Overall a nice hotel in Florence. Large room enough for a family of four. Bathroom was small but nice and had a window for ventilation. Property was in a convenient spot being only around 10mins from main areas. Staff were friendly and polite but only there on certain days. Building felt safe and had a lovely historic feel to it. Overall recommend.

Great location, and the room was very clean. Our shower drain was clogged, so the water ponded quite a bit but didn’t flow into the rest of the bathroom.

This property is very bad. Cleaning is non-existent. It is noticeable that it has not been maintained in a long time. The toilet does not work properly, so the waste is left spinning, very disgusting and unpleasant. The bathtub is filled with dirty water from bathing. The hot water goes away at times, so suddenly you get surprised by the cold water. You can hear all the sounds of the other rooms. The bed is old and grinds every time it moves. The mattress is suitable, the towels are suitable.
The location is central, you can easily access the city centre on foot. It really was an unhealthy experience in this place. Not recommended at all.

The property was in the center of the city. In the ZTL zone. Parking ristriction. But good part is there is an parkkng garage exactly opposite to the place. But it was 36 euros per night. Host was responsive and helpfull. But I woul not recomend this place to families with kids.

Good location, lift and easy check in instructions. We had the studio queen deluxe which was bigger than my house at home! Had a kitchen, washing machine, sofa, dining table and big TV. The only negative was the road noise from shop below.

The guest house was in a very good location. Bang opposite a parking lot. So you could really park there for whatever amounts that you needed to park the right down there. So you start walking, it's the next street, is there is the river you can walk through the bridge. You can walk through the streets or Florence. It's just amazing location, beautiful property. The rooms are big and beautiful paintings on the walls of the ceiling loved it and had a great time.

Absolutely perfect in the heart of Florence walkable to all major attractions. The building itself was really cool too with a lovely courtyard garden for great pics. Host was super accommodating. Thanks!

Arrived mid afternoon, they did inform us that there would be nobody to check us in and left instructions on getting the key. The room was very tight, dirty, dark and dingy, nothing like the photos on the website. We immediately vacated in order to find other accomodation losing our first of 2 days in Florence. I was having problems with my phone so i was unable to immediately contact the hotel I did let them know that night when we had secured accomodation I am requesting a full or a least 1 day refund as we were unable to stay because the room was not clean, bed appeared to have been slept in without changing the linen etc Photos attached do not do justice to the lack of cleanliness in the room

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very responsive via the app, as it was a virtual check-in location. We needed to leave our baggage before check in and they were very accommodating. Lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store within 1-2 minutes walk.
