I felt dirty the entire time I was there and the room was not well kept. Dust in many places along with dead spiders and cobwebs. Gym equipment was not in good condition. I will not be returning.

The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. We came to the city for a medical appointment and needed to book a second night. The gentleman , whose name has escaped me (working in the A.M. of May 29) , assisted us to secure another night. He not only found us a suitable room, but provided us with the best rate. Thank you, you know how you are. God Bless you for the kindness you showed us! We will definitely rebook for future appointments.

The room was dirty and very rundown (moldy bathroom, toilet holder broken, room smelled of smoke and mold, floor was dirty). The windows did not have a privacy sheer, so we had to leave the heavy curtains closed all the time - which made the room very dark and the lighting was sparse. The windows were single pane glass and did not have screens. There was no lock on the window - only a small stick to keep out intruders.
Coffee area did not supply sugar or creamer. When I asked for them to supply it, I was told to come to the lobby and get a coffee. Eventually they did bring the requests on the 2nd day. We paid $220 per night.

The property is a nice budget friendly option. The heated pool was such a treat for my family. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice bonus. The room itself was a bit run down. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the showehead sprayed everywhere when we moved it, knicks and scuffs were on the walls throughout and even on some of the furniture. We could turn on the tv, but we couldn't find interesting channels because the remote didn't work. It was hard for the kids not to have cartoons all weekend. Fortunately the free wifi was good and they could watch stuff on our phones. We loved the layout for room. I was able to create a sleeping nook on the floor for my toddler and she slept great. Oh and the beds were super hard. We missed our bed back home. So overall the room met our functional, budget friendly needs, but if we could we would choose another hotel.

The room was very noisy and bathroom had mold. Every morning at 7.30 ,two bus loads of workers would gather under our window to recieve their orders for the day. Never used the restaurant so cant comment on that. Would never stay here again.

Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor.

I rented mainly because it had a pool and hot tub but the hot tub looked a little dirty. That was a bit of a turnoff. The pillows really sucked. And all night I could hear a train whistle going cuz I had to leave my window open a little bit but that is not the hotels fault. I did like that it was close to a lot of stores that I enjoyed visiting

So it’s basically an old motel. The front staff were nice to deal with and courteous. The initial impression of the motel was it’s old but looks clean. Our room looked clean and had what appears the standard hotel furniture. Sheets and towels smelled clean. The door at the bottom had a gap enough to let the outside light in. The sheers for the window were gone. The baseboards were scuffed and dirty. The floor near the door seemed a little dirty. Overall, for the price I paid for a room in the area its was okay. Maybe expected the hotel chain to clean it up better as it is an old hotel. Would I come back, probably not.

Although the room was serviceable, you didn’t want to look too closely as there were bits of filth on the floor, there was no hairdryer, we each got one towel and the room smelled like smoke. The window didn’t fully close, which was OK because it was a hot weekend, but we woke up every morning to some sort of workers crew of 50 or more men outside of our window having a powwow with cheers and clapping. We booked the hotel because of the price and the pool and thought a Ramada was a safe bet. We could tell that people were living in this hotel month to month, lots of smokers. The first impression as you pulled up was interesting as somebody had hit the overhead carport and it had never been fixed. It seemed like from the outside all the rooms had different curtains and there was a security guard as you first walk in, which didn’t inspire any confidence
We never went to the pool because it looked questionable from the outside and lots of the grounds had left over bits of remnants of the hotel. Piles of microwaves and tires and ironing boards just stacked in corners of the parking lot. $200 a night really doesn’t get you much anymore. Certainly no breakfast.

It is an older hotel likely in need of renovation, but for the price you can’t beat it. It was clean and quiet enough despite being right next to the Lougheed hwy. The staff was lovely and helpful! Comfortable beds and clean overall, just an older place.

I arrived at the hotel at 8pm on a Saturday evening the day before the Sun Run (i.e. a VERY busy weekend in Vancouver) and the room was DREADFUL. The smoke alarm was hanging by wires from the wall and the window leading out to the roof-top terrace had no lock. I went out on the terrace and was able to easily slide the window open and enter the room. I raised my concerns with the receptionist and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She said \"It's not my fault\", \"I can't do anything about that\", and when I said that I would be in the room with my 4 year old and 7 year old daughter and just wanted them to be safe, her response was \"Go and find another hotel then\". At 8pm on the Saturday night before the Sun Run. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there is no manager on duty until Monday. What kind of hotel does not have a manager for Saturday night when it is fully booked? Eventually I found a security guard and had him lock the access door to the rooftop terrace and I found a window rod to jam into the window space so that it could not be opened from outside. This hotel is a shambles and the receptionist is the most unhelpful, rude person I have ever dealt with in any sort of customer service interaction. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and recommend anyone else concerned about their child's safety do the same.

The hotel was super run down. The reason we booked it was so our kids could swim, but they had private lessons happening in the pool on the Friday evening when we went to go use it. The pool is small, so my daughter wasn't able to enjoy using it at all. She sat in the hot tub with us for the most part as there were multiple lessons back to back…so it was very disappointing.

The beds did seem clean and were decently comfortable so that was the only reason we gave it a couple more stars.

Nice lobby with free coffee machine. The staff were very friendly. The gym was adequate but the pool area could use a bit of TLC. The adjoining restaurant had good prices and large servings. I would stay again!

The room was not clean, it had not been vaccumed and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was terrible noise in the parking lot until 1:30 am, I complained twice and the staff only seemed to pretend to try to do anything about it. There was some kind of work being done. And the noise started again at 7:30 the next morning. The staff that day told me the workers were leaving, and then told me they had left, but the next morning after that the staff said she was sorry it happened again (I didn't hear it that night because I turned on the fan in the window and took sleeping pills)

There was a fair amount noise outside my room. There was a lawn care company that did their morning meeting by the exit door near my room

The whole hotel needs to be renovated. The lobby is deceiving. The room I was in smelt like musky mildew the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the bath tub was brown with dirt the toilet tank was sweating very badly that the bathroom floor was always wet the big room window leaks. I could go on and on but I won’t. I don’t recommend this hotel

Hotel does not have elevators. This did not affect me but will people who have wheel chairs or heavy suitcases.

Hotel floor was loud. Did not get any sleep during my six day stay. So loud. It’s not worth staying here, especially paying $128 per day. I recommend going somewhere else.

Foyer smells. The front entrance at check in smells very very bad.

Amenities and room cleanliness is good. Staff is good. Beds comfortable. Parking is good. Included. But you can hear everything through the room. Breakfast not included. There’s a Chinese restaurant next door.

This place was good five years ago but not good anymore.

I don’t recommend this place.

I found the front staff to be disinterested in their job. Check in was slow as heck and i was the only one checking in at the time . At 3am i could hear someone talking loudly i thought it was just thin walls. When it was still going on at 4am i looked out my door and a female was sitting on the floor talking to someone on her computer using earbuds . I guess instead of disturbing someone in her room she felt it would be better to sit in the hall and disturb everyone. She did move to another part of the floor when I said something . When i checked out at 4:30am i mentioned it to the guy at the front desk his response was “ i told her to go back to her room but she wont , there’s nothing i can do “
I was like really whats the point of your huge security guard ? No response , apparently he could care less about making sure guests can get a restful nights sleep. No customer service and uncomfortable bed means spend your money somewhere else

I was traveling from Edmonton to visit a family member who was at The Royal Columbian Hospital, which kindly referred your hotel as one of three options. We chose The Ramada & booked through Hotels.com. While planning, we checked the website & Trivago which indicated that breakfast was included with the room reservation. However, when we went for breakfast & asked the front desk lady, she insisted it was not included. I had to pull up
The ad/booking to show her the inclusion. I realize now when I check that the hotels current website mentions a restaurant on site, not complimentary breakfast, but given the conflicting info during booking, a coupon or similar gesture for the 2 days we stayed would’ve been a nice way to resolve the discrepancy. Additionally the hospital informed us that if we booked with them, we’d get a discount. We were not offered any discount after booking through Hotels.com. On a positive note, I wanted to highly commend the lady who checked us out early.She is a people person, great with the public, she is pretty & has a beautiful smile. She explained we wouldn’t get a refund which we were ok with. Despite the excellent service from the front desk agent at checkout, the issues with the breakfast inclusion & the discount mean I will not be returning to your hotel. Sincerely, Cheryl

I love staying here love the hotel. The only thing I hate dealing with is the night time deaf person he’s absolutely miserable every time I’ve been here he’s one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met especially being a customer service… on the other hand the afternoon lady is absolutely amazing she tries to accommodate you and a super helpful and Cherryand so are all the cleaners that I’ve ever met. There’s only one person bringing this place down.

Bathtub had hair in it, spider webs hanging from the tv, first tv remote didn't work, so I got a replacement, then that one didn't work either, shower valve leaked so much we had to close the bathroom door overnight to sleep, pool was so warm it felt like a bathtub

Beds are old and soft, same wit the pillows, could be cleaned better and mold areas in bathroom should be dealt with properly. Bathroom needs upgrading, faucets don’t work properly and tub drain was semi flogged and drained very slow (tub would fill up while having a shower) staff were friendly, location and amenities are good. All in all, not a bad stay. Just needs some upgrading and more attention to cleaning.

when checking in, the staff was kinda rude and was not very helpful. she gave me the wrong directions to my room. There was 2 ways way quicker to my room and parking instead she gave me wrong information. I asked questions but she really never answered them. I was tired from my trip it would have been nice to have a friendly face to greet me at from desk. I guess I was wrong to expect that.

The room was incredibly filthy, pubic hairs on shower wall etc. Black mould in many areas. We felt the icky not clean and could not sleep well with that overall feeling of unclean. I would not recommend staying here. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay here.

Didn’t feel safe as there was no security on the open window as this is a motel, anyone could break in. Terrible, left hotel disgusted, didn’t stay a single night, disappointed by Wyndham.
