It’s a great location. Just a 6 minute walk to the Duomo and plenty of food to eat around. We really liked the convenience of the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We did decide to book because of the spa. Bear in mind, you do need to make reservations in advance for it, which is not an issue, but something nice to know.

The spa is the heated pool and sauna. We didn’t use the gym.

We found the bed a little bit uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were not that firm for our preference. The floors sometimes felt a bit sticky. However, overall, it was fine because we spent a lot of time outside.

We did not have the breakfast, so no comment to make. The pool was really nice. Our room was immaculate and very spacious.
The location was so close to everything nearby we wanted to see.
Maybe a small gripe: WiFi showed 2 to 3 bars, but seemed to disconnect for our devices. Still, this was minor and figured it was related to the soundproof like stone walls. Certainly, not a reason to complain to staff or deduct from the overall review. We would 100% choose to stay here again. Thanks

The suite was very large with two bedrooms, kitchenette, and large balcony. The staff was all very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The gym was well equipped and kept up nicely. The hotel was very convenient to walk to the duomo in Florence and other attractions.

We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :)

The hotel is in the perfect location. Walkable to everything within 6-8 min. We were really pleasantly surprised by that since it seemed closer in person than on the map. The room was clean but sparsely furnished. The main room would have benefited from a couch instead of just a table. There was plenty of room for it. And the bedroom needed a dresser, not just a closet. The only mirror was in the bathroom. It needed at least one more and a full length one at that. The pool was nice but don’t forget towels—none down there. We loved the outdoor balcony. Overall it was ok—did what we needed but there wasn’t anything to make this an over the top stay. I’d stay in the area again but maybe try another place. Also getting a taxi in Florence is not easy. No apps and no Lyft/Uber. So plan accordingly if you need to get around, you’ll need to ask a hotel or someplace to call a cab for you

A lovely hotel in a perfect situation for all the attractions. It was 5 minutes to most and there was an excellent restaurant next door. The room's decor was amazing and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were made welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an upgrade which was appreciated and the room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good and varied and the serving staff were always on hand to help with anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I have stopped in central Florence many times but this gem of a hotel is a first. It was so convenient to be so central, just a short distance from the Piazza Signoria and close to the Bargello and good restaurants. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were lovely…so clean and fresh. We will certainly be back. Thankyou for a fantastic stay.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the unique room decor. We ended up in a room
That actually had 2 separate bedrooms
Which was perfect as we were traveling with our college aged daughter. It was very spacious and even had a small kitchenette. Although we didn’t use it we know now for future visits. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing hotel, I've never stayed in better. We got a room upgrade and it was the nicest room ever. Art on the ceiling and the altar! The staff were all wonderful. We went in the sauna and pool both nights, and the gym. Really good choice of food and drink for breakfast. Couldn't fault anything.

Pool…whole reason we booked. Key did not work. Front desk says we need a reservation to use the pool! What? That’s a first. Road in front closed had to walk with luggage. 12 dollar gross breakfast. Cheap feel. Ametuer look and feel. Not worth the price.

This place was the best out almost ten we went into in our Europe trip. Location unbeatable. The room was outstanding super clean and most importantly it was BiG. Staff also great, the only problem we had was reserving our taxi to the train station, even thought I checked out 3 hours before my trip and specifically asked for a big van (4 people 6 luggage’s), long story short I almost lost the train because they sent a regular Taxi to pick us up. Special mention to Simona (front desk) hard worker and super attentive. Gym, pool, food, great. Internet not so much. Also as a bonus, the best restaurant in town is next to this Hotel, don’t miss it, TrePepi, 5 stars.

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property! It is an incredibly convenient (safe & fairly-quiet) area that was within a 15-minute walking radius of all our activities. The items listed below are only a couple of details to note but did not deter from our stay or review.

* The rooms look stunning in the photos. In actuality, some walls are scuffed, you can see some humidity/water damage (in the ceiling), and the lighting is pretty poor (only a couple of wall lights in living area and sleeping area - one of ours didn't even work & there were moon lights that required a charge and were dead when we arrived).

Would we stay again at this hotel? Absolutely! These couple of small things did not deter from our trip in the least!

Pretty solid location within Florence. It’s a bit weird, like part budget hotel, part full service that needs some rehab. The buzzer sound that opens/unlocks the room doors is intense and woke up anyone asleep each night.
Full breakfast was nice and service there was good.
Rooms were okay to kind of gross with one being full of full growth mold and fungus growing on the walls. Like a lot of mold growing in o w of the two rooms.
Pool was not heated due to an issue and it was hard to access (required someone from the front desk to check allow you access when you wanted to go) which was a bit odd for privacy to us.
Overall, I could not tell if this was transitioning into a budget hotel space or if it was step up for student housing.
No discouraging comments, just some observations.

We booked a room for three people and were given a spacious room with a separate bedroom. However, all the rooms were dark with limited lighting, table and coffee maker were dusty, the bathrooms were okay, not great. There was moulding on the bedroom wall, which really concerns me. And one our last day, there wasn’t any hot water for showers, and this was New Year day (winter!). I asked the front desk and was advised that they just turned on the water heater, there should be hot water available soon. Couple hours later, there’s still no jot water. Location was great but amenities were not good at all.

The hotel was in the perfect location and the restaurant right next door was delicious. The hotel staff were so helpful calling cabs for our early morning trips. The room was clean and spacious. I just wish there was more seating. There was only one desk chair and lots of empty space. A small couch or a pair of comfy chairs would make the room so much better and more comfortable.

The hotel also features a gym, swimming pool, and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the stunning city of Florence. The artwork and décor added a unique charm, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. Francesco at the front desk truly stood out—polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants and shopping. I The hotel had a very cool design and decor but was overpriced for the level of comfort offered. The AC in room 403 was extremely loud and kept me up all night. On top of that, there was a blinking light from the smoke detector directly above the bed, which was distracting. The bed was very firm, and the pillows were hard as rocks. Unfortunately, I barely got any sleep. The WiFi was down the entire time I stayed there also. This was a real bummer since I needed to plan and book the next day of my trip. Breakfast was very good, they had the best croissants and fresh fruit.

This could have been a 5 star review had it not been for a few things like the rules regarding access to the swimming pool. We paid premium prices for this hotel as it had a pool which is rare in Florence.
However, it is only after booking your accommodation that you find out that use of the pool is limited to one-hour pre-booked sessions and that under 18s are not allowed. My son who is about to turn 18 in a matter of a couple of months was denied access which was incredibly disappointing, it's not like he is a little kid nor was he going to be using the facilities unaccompanied.
Your policies need to be more transparent and made clear at the time of booking not afterwards.
The bathroom has a nasty open drains smell and the hot water fluctuates badly so your shower goes from warm to cold to scalding hot which is very dangerous.
There is mould in the shower area and it could benefit from a good wipe down with some bleach to address it.
While the rooms are a good size and the terrace was a great bonus,I feel like we wasted our money and could have found something comparable without a pool at a better price.

We had two rooms here for our stay in Florence-- one for us and one for our teenagers. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable, very clean. And the location really could not be beat-- very walkable to just about every major attraction in Florence. Our only issue was that the air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. It was blowing air, but it never got cool our entire stay. Even with the temp set as low as possible, our room was very warm all the time. We brought it up at the front desk, they sent a maintenence worker up to look at it. He fiddled with the remote a bit, turned the unit on and off a few times, then left saying he needed to get someone else. But no one ever came back to address the problem.
