The room was excellent. Spotless and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and replied quickly if we sent a question via the chat. The location is excellent and easy to get to all the major sites on foot. We would absolutely stay hear again on a future trip to Florence!

Excellent location, quiet but walkable to all great restaurants and sights. The apartment is spotless, very artsy, but lots of space wasted because of the artwork. Just a few hiccups with the kitchen: some outdated pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine was not working properly. Beds, bathrooms were great and new, but would run out of hot water after numerous showers continuously. Christina was very helpful, answers promptly via WhatsApp and comes to help as soon as possible. Despite a few hiccups, would still highly recommend Florence Art Apartments!

Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up.

Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area.

Great to have our own kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, but plenty of elbow room with a unique, stylish decor. ✅

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed plus a washer and dryer. The apartment was close to everything. About a 7 min walk to the Duomo and a 20 min walk from the train station. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so I couldn’t sleep on it but they had a very comfy sofa which worked great! Overall I would stay here again. Very lovely apt with a great team. Sofia was very helpful and sweet.

Beautiful apartment in Florence

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment right in centre of Florence. Very convenient to walk to all the dining, tourist areas and attractions. The apartment was beautifully set up and perfect for our needs. The staff were all very helpful, keeping us updated prior to ensure someone was there to meet us.

Kairos by Florence Art Apartments is an exceptional property and the host has thought of everything and is in an ideal location! The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and has every need. Several delicious restaurants and groceries close by. We were able to walk to all our desired locations. They even offer luggage storage after you checkout. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful.

Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected.
We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted.

General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. Room was clean and recently renovated with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of space. Easy check in and check out. Host was friendly and helpful and gave lots of good tips. Highly recommend

You really can’t beat this location!!! There are so many great landmarks within a short walking distance - the bridges, great restaurants, the markets, the monuments, and more. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay.
This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment I made the reservation, our host, German,
was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! Wow, just wow. This place was simply amazing. Silvia the manager was so accommodating and nice to work with. The rooms were this amazing blend of old construction and new art. Super clean, and surprisingly very large rooms. We had a ton of space to spread out. Also the best gelato in Italy is across the street. Thanks

Fabulous and convenient apt in Florence!

Everything was great! Apartment was a lovely modern two bedroom with two baths and kitchen with dishwasher and w/d with a balcony. It had a king bed. (Rate in Europe) and twins in the other room which is better for our sons. The concierge (Herman) was super nice and helpful in teaching me how to use the Italian appliances and also gave me a cheat sheet. Another great thing was the location. Very convenient to Uffizi, restaurants, duomo, palazzo vecchio and great restaurants etc! Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! 2 bedrooms!

Great place! Loved it! There's a separate living room with a nice couch that fit all 4 of our family comfortably. Though the TV could be bigger for ther room size.

Loved the dining area and kitchen though we didn't really use it as a dining table but for more to store our things.

Used the Washer/Dryer combo tough a bit tricky to figure out initially.

But overall, everything you need pretty much. Would love to be able to stay again.

NOTE: we got to stay in the 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom had the attached bathroom with 2 separate twin beds. The other room has a queen bed but the bathroom is not attached.

This hotel was located in the heart of the city center and yet our room had no noise issues at all. We had access to all shopping, restaurants, museums and historical landmarks within just minutes of walking. The suite was a comfy one bedroom with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. A couple of quick notes for international travelers, when you leave the room all power is turned off and also allow plenty of time for drying of laundry (since the units are lower power). Use the racks provided to complete drying.
