This hotel is absolutely disgusting. If it’s not broken & dirty, it’s just dirty. No sleep due to the sound of intercourse and music through the walls. It is appalling that they charge the price that they do.

If I could give cleanliness and amenities 0 stars I would. There were garbage bags at the top of every staircase which had to be used due to the elevator being out of service. The room we were given had blood stained sheets, mystery fluid on the wall and a unkept bathroom.
The front desk gentlemen was very accommodating and tried his best to help however the issues were beyond his control. Would not recommend staying here if you value a clean environment.

The sink was plugged. The desk clerk came but did not try to fix it. The curtains only covered two-thirds of the windows. The refrigerator was not plugged in, so we had to move the large credenza and squeeze behind to plug it in. No chair for the desk. The breakfast was ok. The breakfast attendant was good

Stuff working in hotel was nice but property is neglected . Our first room was stinky, Curtains in very bad condition and dirty. After changing our room it was cleaner but very uncomfortable. Hotel needs some renovation. They have very old and dirty box springs , walls peeling off , bathtub rusty and silicone peeling off . Shower curtain and towels were dirty too . I won’t recommend stay there and I believe it may need health inspections too . I usually don’t write feedbacks but I believe customers deserve better rooms .

It started when we arrived. No one at the front desk and there was a sign saying that they had stepped away and would be back shortly. 15 minutes later the person showed up, did not apologize for the wait, and checked us in.

The room was very \"tired\" and my wife's right away said \" don't take off your shoes.

The bathroom floor was sticky, so layed down a towel. The sink porcelain was chipped and grout was stained.

The sheets and towels were clean, but the bed had an old mattress that squeaked terribly.

Breakfast wasn't bad and what I would expect from a mid-level hotel.

In general, this was the second worst stay in a hotel/motel over45 years of travel.

Side doors did not work with key card.
Room was not what was shown in pictures on listing. The room was extremely small and quite smelly and not very clean. There were marks on the walls that looked like greasy hands. There was also trimming missing around the window. We requested a different room but was told there were none available. Then decided to request our money back so we could go elsewhere. Clerk said to talk to Expedia and representative of Expedia could not get a hold of a manager to approve the return. I then requested to speak to a manager via the front desk myself, and was told that was not possible, we had no choice but to stay in the room. We also weren’t ever informed that we needed a voucher for breakfast and were sent away from the breakfast room while collecting our breakfast to front desk to get a voucher. Staff were kind and assisted best they could in general. Not happy with the misrepresentation of the establishment on the listing. For the cost of the room, I would say not worth it.

Staff were great, the buikding needs a bit of refreshing. The bed was comfortable, but squeaked/creaked with every move. Rolling over was a symphony of sounds. The bathroom was clean and the shower tile were chipped and grout was missing. The faucets were in desperate need up replacement.

Room a bit smelly! Had to sleep with the window opened.
Breakfast is quite controlled. Front desk will issue a voucher early in the morning and there 1-2 guys custodian who enters the room. No eggs, but everything else was there. Good oatmeal!

Staff were friendly but not helpful with issues or providing information. The hotel was clean and the room was large, however the shower was broken with no hot water or pressure. Front desk person did nothing about it after we requested a new room. Free breakfast was ok and basic. Good stay if you have to spend a night but would like to see the hotel at its full potential. Staff and upkeep need to be addressed by “on site” management.

Awful place. Loud jazz music playing in the lobby by the hotel that kept me up all night. Why do you want to have loud music in the hotel lobby ? Mold bathroom tiles, and ceilings. Wall paper and carpet so much wear, and the list goes on.

The property is old and a bit run down. Rooms are dated. Heating/cooling hit and miss. We were there for 2 nights and on the second night had a mouse in our room. The staff gave us a choice of rooms and am waiting for the manager to provide compensation as he said he was going to. The breakfast was limited and just ok.

The hotel is very very old. Doors are narrow and the stairs had urine in it. There is garbage everywhere and cigarette butts everyone. The room I was in felt like a prison including sensors on the window in case i wanted to escape that way. Wyndham is trying to upgrade the place but really it should be torn down. Maybe it’s a heritage building.

The room is too old, need to be renovated. The water was not drained properly, we did not want to take shower in the tub as it looked dirty. Only the breakfast area was warm and nicer compare to the room area.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice. The coffee at breakfast was excellent, I was surprised it was Folgers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the property is older and shows its age. However the price was right and the good parts outweighed that. Note that the walls seemed on the thin side so if the hotel is busy it might be noisy. It was quiet for me, and pleasant.

Room was great and it was clean. But there were no coffee cups supplies with the coffee maker in the room.
When I went to the front desk to ask for some, the staff pointed me to another coffee area to get cups. There were none there either and there were no creamers. The staff was not prepared for the morning customers.
Other than that it was a nice place and I would recommend it.

Hot tub and pool were not working Parking lot not feeling to safe
Only had my room cleaned once. The toilet was broken, the shower wasn't working, and there was no hot water for a long time. The day my room got cleaned, someone put the lock latch on, but no one knew what to do. The so-called Managar didn't do much got me a skrew driver and it took me a hour and a half before I finally got in my room not impressed with the hotel and then they had no coffee in the morning

Upon entry, I had to kick needles out of the way before my 4 year old picked them up. There were blood soaked rags laying about, cans of pop and random debris. There was a woman who pulled up in a taxi and was drunk and spitting as she was exiting. The place felt dark and didn’t feel inviting. The staff member at the front was not at all enthusiastic. We went to bed at 8pm and by 9pm a group was situated next door and they were loud and drinking until 2:45am. I called down to the desk to ask if they could tell them to turn it down… I was advised they would call the room.. nothing changed.
There was limited hot water… the breakfast was well put together and the staff member was pleasant and had a great vibe.
I would not recommend or be returning to this location.

I booked two nights for grandsons birthday with the promise of a pool. When I arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed I had to rebook a different hotel and the property manager would not refund my money. I would not recommend anyone to book this place if this is their standard of customer treatment.

Would have liked to have mentioned room issues to the staff but they stood chatting feet from the front desk and never did acknowledge me when I was attempting to check out. Toilet leaked, bathtub taps leaked and the tub liner was not securely attached nor sealed. Turned toilet water off to prevent it from loudly refilling every 5 mins all night long. Hairs in bathtub when I checked in. Bed was quite firm but new. Could use more blankets as the heater was loud turning on and off all night. Fridge froze all my items.

False advertising on Expedia pics. This hotel was dirty, and room dirt on walls and stains on bedskirt. Room had a window at the top of the ceiling you couldn’t reach, and the heater was broken. Towels old and dirty, tub would never have anyone hoping to get clean in it. Mattress hard and old. Pillows worn and no shape left. Horror hotel!

Pool was closed and I wasn’t notified. Even though I called week before my stay.i flew to Ont for March break to spend with my 3 grandkids and got his hotel because of the pool. The hotel was dirty. Mold in the room so I asked to be moved I had to stay because it cost me almost 600.00. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing fresh at all

Nice room with a comfy bed. They welcomed my two Bengal kittens…. I love when places allow pets! The world is changing!… and pet owners want to travel!! Jesus…. (Sorry!… can’t remember the spelling of the rest of his name… but the lovely front desk attendant from Nigeria was AWESOME!! Give that young man a raise!! So personable and genuine.

My toilet was broken the 3 days I was there. Report it everyday to find out “ apparently” no maintance on call my whole stay.

Everything was horrible from start to finish. Problem with reservation upon check in, nasty Night Auditor who checked me in, was not given the room I requested and booked for on Expedia, hallways were freezing throughout the stay and smelled like paint because they were painting the rooms (you think I could have been told about this prior???!!). Extra charge on room price because they claimed I was late in checking in from my initial Expedia reservation. One day of non-room cleaning (what's with that??) Horrible horrible experience. Please don't stay there and waste your time

The lobby was freezing. The mattresses should have been changed out likely 3 years ago. There was a weird stain on the roof that looked like puke. Coffee stains on the walls and shelves. Sweat stains on the box springs. Was unaware we needed breakfast vouchers, Wasn't given any at check in and when i asked for some in the morning, the guy behind the counter stared at me for 15 seconds before he even made a move to get me any. We still didn't get any breakfast. Would not stay again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In over 50 countries and hundreds of hotel rooms, this was my worst stay. The bed sunk in in the middle with springs sticking out. The blankets had cigarette burns. We avoided even having a shower because the tub was covered with mould and covered our pillows with our clothes. Staff were rude. Avoid this at all cost. This was so incredibly terrible.

I stayed 5 nights and my room was not made up once. My coffee maker did not work and I asked about it several times. My Credit card now has been charged twice. This is the second time that this has happened at this hotel. The heat in the hotel was not working. The breakfast room Juice machine and pancake machines were not working.

Didn’t get the room i reserved. Then was given a key to a room with someone in it already. Then the room we ended up with had 2 double beds and one bed had a slanted mattress. It was very cold in the room too where we had to sleep with our sweats on. Dirty and out dated too.

Room was very clean. Bathroom very clean except the shower tiles had been regrouted many times so that it looked very unpleasant. I chose not to use it.The room was very cold, about 60 F. I am from MN so I know. The hallways and lobby were even colder. Staff were wearing jackets. Manager was not available on two occasions I asked. .Room not available when I checked in at 3:30. Waited 30 minutes for it in the cold lobby. BTW it was 0 fahrenheit outside. I asked a maid who happened to be cleaning next door to help me turn on heat on my room. She had to crawl underneath a fixed piece of furniture to turn it on.

When we got there the room was extremely cold, the heat wasnt even turned on and the room was reading 6°C. Turned the heater up to max (35°C) and the room never got warmer than 16°C. We were traveling with an infant as well so the room temp was not ideal at all. Breakfast was also severely lacking. Only options were bagels and toast. No coffee or milk for the cereal. Lobby compeltely smelled like marijuana as well. Was not at all happy with our stay.

Staff was great. The room was awful. Super cold and took several hours to warm up with heat on full blast. Ordered a king room and once I arrived they told me they only had a double room. Blankets was super thin so I froze all night. Worst hotel condition experience I've ever encountered.
