I really liked the space in the room . The kitchenette had a microwave , fridge and a kettle. There is also a free laundry. The hotel is close to many shops that are walkable and close to the Skytrain .

We stay here each year on our annual visit to Vancouver. The location is convenient. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The onsite restaurant is good with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable with a separate sleeping room. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the room clean. We like being able to have breakfast in our room made possible by the small refrigerator, the microwave, and the supplied dishes. We recommend the Executive Suites and Conference Center.

It is well located. Good for an overnight stay at a reasonable price. It was clean and would stay again for a one night stay. Many dated things about the entire place but I am sure a renovation would raise the price so we we satisfied with the compromise.

Staff are friendly but unfortunately the owner of this hotel very clearly doesn’t care to update basic amenities that you find with hotels that are much more budget friendly. The tv is extremely outdated and doesn’t subscribe to a basic smart tv abilities. It’s small and glitched the entire time. Maintenance said that it’s as good as it’s going to get. The mini fridge (which was odd to find in a king suite when a queen suite has a standard size fridge) never got to anything cooler than room temperature so all of my leftovers spoiled overnight. Very very disappointing because again when you pay 300$ minimum a night, you expect at least the fridge to be cold. Whe brought to maintenance attention I was told it’s fine. The pillows feel like they’re filled with cotton balls and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Some kinda hockey team was staying at the hotel as well and apparently the rules for the jaccuzi (closing at 10pm) did not apply to them. Neither did the quiet in the hallways. People smoking on their decks just below my room was basically the final straw for me. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and this will be my last time. The cost doesn’t line up with how comfortable it is and lacking of basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to other people traveling.

Very disappointed with our stay at the Executive Suites Burnaby May.01.26 for 2nights. The experience was far from family-friendly and left us extremely upset.

The pool hours and rules were not clearly posted, yet the manager yelled at us in front of our family and other guests to get out of the pool instead of handling the situation professionally.

To make matters worse, one of the cleaning staff accidentally pinched my toddler’s finger in a door, causing injury and a lot of distress. What was most upsetting is that the situation still has not been properly addressed or followed up on by management.

We expected much better customer service, communication, and care for guest safety. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience overall.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk employee was unpleasant and came across as rude, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel.

Additionally, I do not understand why, as a guest, I am required to pay for parking. I specifically chose this hotel based on the availability of parking, and at no point during the reservation process was it mentioned that parking or breakfast would incur additional charges.

This lack of transparency is frustrating and does not reflect well on the overall experience.

Air conditioner very loud. No security lock on sliding doors to be able to keep it open instead of air conditioner. Couch area is very small and dark, no window. We used the couch bed and was difficult to rearrange the furniture to make it work.

I like the indoor whirlpool tub. It was the most luxurious and satisfying experience at the hotel. Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like being at home with a friend from somewhere. The balcony allowed me to get a city view in the mornings.
Dislike:
Carpeting is showing signs of aging in room, public area and in the gym
Wall paper in room in peeling off and getting old, yellowish look.
The gym room did not even have bulk bottled water dispenser available. I guess the executives would have to get used to drinking tap water directly from tap. Machines need to be wiped down from time to time.
How about cleaning the windows for a clearer view from the room?

The room was large but had a few rips in the wallpaper and caulking on the walls so it felt tired, old. But the room was clean. The toilet was very low as well. It is a good location for many things to do in a walking radius, this is why we choose to stay.

Room wasn’t properly clean. They also forgot to clean it the 2d night even we left the door sign that they could entered. Never sent towels, we didn’t have toilet paper. The person at the reception (Raghav was his name) said i have to pick the towels and toilet paper up downstairs. I went downstairs and no one was at the reception. We were 6 people waiting for someone to talk to. The manager of the restaurant came out to try yo find someone to help us. Terrible service from this guy at the reception from the beginning. We always liked this hotel but it has been going down the last 2 times we were there.

The breakfast was expensive so we had to go to the nearby Tim Horton's. Also, the vending machine (for the drinks) does not work. Nothing comes out. I think it's already empty. It should be checked every half a day or so

This is a bit of a hidden gem. I used to live in this area years ago and it has changed a lot since then - more residential towers now. So this place doesn't stand out like it used to and seems to be hidden quite literally now. The rooms look a bit dated but they everything is maintained well, clean, and very comfortable. The price was fantastic for my booking and I got way more than I would have at other places. Breakfast was also very good.

This was a one night visit while on a long road trip. We loved the one bedroom suite. With a family with a baby the separate rooms helped. The bathtub was so large. The baby loved it. The restaurant is not really family friendly. We ordered from a restaurant next to the hotel.

Very unpleasant experience. The restaurant was closed for a “private event” when we had otherwise planned to eat there. Needed two beds, and the reservation said Queen with pull out couch was available (maybe hotels.com error over the property itself). Instead they gave us a king room and said no rollaway or extra sheets were available. What kind of hotel has no extra sheets?! There was a bag of trash outside of our door, room was otherwise clean. The staff was very unhelpful and just kept saying no no we’re fully booked - okay well you booked us here too, so we did expect the room as noted and basic services. We weren’t even offered any kind of luggage cart as we struggled with our multiple bags.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for leisure with my wife. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the staff were courteous and professional. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay.
One small inconvenience was that complimentary bottled water was not provided. I tried calling room service to request some, but my calls were not answered. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and polite service.

The room is right by the elevator and its loud you can hear people going by in and out and the elevator is eapically loud going up and down with the doors closing. The walls were dirty and the amenities could use a upgrade. There is no view on the 3rd floor homemoon suite.
