Had a a very nice stay over 2 nights at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and had all the required amenities. Good selection for breakfast with plenty of choice and items were replenished at regular intervals. Nice views from the restaurant and breakfast area, both located on the top floor of the hotel.

The hotel is good, the staff is very good. We booked because we liked the panorama view. But we got the parking lot and business center view. Restaurant was closed on Sunday night so we got food from a supermarket. Next day breakfast and restaurant panoramic view were good. This hotel is great for business people. Close to everything and to the train station.

It was no more than a five minute walk from the railway station and was easy to find which was handy.
For a Swiss hotel it wasn't expensive.
Registration was quick and efficient. The room was a reasonable size and clean. Bed Comfortable and apart from the occasional passing train it was quiet. Multi channel tv with uk channels was a nice touch and the bathroom had a really good shower. I left early and so didn't have breakfast but I understand it is available from 6am onwards.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. the rooms were good and the staff friendly. Evening dinners were good but the breakfast left us wanting more, the service at breakfast wasn't half as good as it was in the evening. not enough warm food being put out. If you didn't ask for bacon or eggs to be filled up then the staff didn't react.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are int he area. It has everything you need. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is well prepared with a lot of selections and the restaurant on the top floor has some surprisingly good food.
The staff is friendly and dealt well with the language barrier. Mine not theirs.
The only negative was that the bathroom had no place to hang anything. The floor always got wet and the layout of the bathroom was not ideal. It was clean and worked well but it could have been better with a few hooks and shelves.

Die anliegende Bahnstrecke mit den durchfahrenden Zügen war nervig. Es war zudem laut. Der Blick zu den Bergen wurde beeinträchtig durch eine Industriestandort sowie Überlandleitungen-schade. Schön war das man mit unserem Hund gleich in den nahe gelegen Wald konnte. Die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad boten genügend Platz. Schränke ausreichend. Geworben wird im Internet eine Minibar-war nicht da, auf Nachfrage hätte man diese für 34SF nach kaufen können. Beim Check in am Anreisetag 25.8. war eine Dame am Empfang die vermutlich zum LACHEN in den Keller

Die Wäscherei ist nich so das man es selber machen kann. Und da jetzt niemand das machen kann, und ich am morgen früh abfahre, bleibt die Wäsche nicht gereinigt!!!!

Das einzige Manko war die recht hohe Temperatur im Zimmer. Lag es an der Heizung oder an der Sonneneinstrahlung am Nachmittag? Trotz weit geöffnetem Fenster blieb die Temperatur bis zum Morgen bei 24°C.
Ansonsten fand ich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour affaires dans la région. L’hôtel est moderne et bien situé, à deux pas de la gare, places de parc en suffisance. Chambre spacieuses et bien équipées. Endroit calme. Bon restaurant et bar sur place. A mon sens un peu cher déjeuner non compris!

preis-leistung stimmte für mich nicht und frühstück eher nicht für 4-sterne-hotel. kaffeemaschine war immer wieder defekt. zudem rann die hälfte des wassers zwischen duschenschlauch und bruse bzw. kam bei der bruse gar nicht an… auch lief recht viel wasser aus der duschkabine heraus und wir mussten jeweils den boden aufnehmen um nicht nasse füsse zu bekommen beim eintreten ins badezimmer 😬

Ne parle que allemand et anglais pour un hôtel qui s'appelle étoile suisse c'est décevant (il y a 4 langue en suisse). La TV c'est le même problème, il n'y a même pas une chaine en Français ou en italien, on peut connecter le téléphone a la TV mais l'application Zattoo ne fonctionne pas.

Het hotel zelf is net en keurig. Kamer en badkamer zijn schoon en ruim. Het enige nadeel is dat de kamer veel te warm is. Je kan alleen verwarmen en niet koelen. Het raam openen is een optie, maar dan krijg je teveel geluid van de spoorbaan en provinciale weg binnen. Ook de ontbijtruimte was veel te warm en sfeerloos.
