Amaizing place just outside of the center by the river. Room was clean and comfortable, with lots of oruginal features which gave it a charming feel. Daily cleaning privided. The sfaff are lovely and very helpful. We checked in late but clear instructions were given which wrre easy to follow making check in easy.

Love, love this place! I would recommend this quaint inn to anyone visiting Florence. In an enviable location easily walkable to the all the sites, as well as amazing restaurants and shops. WOW! Beautiful amazing property with an absolutely stunning view. Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. When I first walked into our room the first thing I said to my husband was “Wow”, this is what I pictured Italy to be like. We were treated like royalty by the staff. We’ve been to many 5 star hotels and let me tell you honestly - I would choose this place over them! We experienced an exceptional stay that started with a warm welcome at the front desk and continued with great service throughout the 3 nights we stayed here. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to help for any questions. The location is great - it’s close to all major landmarks but also on a quiet street away from noise and crowds. The residence is extremely clean and well kept. My favourite thing though was the room. As an interior design enthusiast, I was impressed by the curated interiors and vintage decor touches making it personal and unique. The bathroom was luxurious and squeaky clean. Overall, can’t say enough good things and we’ll definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you Residenza La Musa Amarcord for making our stay in Florence so memorable and special! Can’t wait to come back :)

We had a charmingly decorated room in this botique hotel. The location is really terrific--close to everything including many eateries, some quite afforedable. The hotel provides free Italian (continental) breakfast. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Too negatives--there was a lot of noise at night, which is not the hotel's fault, but it is in the heart of Florence in an area where there are nightspots. Second is that the hot water could have been more plentiful in the shower and bath.

We didn’t have the correct travel adapter for our phone chargers, no problem, the reception staff had spares they could lend to us which we returned on check out.
The rooms and hallways of the hotel are stylishly renovated in a renaissance Italian style which is very chic. We stayed in a “classic” double room, which had everything we needed. Comfy bed, safe for valuables, lovely bathroom with a big walk-in rainfall shower, aircon, electric points either side of the bed for phone chargers and plenty of space to store luggage and relax.
The hotel is near the river on a quiet street which is far enough away from the bustling centre of Florence but also close enough that everything is only a 10minute walk.

Hotel is in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants and bars for the evening. It’s decorated beautifully, particularly the bathrooms although the shower temperature was a little temperamental but manageable. We visited in late march and while the outside temperature was ambient the temperature inside our room was very high and the aircon was still set to heat. We did speak to the staff about this and were told to try opening the windows instead but the proximity to the river meant this brought in a large amount of mosquitoes. Overall a lovely hotel just a slightly hotter than preferred sleep

This is the most beautifully rennovated building which has been turned into a hotel. So many of the original features are present still and it's just amazing. It only has 8 rooms and is pretty much in the centre of Florence so ideal. The staff are amazing. We stayed here as part of a 2 week Italy honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip. We were offered a room upgrade at a fraction of the actual cost and the room was huge with a bath and separate shower. We were given complimentary homemade delicious biscuits with a local alcoholic speciality too. I could go on about the amazing things but I would be here all day. Given it's size there appears to be only one member of staff on duty all the time, so sometimes it was difficult to find them.... But when we did it was great! If you go to Florence you really should stay here!

We visited Florence for the first time with our friends. We choose Residenza La Musa Amarcord based on all the great reviews. They were spot on. The area was great. The room was amazing. The staff though put our stay over the top. Klajda, Alessio and Giasy were amazing. You should have Alessio play the piano for you if you go. What a great time. Thanks for having us and if we are back in Florence, we will 100% see you again.

Everything here was perfect. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was one of the best we had during our month-long stay in Italy - everything was fresh, good variety - and was made even better by the lovely man who works at the bar (sadly didn't get his name) who was very accommodating. The service overall was second to none and upon check-in we were shown to our room and everything was explained to us. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Florence!

We arrived early, but the property has a lounge just for this purpose, and a luxurious washroom complete with shower, in the event you've just arrived from a long journey and wish to freshen-up. The rooms are decorated to retain the traditional character of the building, but have been fitted with state-of-the-art features, making them beautiful, convenient, and comfortable. Make sure you leave enough time for breakfast, because it is one of the nicest breakfasts we've encountered, again attended by a staff member who couldn't have been more pleasant.

Very, very good hotel... high points included the service of the staff, only one taxi issue that could have been avoided, the breakfast... amazing selection & care. Locale is uber central to both sides of the river. Decor top notch but the air con struggled in the heat... which was very high! We strongly recommend this hotel & thank them for their service.

From start to finish our stay here was AMAZING! We were welcomed by Klajda who was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about both the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel itself was beautiful. Immediately you can see the attention to detail on what has been a stunning restoration of an old property.
After spending the day in Florence and returning to the hotel we were met by Alessio and Giusi. Both were extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help.
The dining and bar area is laid out beautifully and the selection of food and drinks is more than enough for everyone.
The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Set one street back from the river, 3 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and not much further to the Dome.

We can't recommend this delightful, small hotel enough. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere they have created is warm, relaxing and very special. Breakfast was fabulous as each morning we wondered what treats would be on offer, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who clearly enjoy their job.
The location was excellent, being tucked away on a quiet street, but right next to the Arno and all the historic sights of Florence. All in all, superb! Thank you.
