Hotel simply needed some TLC, from the entry point with the broken column to the room which was marginally acceptable (curtains did not close well) to the 'canned' hot breakfast, to coffee carafes that did not work. To signing us out earlier then the check out time. Some other issues stemmed from the Casino , its staff and restaurant.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so expensive. Connected to a casino is a huge plus but we don't stay often because of the cost and no special offers from casino.

This hotel had a very friendly staff, the check in process was easy and the breakfast was decent. The workout room was closed and there was construction, when the casino was busy the smoke from cigarettes made its way into the lobby of the hotel.

Morning staff was rude. 2 areas covered with plastic sheeting. Only one ice machine worked. There is obviously a problem with mold as there was a dank smell and dehumidifiers everywhere. It was definitely not worth the rate charged.

so very clean , when setting in the lobby seen them sanitizing tables and chairs many times as people got up,,, the gal at front desk was very nice this time,, and the gal who takes care of the the breakfast bar is so on top of it all everytime we have been there,,she needs a raise.

The water pressure was brutal. It was like water torture. Deep tissue water massage on your back but forget about washing your face. Some pressure regulators would be a good investment for the property. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Upon arrival the check-in girl was very rude. Don't ask any questions, because all you'll get is grief.
Our room had roaches,and when I brought to the attention of the assistant manager, she asked if I had proof, I showed her the picture I took, she started apologizing. And she told me that she had to speak with her manager,but they would refund the price of the room. That did not happen . They took 50 dollars off bill. The bed was horrible, and the bathroom could of been cleaner

Stayed many times, this time the pool and pool room were uncomfortably cold. Pool was essentially unusable for adults and kids were quite cold for the time they could be in it. Pool room was kept at about 60 degrees. Rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay!! Great having a bar/restaurant right next store, had some fun at the casino. Enjoyed the pool (just the right temperature and clean!), and a tasty breakfast, Took my dog for a walk around the property this morning...lots of ponds, frogs, and even muskrats!! The staff was very accommodating. I had asked for a handicap accessible room. The only thing was the room for four people was not handicap accessible so we ended up having to get two rooms, because one of the guest had had a stroke and in a wheelchair and was unable to stay in the suite that I had booked, the young lady, who was on duty, was amazing and showing us the rooms and helping us get settled.
