I feel as if we should have received a refund for at least one night. Out of the four night stay, the power went out for an hour the second night, and we had no hot water for the rest of the stay. Offering a return for the portion of the trip that we could not shower would display a huge amount of trust to future clients.
I will say that the staff was very kind and helpful, but the owner needs to revisit this scenario and do what is right.

Great location! Just walking distance to St Peter Basilica and easy access to the ACAT public transit system. The rooms maintenance was poor. Our room fridge was not working and the shower drain was clogged. Every time we showered we had to do it in segments of turning on and off the shower to avoid water overflowing into the bathroom floor!

For a 5 night reservation, they only cleaned the room once, changed the towels and took out the trash. If I hadn't asked them to clean, we would never have entered the room. Good hotels clean every day without a reminder.

Within the Vatican district and walkable to the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Restaurants and a bunch of souvenirs shops are also close by. To get to the other monuments the Hop on Hop Off bus is a great option. No need to rent a car, there is absolutely no where to park.

We arrived to a dirty room and a strong odor coming from the bathroom that never left. With no resolution when brought up to mgmt.They had no interest in working with us to check out early or deal with any issues.

Also, If you're traveling before June and it's 80-90 degrees there is no air conditioning in their rooms.

Rome is beautiful, and the location is a good one, just don't expect too much as far as room and staff.

Breakfast is poor, nothing hot.

I really enjoyed being in the Cantone District. It was very festive to go out in the evenings and see all of the restaurants along the sidewalks and all the lights strung across the streets and inside of the outdoor cafes. The food in the district was excellent. A lot to pick from. We really enjoyed getting out in the evenings. And it was easy access to transportation to get around Southern Rome.

Caution, do not enter! I feel like I’ve been catfished by this hotel, the pictures are nothing like place which, it seems, only occupied 1 floor a building. You enter and. Walls are thin as was noisy with slamming doors as they didn’t shut easily. Breakfast was simple. Our safe didn’t open even after maintenance had come by. Stayed 4 nights and our tea was not replenished but I had my own as well as instant coffee. Location was good. Walking distance to Vatican and St Peter’s Square. Many restaurants close by as well as shopping.

Good hotel, within a short walk from the Vatican and metros. Transfer from airport dropped us 10 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants close by and shopping. Disappointed with the breakfast. Couple of rolls with a croissant and cheeses and jams available along with tea and coffee and yoghurts. If you like that then its adequate but its not for me. My only criticism as the hotel was generally very good. On arrival there is a button for you to gain access to the building so look for this on the right hand side of the entrance. You need to do this every time you access the building but there is always someone there to let you in. Hope this helps

Lovely hotel with very comfortable rooms. Nice beds and nice linen. Dark, quiet and nice air con for sleeping. Lovely little Italian breakfast. Our room was modern and looked stylish. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Very helpful reception staff. We were left disappointed by this hotel. It was a strange setup in that you had to walk through the reception office every time to go to your room as it is managed 24/7. The staff was kind; however, upon checking in, we were told to enjoy the breakfast and given times to come downstairs. It was made to seem complementary. Only to find out it was not and I was charged for it despite its extreme lack of substance and quality (rolls and coffee). My credit card info was also all written down despite them having it on the computer, which was also unnerving. The entire hotel was far more budget-esque than expected. At times we felt a bit unsafe and our room ran very hot. Overall, we will not be back nor recommend it.

On arrival there was no kettle in the room, had to wait till the next day for them to replace it. There was no light on one side of the bed as it had been torn out, and a piece of Sellotape was placed on the wall, so my husband had to use his torch from the phone to read at night, the stainless steel waste paper bin was rusty and the duvet was just squashed in the wardrobe. The television channels are only in Italian. Should you want to use it don’t pay for breakfast it’s only two small rolls and a croissant and you get far more for your money arouind the corner. there was no table with which you could use for make up or getting ready and no mirror apart from the one on the stand where you put the suitcases. There was no comfortable seat to sit in just a dining room chair. Make sure that you do not pay in advance before you get there and see the state of the room and services as their conditions are that no refunds are allowed once paidin advance. unfortunately I was ill one night and vomited in the bathroom sink which was then blocked. Plumber said he would come but he did not appear and we filled the kettle and rinsed our cups in the bidet. Around 6.40 pm they offered us another room by which time we had decided to go home. There are plenty more hotels in Rome for the same or less cost - Avoid this one.

The only thing that was great was the bed. It was comfy and relaxing as soon as you came into the room.
However, there was no air-con so it was like a sauna when you walked into the room. Everytime we opened the windows we would have a view of the neighbours apartments as well as a pigeons nest right outside our window. We had the pigeons flying into our room. It was not pleasant.
The WiFi in the rooms are shocking as well. Doesn’t work at all.
I booked for a breakfast all included with the hotel but then got told I didn’t book for the breakfast after I already paid for everything.
Also the maid done a very good job on cleaning the room, however it would be nice to have fresh towels.

The hotel is actually on a couple floors in an apartment building located on a quiet poorly lit block but within very close proximity to the Vatican Museum and the Metro station. The hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel room was not cleaned well and had musky odor. Toiletries except for soap was present in the bathroom. The television had less than a handful of channels that could be viewed due to poor reception/connectivity.

Location is excellent, metro few minutes walk from hotel, few minutes from Vatican, loads of shops and restaurant around,
room was clean and modern.
We were staying 4 minutes so met few receptionist, i have to say every single one was very helpful, accommodation and restaurant staff also very polite and help.

The staff was friendly at the desk and as you walk through the hallways it's looks very nice and well kept. Then you get to your room, first there's random switches on the wall if pressed will make alarms go off and you here this all night as everyone else in their rooms accidentally pressed it. But the worst part is there is mold everywhere in the room!!!! Mold around the AC filter, massive mold around the ceiling, mold is the shower. The walls were all scuffed up and gross, and the room just smelt weird. Stay far away from this place!!!!!

Not a very safe feeling neighborhood. This \"hotel\" is in an apartment building and shares a lobby. Not well labeled entrance buzzer leaves you stranded outside in this sketchy neighborhood where we got ripped off by our cab driver. The room was not very clean. Super small bathroom and the shower leaked all over the floor.

Great location, close to Vatican City and to the subway to get to Rome, although walking to some areas in Rome is doable, it would take about 25 minutes. The staff was okay, friendly, but nothing else. Unless you asked questions, they were not informative about anything, for example, a public transit strike that was happening. They just put a note at the front desk but if you did not need to talk to someone at the front desk,m you would have missed reading the notice. Rooms need a bit of TLC.

I like the property, and the location. The staff was nice, very reactive. The breakfast was really nice, very complete.
I didn’t like that the window of the room was opening to a very insalubrious courtyard. Some mornings it was noisy from the cleaning of the other rooms.

lovely stay in a perfect position

Stayed here for 4 nights recently as part of a trip around different cities. The hotel room was lovely and clean, had a little terrace with a double door to let in some air but was also air conditioned. the bathroom was just big enough for what was needed. The bed was pretty comfy and plenty big enough for two people. The staff were friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast once as we went elsewhere after the first night but there was a nice selection of pastries and juices etc.

The nearest metro stop is Ottaviano, maybe a 5 minute walk away if you take your time. St Peter's is close enough to throw a stone at and theres a great selection of eating places nearby. We recommend Amalfi pizza (to die for!) and Da Vito e Dina has beautiful pasta dishes. Lemongrass gelato is the best local gelato we tried and only a street away!

Would definitely stay here again on return to Rome. Just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but easy accessible by metro so you can be at Termini in minutes.

The property is very well located just minutes walk to the Vatican. The 24 h service desk is very helpful mass staff were nice. The room itself was spacious and had big double bed. However, the over look of the room was a bit scruffy and needs to be maintained. Additionally, the room was noisy due to lack of internal and external insulation so we could hear a lot of external noice and internal ones from neighbouring showers or neighbouring conversations.

This hotel was fine. It was clean and updated so that was nice. The location was pretty good. Visiting the Vatican from here was extremely easy but if you plan to visit Rome it might be better to stay somewhere on the other side of the river to easily visit both sites. My biggest complaint was that my room had no windows except a very high up skylight. The skylight lit the room up a bit but the dark walls and furniture without windows made it feel a bit claustrophobic. It wasn't particularly pleasant spending time in the room to relax. I don't think all rooms are like that though. If I had a room with normal windows I would have had no complaints.
