or counter space for additional bags, so had to put on floor. No room around sink to place toiletry kits. One stool under sink to put things on.

This hotel is amazing, the staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about every question we had as travelers. The original room we had reserved had an air conditioner unit that was not working up to standards and they immediately accommodated us with an upgraded room with great air and an incredibly appointed decor. The hotel is gorgeous, its location is ideal and situated right on the Arno River. The breakfast bar was fantastic and again the staff went way over and above to ensure our ultimate satisfaction! When we visit Florence we will always stay at the LHP Hotel River!

Enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms to. Location was around 15 min walk to the centre.

Only issue was we booked a superior room and I don’t think we got one as our room was tiny. Also the WiFi is annoying as you have to sign up for a different password each day, so didn’t bother after a while.

Check-in was ok. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly. They don't even smile. No one to greet you at the door or to take your luggage. We had to carry our own bags in and up the stairs. No concierge to help with recommendations. Room is clean and daybed was also comfortable. Breakfast was impressive. Overall the hotel is nice except for stoic staff members.

Great balcony!

We stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace on our February trip to Florence. The view of the Arno river is amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. I don't think this room qualifies for a suite in size (it's a standard hotel room), but the balcony makes up for it. A good spread for breakfast in the morning. Short (10-15 minute) walk to the Ponte Vecchio and main parts of town.

The sink was stopped up in day one and despite bringing it to the hotels attention 5days later still a plumbing problem. The maids halfway cleaned the room and left dirty dishes we used for breakfast in the room for over a day. They never replenished the coffee until prompted. The beds were uncomfortable and comfortable was cheap! This is more like a 2-3 star hotel and no where near a four. Don’t be stupid like us and go by the pictures because you will be disappointed. Oh and to make matters worst our flight was delayed so we missed our connection which in turn meant we could not arrive in Italy until next day. This hotel would not even offer a credit for the missed night!! If I had not paid in advance I would have cancelled in day one because of the poor customer service. Buyer beware!
