The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle.

Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. Basically another exaggeration.

These were the two main reasons I booked this hotel and feel like I got tricked.

The gym and pools aren’t the hotel’s. There is a leisure centre across the parking lot from the hotel. You need to book, but even them, got turned away. Decent as 3 star hotel, but do not book for the amenities.

The property is 12 miles from Bergamo. Looks like regular Motel 6 along the highway. I don’t know why it’s called Bergamo something. The restaurant at the hotel works only two days a week. Nazar restaurants or bars in the area. Basically speaking the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

Great airport hotel

This was a very good hotel to rest at before our flight. Swimming pool situation is confusing (need a cap for indoor pool, pay €15 for outside). But apart from that it was very comfortable and the young man in the desk helped us with many many questions. I would definitely stay again.

Below basic standard and rude front desk

The only good thing about this hotel is the indoor golf and leisure centre next door! Front desk was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and completely absent in the morning. Room comfortable but not neariy enough tea/coffee facilities and zero milk provided! No shampoo/products provided either and for nearly €150 for 1 night I would have at least expected breakfast or milk in my room, oh and someone on the front desk to help when needed in the morning too! Kettle over boils and didn’t switch off nearly scolding me.
Beds were comfortable and size of room decent but everything else was so poor and when I tried to speak to front desk re this they were rude and unhelpful.

We arrived in the afternoon, got our check in very quickly because the reception was well organized.
Our room was at the 1st floor, very nice, a TWIN bed room, with all the minimum comfort for a traveller.
We even got a transfer to the Bergamo Airport, in the day we arranged it.
The breakfast was BUFFET, but having something for anybody.
The room was clean, had air conditioning, TV and fridge.
We enjoyed our stay

Excellent hotel next to airport

Hotel was great. We wanted to stay in preparation for a flight the next morning and glad we did. The hotel was wonderful and we enjoy the room. The room was big enough for two people with plenty of space. We also booked for the breakfast buffet the next morning and it was a fantastic breakfast with hot and cold options (plenty of options). There is one restaurant next to hotel so dining was good. We opted for paid parking as we have a handicapped person so had to be on entrance floor, but the free parking is on site and just above the paid parking (couldn't do stairs). you are 15 minutes from BMY airport and recommend staying here. Quite area and comment is easy. We worth the price.

Very friendly staff who were always willing to help no matter what time. We initially didnt even know the pool was included so that came as a bonus. the rooms were cleaned and maintained every day and to a high standard. the breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from ($10) . also the fact the receptionists all spoke english helped. the views from the hotel were also beautiful and watching the sunset from our room became one of our things to do. Its around a 10min train to bergamo which you can board at st petro

GREAT FOR SWIMMERS BUT NOT FOR TOURISTS. The hotel does not have airport shuttle service despite what it says on expedia. Also they don't have a pool but guests are allowed to use the lap pool at the gym next door. It's very nice if you like to swim laps.

The hotel is not very conveniently located for the airport or the high city if you want to do sightseeing unless you have a car.

The rooms are very clean but the A/C didn't work. There was a mini fridge in the room but it didn't work either.

The stay was nice, however, their desk is not manned at all times. I had to wait quite a while before someone showed up when I was checking in. When leaving again there wasn't anyone, so couldn't pay for the room (they didn't take card details on arrival). I rang the bell on the receptionist desk but no one showed up. Now they keep messaging me on Whatsapp and threatening with the police. Very poor service. Expedia has my card details, so not sure where is the problem. Would be great for the Expedia to sort this out.

Massive pluses one tiny minus...

Stayed for one night, as a stop-over. Staff very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, even booked us for a meal at a local restaurant. Slightly disappointed a 4-star hotel doesn't provide a more personal service for breakfast and that it is completely DIY (it would be nice for the attendants to offer coffee or a drink of choice, and make toast for the client, rather than having to do everything one's self!) But the ladies attending the breakfast room were very nice and kind, and helped my elderly mother by fetching orange juice which was not available as a choice drink, that morning. I am sure however, this particular procedure is implemented as a money/labour-saving exercise by the Hotel Management, and is definitely neither the fault or responsibility of the Hotel Staff. All in all, the stay was very pleasant, I would certainly recommend.

The hotel is good, the area isn’t.

The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioner didn't work well so we had to open an open window, and there was a lot of noise outside that ruined the accommodation. Breakfast was good and tasty. The area is not good, a cemetery not far away, scary quiet and really nothing to do there beyond the accommodation.

The worst hotel EVER!!!

No AC though advertised. Room felt like a sauna. They control room's temperature from a central computer. They lied about lowering the temperature until you hopefully go away. Breakfast runs out like in the military. Staff refused to replenish prepaid breakfast no matter how early you went down. No apologies and a very unhelpful staff. Quite frankly, they didn't care. Take it or leave it attitude with no refund or remedy. Do not stay here! They act like they are doing you a favor when in fact you pay for everything and get no services.

pleasant service but industrial location

We chose this hotel because of free internet, free parking, and the low cost. The internet service was good and the covered parking was next to the entrance, but of course the price was modest because the hotel is located in an industrial area. Our room overlooked the roadway, which was quite busy with trucks, so it was noisy. The room was reasonably sized but was a bit musty smelling. The rainfall shower was lovely but the bathroom a bit small. The receptionist was extremely kind and helped us make reservations for dinner. Overall, it was worth the modest price, but I don't think I would make this choice again.

Positive points: Big comfortable modern rooms. Cleaniliness both of room and hotel. Excellent service. Satisfying breakfast. Negative points: Not so comfortable mattresses as other 4 star hotels we have visited. Not so close to the city's centre. Although there is a bus station near the hotel after 20:00, the bus itinerary changes and you get off to a station not so close to the hotel. But if you got a car it is fine!

Muy mal que al hacer la reserva ponga que se paga al terminar la estancia y la recepcionista, al llegar, te ponga el datáfono en la cara para pagar antes de darte la llave. Además, de que sólo hablaba italiano e inglés, el inglés que hablaba, no sé le entendía nada. Tienen muy mala accesibilidad desde el parking gratuito al hotel, por una escalera de caracol, como para subir y bajar las maletas, y cuando le dices que te habrá la barrera del parking de pago, para descargar y cargar las maletas, te pone cara de vinagre...
Desde el amanecer entraba demasiada luz por la ventana porque l cortina no oscurecía nada

Preso questo hotel per due motivi. Uno perché amo soggiornare nei 4 stelle e due per la piscina. Per quanto riguarda le stelle, ne meriterebbe 2 se non 1. Sembra una fabbrica degli anni 70, cestino dei rifiuti in bagno rotto e arrugginito. Stanza piccolissima. Moquette vecchia e sporca. Per quanto riguarda la piscina, mai mi sarei aspettato di dover uscire fuori passare da un parcheggio e andare in un'altra struttura adiacente Privata, convenzionata con l'hotel ma non al interno del hotel. Piscina olimpionica al chiuso e che davvero, l'acqua puzzava. Parcheggio coperto a pagamento ok solo 2€, ma colazione 25€ a persona mi sembra esagerato neanche nei 5 stelle che di solito anche nei 3 stelle é gratuita. Non dico altro.....4 stelle non le merita per niente!

Hotellin mainostama uima-allas ei ole hotellilla, vaan viereisessä rakennuksessa. Uimaan ei pääse kuin sisäaltaaseen, ulkoallas on kohtuuttoman hintainen (15€ aikuinen ja 8€ lapsi) riippumatta siitä menisikö altaalle aamulla vai juuri ennen sulkemisaikaa. Uima-allas asiassa neuvominen aivan luokatonta ja kolme eri ihmistä neuvoivat ihan eri tavalla. Huoneen viilennys ei toimi kunnolla, joten yöllä TODELLA kuuma. Iso aukeava ikkuna suuri riski lapsille etenkin kun ikkuna juuri vuodesohvan kohdalla.

L'hotel è situato nei pressi di un complesso sportivo e serve chiaramente da appoggio ai numerosi sportivi che frequentano il centro ma è anche un buon punto di partenza per raggiungere il centro di Bergamo in 15 minuti di autmobile. Sconsigliato a chi noj è autominito perché risulta difficilmente servito dai mezzi pubblici. Gli interni sono pulitissimi e ben arredati, sala ristorante annessa con colazione a buffet generosa e ricca. Le camere anche se di dimensioni ridotte (una tripla familiare è estesa al più 20 mq) hanno tutto il necessario per passare bene qualche notte (permanenze più lunghe potrebbero venir compromesse dagli spazi limitati. Il personale è competente ed è disponibile a risolvere eventuali disguidi dovessero emergere con la prenotazione.

La pulizia non era ottima, in giro ho trovato capelli che ovviamente non erano miei.
L'arredamento avrebbe bisogno di un restyling in tutti gli ambienti.
Personale con pessimo umorismo; avevo chiamato appositamente per chiedere se ci fosse un'opzione vegana per la colazione e mi è stato risposto di sì.
La mattina seguente c'era tutto si più tranne qualcosa che riuscissi mangiare, se non kiwi.
Sono andata a chiedere alla Reception spiegazioni e la ragazza ridendo mi ha risposto \"ci sono le verdure, quello che abbiamo è lì\". Wow, questo sarebbe un 4stelle?
Ovviamente non tornerò.

깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하나 주변에 편의시설이별로 없어 약간 불편한 것 같다.
