It was across from the park which was nice. Restaurant next door was terrible but better restaurants are definitely in walking distance. Arc de Triomf is right around the corner. Be cautious of pick pocketers as my husband who is 6'3\" was mugged while we walked next to a children's park leaving the restaurant after brunch in early afternoon.

The hotel was way better than expected. Everything was clean and new and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Our bed was comfortable the room was clean. We had a view of the park and the windows kept the sound of the street out completely.

For $300 a night the room was the size of a postage stamp. Our flight got us in at 9 am and couldnt get into room till 3 pm. We waited all day. At 2 pm we sat in the lobby waiting on them to tell us our room was ready. They never did. At 2:30 i noticed all the people coming in were getting their rooms. They knew we were waiting but never said a thing. We were sitting right in front of the reservation desk and had asked if they would have a room before 3. I was disappointed in their customer service.

Disappointed that the hotel refused to go the extra mile to help me recover a lost valuable. It would have taken 15 minutes of their time to ensure its safe return, as I could track the item electronically. I offered to pay a generous reward for their help but management coldly turned me down. Ultimately, another company came through, and I got my item back. I stayed at this specific hotel twice for its convenient location to the Nord bus station.

As a couple travelling multiple cities and enjoying the culture and tourism, this hotel offered a good accommodations but needs some improvement.
Bathroom had only a half glass wall covering the shower that would spill all water during shower and drainage was not so good. I had to constantly remind myself and control water power to not to overflow water. This was bit stressful when you had a long day of walk.
Room does not have a fridge. During hot days we want to keep drinking cold water, soda, or beer in our room. Other option provided by hotel was to come down to a bar and ask for ice but this is not a good experience as a guest.
If you have dust allergy, you may experience triggering. This may need to be looked into by hotel in the future.
Other than the above, our stay was pleasant. 15-20 min walk access to Gothic and Barceloneta beach.
For getting to locations further than that, I recommend to take subway and start from there. Vey hot weather and walking 30-40 min to your first location in the morning can quickly tire you out.

The staff at check-in was nice. The room was much smaller than the pics. There were only two bath towels. No washcloth. We had a glass from the coffee bar in our room the entire time. The room was cleaned but the cleaning person never took it. It was empty. There was blonde hair on the bathroom walls. I am a bald girly and my friend has black hair that was is braids so it wasn’t ours. And one on my towel. The bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. I asked for two beds and they said this is all they had. There was no pool. The location was great. The breakfast was fine.

The rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable but we did find a makeup stain on the bed before we got in it. Also we left by accident a skirt in the room and when we realised we called the hotel in which they asked it to be emailed to them which I did they then didn’t reply for hours so I rang them again where they finally sorted it out. But it begs the question if they knew we had left a skirt why did they not ring us to inform us. Reception was very slow.

Really nice hotel. Very clean and in an excellent location, one of my favourite parts of Barcelona! Our particular room was very small but was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. The rooftop bar is a perfect addition to the hotel, although it would have been better if it was open past 9pm so that you can see the city all lit up in the dark.

They have a rooftop terrace but it's only open 11am-9pm. So you can't see the sunrise or sunset from it nor the city lights at night. There is no complimentary coffee and when you go down to order from the bar they can't add it to your room. It was very inconvenient to have to go up to my room again to get money.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The elevator had a persistent foul smell, and the receptionist was not only unhelpful but also quite arrogant. For the price per night, the overall offering (especially the room) did not match expectations. The bar had minimal service, and overall guest service was lacking.
