A nice place to sleep but not much else

Although the location is utilitarian, it's a nice property with, when it's open, a fine restaurant. Rooms are excellent and the whole place is spotless. Unfortunately, it's a little characterless and has extremely limited F&B service outside \"standard\" hours. Arriving at 10pm on Sunday, there was nothing available to eat or drink. Also, there is no air conditioning in the room and it was far too hot

Rooms are huge for European hotels. Clean, comfortable beds and shades could eliminate all outside lighting. Breakfast bar was better than most European hotels I have been to in many years. Staff were eager to help make your day/stay a great one.

Great hotel near to Einsiedeln - rooms are excellent, quiet, great coffee machine. Located in an industrial complex. Restaurant has excellent meals, albeit pricy.
Highly recommended for a cycling holiday or business, or to explore the region with your own transport.

Very nice hotel, but hotel rooms on the back are facing railway track and whole noise is in your room. Hotel has no gym or swimming pool as this is part of the SPA in same building and you have to pay additional fee for such service. Breakfast very basic but OK. No vegetables I had one day few old tomatoes, dinner in the hotel restaurant avoid if you can. Food was terrible.

Arrived late so I had to auto check in, I’m not used to not being greeted by people. The hotel is shared with small businesses on the same landings as guest rooms. Having said all this my room was large, clean and very comfortable. It had great facilities. The breakfast and dinner in Fuego Restaurant were excellent and the staff were very friendly. All in all I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this off the beat hotel.

No frills. Breakfast needs additional selections.

These basic rooms feature quite firm bedding which we continue to find uncomfortable. The breakfast is quite basic, as well. Nothing fancy nor special. One hot tray with scrambled eggs and bacon. No sausage. No potatoes. Limited cold meats, cheese, vegetables. The basic budget could use with some expanded breakfast options. This time it was our bathroom sink which drained quite slowly. It was an immediate problem. So the prior room cleaner must surely have been aware of the problem.

Good hotel, lacks on a few minor things

Everything was great.. I think that a hotel used primarily for business should offer a mini bar and a few bathroom amenities.. also the heat in the hotel needs to be controlled better. Otherwise everything is really great

Better than staying in the city

Easy to get too. Very clean. Lovely room and incredible bathroom. Wanted a drink at 9pm and was unable to get one as everything was closed is the only down side. Nothing in English so couldn’t even use the phone to call reception had to go up and down to get anything. Pool was incredible

Çok temiz , geniş ve ferah bir odada konakladık. Göl manzarası yoktu. Odada kahve makinası vardı, buzdolabı yoktu. Kablosuz internet sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Ücret /performans düşüktü . Bu fiyata kahvaltı ve otopark ücretsiz olmalıydı.

Too bad there was not a refrigerator in our room, which these days you find also in 3 star hotels. Minor faults for the shower in the bathroom with a broken support. Overall satisfactory

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, was ich sehr positiv fand. Allerdings fehlten einige grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten, die man in dieser Hotelkategorie erwarten würde. Es gab weder einen Kühlschrank bzw. eine Minibar noch eine Klimaanlage. Besonders störend war, dass im Badezimmer keine Lüftung vorhanden war – nach dem Duschen fühlte es sich wie in einem Dampfbad an. Insgesamt also sauber, aber mit deutlichen Komforteinbußen.

Bra men kan bli bättre.

Fräscht hotell med vackert läge. Fina rum med trevlig inredning. Lite dåligt underhåll. Min duschhållare var trasig och handtaget ramlade ner på min fot. Syntes att den varit trasig ett tag så städet koordinerar inte klockrent med fastighetsskötaren. Frukosten lite för spartansk.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren sehr freundlich.

Zimmer: werden zentral beheizt, so dass die Temperatur nur über ein geöffnetes Fenster geregelt werden konnte. Ist das nachhaltig bei gleichzeitig laufender Heizung.

Restaurant Fuego: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Portionen sind zu klein und entsprachen (unserer Einschätzung nach) nicht den Angaben in der Speisekarte (angegebene Menge Fleisch). Es war offenbar auch nicht ausreichend Personal in der Küche und im Service. Definitiv keine Empfehlung für das Restaurant.

Wellness-Romantik im Business-Hotel

Unser Zimmer 321 verfügte über eine Kitchinette, eine sehr grosse Badewanne, eine Sauna ein separates Badezimmer mit toller Dusche. Toilette war getrennt. Ein Wohnbereich mit grossem Flachbildschirm und ein Schlafbereich, der auch einen eigenen grossen Fernseher hat. Die Einrichtung war gepflegt, modern und gepflegt. Die Betten ausserordentlich bequem. Alles sehr offen und luftig, wie in einem Loft-Konzept. Wunderschön! Auch hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant Fuego! Sensationelle Küche!

Ein Ausflug wert.

Alles wahr zufriedenstellend, Service tiptop, im Restaurant in House gibts sehr feines Essen - passt alles.
Baulich hat die Location ein wenig gelitten, die Zimmertüren wurden mit einem neuen Schliess-system ausgestattet, nur hat man vergessen die Löcher von vorderen System abzudecken...
Leider konnte ich die Wellnessanlage nicht nutzen aber der Aussenpool sah schon sehr verlockend aus.
