Amazing experience. The owners were exceptional. On hand with advice on how to get around Positano, advice on excursions to Pompeii. Made dinner and transfer reservations for us. Had help on hand to carry our luggage up steep stairs. Lovely pool and terraces to meet other guests. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served on our balcony. There was so much attention to detail!!! Room was lovely and comfortable. Stunning views. Could not have been better! There were guests staying there 11 years in a row and guests now call the owners Friends!

Totally fantastic from start to finish. Rooms were great. Many have a nicer sea view then what they describe. The breakfast can be eaten on their patio, or the balcony of your room if you have. Breakfast was phenomenal! Owners go out of their way to help anyway they can. Answered all questions, made dinner reservations - very accommodating. Pool are also wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I just spent the most amazing week in Positano thanks to our stay at Villa Mary! A private driver was arranged for transport to and from the airport. From the moment of arrival until our departure a week later, we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Tiziana and Antonio provided us with suggestions for restaurants, even making reservations and assisting with shuttle services to and from restaurants a bit further than walking distance. They helped me arrange a private boat tour of Capri with SouthWave charter which was such a memorable experience! We never felt more comfortable, safe and “at home” at Villa Mary!!! Our room was simply perfect, with crisp laced sheets changed daily, beautiful Italian tile in the bathroom and shower and a personalized breakfast served on our private balcony each morning. About the daily breakfast… a full meal with eggs, meats, cheese, fruit, assorted breads and pastries, yogurts, juice and coffee!!! The chef at Villa Mary, Fabiana, provided us with an incredible experience as we learned to prepare fresh pasta, mini pizzas, and lemon biscuits during a private cooking class. A must do for anyone staying here! I would HIGHLY recommend Villa Mary to anyone coming to visit Positano. 10/10 Exceptional rating!!!!

We had such an amazing time in Positano and such a huge part of that was due to Villa Mary and specifically Tizi. The staff was so warm and welcoming, treating us to a wonderful breakfast every day and always helping us with any issues or questions we had. It has one of the best views in Positano and is definitely worth the hike up. If you are planning a trip to Positano, Villa Mary is the place to stay!

Had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Recommend choosing a driver option for drop off and pick up. Definitely recommend. Path of the Gods can be walked from here by taking a local bus to Nocelle.

We arrived late from a long day of travel and were treated to some wine on our balcony even before checking in. It was just what we needed to regroup ... and ... the views are magnificent!
Because it was late, we thought we'd go without dinner, butTaziana was amazing ... she suggested a restaurant nearby for dinner and had the shuttle bring us there and back.
She took care of all our needs, wants and desires. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine in honor of my husband's birthday.
The breakfast is absolutely fabulous!! The staff are so helpful and pleasant! They recommended a limosine pick up to and from Naples which was so perfect!

The area around the pool is lovely and the walk to the mini market is only about 5 minutes! This villa is a beautiful reprieve from the touristy chaos near the beach! Oh, and the beds were the most comfortable we had over our three weeks in Italy!

She took care of all our needs, wants and desires. She even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine in honor of my husband's birthday.
The breakfast is absolutely fabulous!! The staff are so helpful and pleasant! They recommended a limosine pick up to and from Naples which was so perfect!
Taziana booked us in to do a ceramics class. My husband wasn't keen on it, but had such a good time.
The area around the pool is lovely and the walk to the mini market is only about 5 minutes! This villa is a beautiful reprieve from the touristy chaos near the beach! Oh, and the beds were the most comfortable we had over our three weeks in Italy!

This is by far the most amazing stay I’ve ever had in my life of travel in any country— better than Greece, Spain, Dubai, Japan, etc just to name a few. Tatziana arranged transfers to and from Naples. We got in super early and were allowed to leave our bags; use the pool (there are showers, toilet) and have breakfast/ lunch at the property as well! And even greeted us with a bottle of champagne for my husbands birthday and allowed for an early check in. During our stay; my dress strap popped and she even sewed my straps back on my dress minutes before we had to leave. Not only that; but also had a laundry service for all our travel clothes. She explained everything in full detail and provides a map as well. On the way back out, there was an accident on the main highway and we had no time to make it back to Naples… Tatziana and her husband, Antionio & son, Lorenzo and , Rafael, all made a huge effort to personally drive us to the train station so that we could make our train! I have never in my life had a service as amazing as this. This was more like 100 star service…I would reccommend this place and family to anyone and everyone thinking about visiting Positano

Wonderful stay at Villa Mary!!!! Breathtaking views of Positano from our balcony, called Minerva. Tiziana was an amazingly kind host who welcomed us with a drink (of our choice - yes drink of our choice!). Then please let us share that we loved the delicious (large) breakfasts delivered to our private patio every morning. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is a relaxing getaway from the busy Positano center while still being very close. Tiziana was very helpful when booking reservations, drivers, and helping us decide on excursions. The Villa Mary was the most amazing stay my partner and I have ever had. After a really difficult time travelling from Rome to Positano, Tiziana got us a very last minute taxi from Napoli Centrale to the Villa (I would recommend getting a taxi from her if you're travelling from far as we were being scammed by taxi drivers).
The pictures do not do the Villa justice. It is truly a scene out of a movie. The rooms were very large and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bathroom amenities and the mini fridge was well priced and well stocked.
Tiziana was an exceptional host who truly cares about the integrity of her Villa and has a very great team who brought us breakfast every morning on the balcony and kept our rooms tidy when we were out.

It is easy to walk down and take the bus most of the way back up!!

The room was stunning and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and stunning terrace on which we enjoyed a lavish breakfast every morning overlooking the town and sea. We enjoyed a workout every time we stepped outside! Our hosts also arranged a cooking class on site with professional and friendly chefs. We were so overwhelmed that we got engaged! Tiziana really makes you feel at home! The views from the hotel and the breakfasts at your own balcony are amazing. Hotel is a little removed from the main area of Positano but it’s still a 10-15 min walk down to the beach so it’s a good location. Be prepared to take a lot of stairs coming back.

Loved the hotel. Beautiful modern rooms, great views of positano. Loved the breakfast in the terrace. The cons are that the property is up high in positano, a loooot of stairs to go to the beach. Also at night there is no one in the hotel if you need help. No parking if you come with rental car and the parking is downtown and cost 40 euros the night… Contact the property for the arrival with bags because we arrived after 4:30pm and the guy that helped with the bags was gone, and its a lot of steps. The owner was nice and helped us carry one of the bags but i recommend to contact them.

We stayed in the loft which was beautiful, romantic and huge (2 floors w/loft bedroom, full kitchen. Full bathroom & living room plus 2 decks)! You have 2 balconies that overlook the positano coast. Very clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and sweet! Tiziana & Antonio will answer ALL your questions before and during your stay. They even arrange for your transportation to and from via a private driver in a Mercedes for a minimal fee - so worth it! They also gve you AMAZING restaurant suggestions that include shuttle service to & from. We renewed our vows here and it was perfect and beautiful! In addition. A delicious breakfast is brought to your private balvony every morning. We will be back! Ty for everything!!!! 😘😘😘

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Mary! From the beginning, Tiziana was so helpful, always ready to make suggestions and answer any questions I had about places to go or arranging car service. The B&B is beautifully decorated and I can't get over how delicious the free breakfast was with so many items! The room offers complimentary drinks and snacks, a GORGEOUS terrace overlooking Positano, and a very comfy bed. The B&B is located a bit off the beaten path but is a short walk to the main square. Just be aware there are many steep steps! I would be happy to stay here again!

This was the most stunning place we've ever stayed in Italy. Tiziana was very friendly and helpful, even booking us a table at a fantastic pizza restaurant with a shuttle bus further up the mountain. She also provided us with a useful map of various spots in positano and gave us great tips on how to get to the path of the gods easily. The view from our balcony was incredible and eating the generous breakfast out there every day was a highlight of our trip. I would recommend Villa Mary to anyone visiting Positano.

The hotel is near the center and you have to take stairs to get to it so have that in mind if you are planning on bringing multiple or heavy suitcases. It has a wonderful view of Positano and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

great place with a great view comparable to way more expensive places. remember that you will have to use steps like many places in positano to access. pack on the lighter side. we packed 2 big suitcases and had to lug them up a lot of stairs. it was worth it because of the placement of the hotel itself.

My wife and I had an amazing Honeymoon stay at Villa Mary. Eating breakfast brought to you on your patio with those amazing views is pure bliss. The location is ideal as you are high enough up to appreciate the scenery but are far enough away from the beach to be away from the crowded areas. The beach is roughly a 15 minute walk from the B&B.
The staff's hospitality and warmth makes it feel like you are staying with family. Tiz (manager) was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants/activities in Positano as well as surrounding towns in the Amalfi Coast. She also arranged for transportation to and from the hotel. You are in good hands with her. We miss Tiz and the staff very much and hope to make it back to Positano again. There is no place we would rather stay.
