Elliptical in gym not operating, battery issue…Weights only go up to 17.5 pounds? Suggestion needs to at least go up to 40lbs Also there was no sanitary wipes available for use and the floor was dirty. As far as the room, previous tenant broke something off the wall in bathroom and it wasn’t repaired or repainted. We found trash underneath the sofa from Prior tenant so room is not being thoroughly cleaned.

Room was exceptionally clean only issue was the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging in the wall. Upon checkout I reported the issue to receptionist who will have maintenance make repair. Staff was great at check-in and checkout. Parking is a bit tight for larger SUV vehicles.

We stayed for one night. Most of the guests were long term guest as far as we could tell. Craftsman, as there were multiple large trucks in the parking lot. Our immediate neighbors made an extraordinary amount of noise that night, loud music and loud voices. Not sure if the walls were thinner than most or not. The front desk is not manned after 8:00 pm but the emergency number posted in the room indeed worked, and our complaint to this number was handled within 30 -45 minutes. They were quiet the rest of the night. Doors began opening and slamming shut automatically around 5:00am —off to work. To cap our stay, the fire alarm was engaged by whomever (there was no fire) at 6:00 am and man does it work great! Loud and strobe lights inside the room! We had a kitchen which was nice and a few dishes, but nothing to clean the pans with, yes there was a dishwasher and we were able to run it. The toilet paper holder had been partially pulled out of the wall. To be fair I’m sure not everyone would experience the things we did, but upon checking out, there were no apologies given. Front desk attendant said “things happen” .

Exterior of property was clean, staff was courteous but the interior of the unit was quite filthy. White socks turned black from filth on flood, cob webs on lamps, hair on sheets, couch was extremely stained and bathroom vent did not work. Overall not cleaned to satisfaction.

Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Anytime we needed something they responded quick. Checking in and out was easy. When the office was unavailable, I called the number and they picked up the phone quick and checked me out within minutes, as soon as I hanged up the phone I received email confirmation. The room was clean and overall nice. Love the separation of the rooms, 2 tvs and you can sign into your app accounts. Easy parking and safe area overall.

I have already called hotels.com to let them know to take this off their website. It was beyond terrible. This was more of an extended stay apartment type situation. I had seen this before in another state and it was very nice, so was completely surprised to see how horrible it was. Had a motel feel and the hallways were filthy. Quite honestly, I felt unsafe here with my daughter. I tried to leave as soon as we arrived, but there were no rooms in the area because of the soccer tournament we were in town for. The trash had not been taken out, the dishes were dirty in the dishwasher and smelled bad, the furniture in the living room was so gross we did not sit on it, there were crumbs on the sleeper bed,any light bulbs were burnt out and outlets didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t clean and the battery was removed from the smoke detector. When I asked for extra pillows, the manager returned with some that he told me were from his room because he lives there. He was kind, however, this was beyond anything I had ever experienced. The photos have to be AI enhanced. Even though the location and the price is good, do not stay here!

Very clean and convenient place to stay. We liked the idea of a kitchenette, but the dishes and cookware were very sparse. Our trash filled up and there were no instructions nor service. The front desk was helpful when available. Overall, I would recommend this for extended stays.

As a Disabled Service Veteran, who suffers from several medical ailments, i found the Stay Apt Suites beautiful. The front desk personnel was friendly and professional.She was extremely helpful and i truly appreciated her knowledge about the facility. I recall asking about seeking a Suites; non pet friendly because i suffer from allergies which requires me to carry an Epi-pen. The young lady recommended Suite 313. OMG, i loved the apt with the modern furniture. I found my suite throughly clean. I truly enjoyed cooking and prep my Thanksgiving Dinner. The residence seemed friendly and pleasant at least the ones who spoke. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee in the future i would be guarantee a non pet friendly suite. If i could be guarantee, i look forward to returning. However, based on the presence of a beautiful dog and an empty cat litter box being tossed into the dumpster, i dont believe it's best for me to take a chance. I really lucked out this time and i truly enjoyed my stay. The residence whether temporary or permanent are blessed to have a beautiful and modern suites. Please take care of your suites. Trust me, i own two time shares in Las Vegas and im tired of calling management, regards to cleaning the outside refrigerator door or cleaning the stove or countertop especially when i just checked in.

It was very clean and nice apartment overall. Everything was ready and looking good. Comfy bed and 2 tvs each room in the bedroom and living room. Bathroom was clean and nice too. Only one thing I didn't like was soundproof. It was usually not noisy the whole time but at night if some people talk loud you can hear it. that was only one part that I didn't like but overall it is a great apartment.

We spent four nights at StayApt. We were comfortable and the room was clean. Some suggestions would be: more storage space (such as drawers, luggage racks, more hangars). The tv in the living was not connected. We did not receive enough towel sets at the start (4 people). Perhaps hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. A few more items in the kitchen such as sponge, dishwashing soap and dishcloth would be helpful. The floor seemed a little sticky. The hotel suited our needs and we would recommend. Staff was helpful too.

The only \"inconvenience\" was the placement of the smoke detector with proximity to the oven - it was impossible to open the oven without setting off the smoke detector simply due to the heat of the air (if you've ever lived in a college dorm, you know the panic lol). But if that's really all anyone could complain about is safety, it's not too shabby. :)

The set up was great, Spacious, and comfortbale. Wonderful place for a weekend stay or longer.
BUT, this room was FILTHY!! As soon as i walked in and looked around. All i saw was dirt. There was crumbs of food all over the floor, couch, counters.. The bathroom had hair all in the shower on the walls, dirt at the bottom of the tub with yellow spots.
Thankfully i was able to tell the manager and he was able to come and help me with a couple problems, like vacuum the dirt up and bring me new towels and sheets for the bed.
But when you get a room. You dont wanna have to wait for all that to be done.
And after getting off a long drive i just wanted to sit down and relax in a clean room.

The set up was great, Spacious, and comfortbale. Wonderful place for a weekend stay or longer.
BUT, this room was FILTHY!! As soon as i walked in and looked around. All i saw was dirt. There was crumbs of food all over the floor, couch, counters.. The bathroom had hair all in the shower on the walls, dirt at the bottom of the tub with yellow spots.
Thankfully i was able to tell the manager and he was able to come and help me with a couple problems, like vacuum the dirt up and bring me new towels and sheets for the bed.
But when you get a room. You dont wanna have to wait for all that to be done.
And after getting off a long drive i just wanted to sit down and relax in a clean room.

I arrived about 2:15 pm for check in. The office door was locked and there was a note on the door which stated that \"Sommer\" was out of the office and to contact her by phone in case of emergency. I called the number and got voicemail but could not leave a message because her inbox was full. So I texted. She replied stating she was doing a room inspection and to come back because check in was at 3:00 pm. I left and returned about 3:10 pm and as I was trying to check in, I was told I had to put $250 on hold because I was local (within 70 miles) and it was non negotiable. I told her that I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and did not have to pay a fee for my stay. She told me it was a new policy and could not proceed with check in. Luckily I was with someone who lived in Spartanburg and was able to use her ID to check in and avoid the $250 fee. I prepaid for my room through Expedia and it does not state in my paperwork anywhere about a $250 fee for locals. Once in my room, neither television worked and all the dishes were in the dishwasher but had not been washed. Needless to say, that will be my last time staying at any StayAPT Suites...

Stove was dirty, sheets weren't that clean and I when I called someone they said because it was after hours…I think like 10-11 pm, that their office is closed and that they were sorry. I didn’t realized there was another set of sheets in the far corner of the closet so that it would’ve helped if that person knew that. Anyway the bed was uncomfortable. And the front office was just ok. I will say this, the way the room is set up is beautiful so I do love the lay out. I like the floors and the separate living room space.

Great concept - lacking in delivery!
This concept is great - the actual product is lacking. This complex is presented as a place to stay, work, cook, live short-term. Check-in - easy, staff - fantastic, the unit clean. The kitchen was dismally stocked. No pans to cook in the oven (the staff stated too many people were causing fires so they removed the pans for cooking), only 1 glass (we booked for 4 people), 1 of the 4 coffee cups was being used as a holder for coffee and creamer on the counter (meaning you had to wash it before you could use it), except, there was no dish soap or sponge or scrub brush provided to wash dishes. No cooking basics -salt/pepper/oil. There was only one pack of dishwasher soap. When we ran the dishwasher on the only setting available, 2 hours later it was still running. We turned it off to sleep and turned it on the next morning - it never did finish it's cycle. The mattress' were very hard and there were no extra blankets. The internet did not have enough bandwidth for all the guests, so it kicked you off over and over, so not a good place to work. Overall, we would not choose to stay here again unless they do a major improvement on amenities to match the concept they are marketing. NOTE: We have owned short-term stay units in 2 states since 2017, so we are not newbies at short-term stays. We have also utilized the amazing short-term stay models in 31 countries, again, not newbies. This could be great - the powers that be just need to catch up to their customer's needs.

For a long term stay,bring everything you'll have at home. There 3 weekends and only saw housekeeping once. Other than me going out to buy stuff such as broom,mop, cleaning things the unit was everything i needed it be. I just treted it like it was my own one bedroom apartment that doesnt come with housekeeping.

The air conditioning does not work. The wifi doesn’t work. TV remote batteries are dead and we are using the other remote to work the TV. There is no one at the front desk after 6pm. There are 3 police cars here. We are packing up and leaving and we can only hope to get refunded.

It was really quite gross. The sheets were pillow-y, couch had gross stains and food on them, I found an empty pill bottle behind the iron (which is weird), smelled like marijuana, was loud at night with others playing loud music, walls were paper thin and I could easily hear the highway. I went with my 3 kids and wife and really did not enjoy the stay at all. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I couldn't believe there was an 8.8 positive rating from Expedia and will never trust their ratings again.

New looking & clean. Lacking in niceties like luggage racks, easy chair or 2. Refrigerator door on backward for use by wheelchair user. Room was very spartan and cold feeling (not temperature). Limited dishes & utensils for 4 people. Also no front desk clerk after certain hours so no extra towels., etc. Hubby says bed felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. I was fine. Trash bins at elevator were overflowing at check in and not emptied until we were checking out.
