This hotel was incredible. The view was stunning, the location was perfect, and all of the amenities were great. The staff went above and beyond - including Angelo who ran my shoes down to the ferry for me when I realized I left them at the hotel. Also- this may have been the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Would 1000% recommend!

A delightful stay, beautiful, spacious room and loved the balcony. Minor detail over a 5 day stay I had assumed small items like shower caps and bottled water would have been replenished but I couldn’t fault the cleanliness, spaciousness and friendliness of staff. Also, the only place I’d stayed in Italy with great pillows and an iron in the room 🙏.

The hotel was clean and centrally located to attractions in the area. Our balcony had a very nice view of the sea. The women at the desk were wonderful. They were very friendly helpful and accommodating. There was good communication from them before we arrived asking if we had any questions or needed any recommendations etc. this was a nice added feature.

Booked this property back in November only to find that the price went down the day after the deadline (3 weeks before check in) to make changes. I contacted the hotel and was denied a price adjustment. Upon arrival, the manager, Martina, was rude and aggressive when she explained to me that she did nothing wrong to justify the price adjustment and that our friends who booked a larger room later than we had for a lower price just got lucky. She saw how disappointed I was but didn't care about customer satisfaction. Since there were no other upgraded rooms available, I was looking for a price adjustment or at the very least some sort of non-monetary compensation to make me feel like I was a valued guest. That did not happen here! I will not be staying here again or recommending this place to others.

Amazing hotel in Positano

We loved our stay at this lovely boutique hotel! The views were amazing. The entire staff, especially Margarita was extremely nice and helpful! Location was also perfect because it was extremely close to Terraza Cele restaurant, Francos Bar and the new bar named Don’t worry bar. Your taxi can get you dropped off right at the door because it’s on a main road so no need to struggle with your suitcases. We will be back! 100% recommended!

I felt the room was a bit outdated. The shower and sink were backing up in master bedroom bath. I reported that. Overall it was nice. I loved the beach towels they let us use. I also loved and went to the mountain top restaurant by car we went too. That was awesome but we did had to wait for all the people we drove with plus another guest to finish dinner before we could leave to get our ride back, no one told us that!

We had the most wonderful wonderful experience at the Alcoine residence. Both margarita and Marta went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The room was incredibly clean, very big exactly like the photos. The view of Potano was absolute perfection and the hospitality above everything else made our very special trip even more memorable we are very thankful for them For all of their kindness and care. We will certainly be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family as well as others who are looking for a place to stay in Positano and in the Amalfi Coast we are very thankful and appreciative. Looking forward to going back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Alcione. We were in room no 2 (double with sea view). Room was spotless and spacious. The best part was the terrace as that were we spent out time in the room. Overall, great place to stay if you want a resort feel. Superb pool and restaurant with incredible view! Bathroom unfortunately had mould which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The hotel was also full of mosquitoes and they don’t make any effort to prevent them- they should burn some lemon candles especially in restaurant area.

I was really amazed by this hotel when i arrive. My suite was stunning right in front of the most beautiful view ever of positano. I was in shock. Also, this hotel is on the mail road which means you don’t have to go up any stairs. The staff was amazing and they accommodated my needs as requested. Overall, best location, view and accommodation.

The Alcione Residence blew our expectations out of the water. We loved staying at this beautiful property and it had a lovely terrace that allowed us to be outside often. Their staff cleaned daily and it was beautifully kept. Check in and out was smooth. The staff often offered to make reservations for restaurants and transportation, but then never really followed through. This was the only downside but we would definitely choose to stay again!

A perfect stay

Accione was an amazing hotel to stay from the view of the room until the breakfast in terrace early in the morning and the good location in the middle of the Main Street in Positano. I love everything at Alcione. Close to Zita bus stop and near to the walking area to the beaches, Alcione was a very convenient location or the best location I ever had.

The view, the location, the room and the breakfast... did I mention the view. I choose this location after carefully reviewing higher priced hotels and villa locations. We were not disappointed! The staff was very helpful and we even changed some of our plans based upon their advice (loved Ravello). The room was comfortable, well equiped and quiet and full breakfast each day ordered just as we liked was a bonus.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We had a beautiful room with a great balcony and a gorgeous view of the bay. The staff at Alcione Residence was terrific, friendly, had great restaurant recommendations with discounts, and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The breakfast every morning was perfect and served on the balcony. Everything was in walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property.

we really enjoyed our stay at the Alcione Residence. For a family of 4-2 teens, it was VERY spacious. There were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room, dining room and little kitchen. Everything was stocked and clean. The outdoor veranda was also spacious with a nice view. The place was close to everything and not too high up on the Positano Cliffs.

Wonderful time in Positano.

Plan on walking everywhere. Stayed in the Annex apt. Nice, spacious, views, but another 100 yds up the hill. Check with reception. Many restaurants nearby. Some restaurants will provide a car for customers. If you go to Capri, take one of the smaller boats. Worth the difference.

Massive suite in the heart of Positano.

The annex building was a treat. Massive suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Super comfortable, fast wifi (70mbps+) and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

There was also a massive terrace with dining tables and patio style furniture.
The hotel staff were really helpful at recommending dining options.
I would stay again in a heart beat.
