Beautiful stay in Palermo

This is a beautiful and modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. They are very personable and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing with so many delicious selections. They even prepared a to-go breakfast for me on one of the mornings I had to leave very early. The location of this hotel is in walking distance to the airport shuttle and the center of town. Very convenient. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Italy. I just love it!

Well located with great staff…

Staff super friendly, arranged transfer early on morning of checkout. Room was noisier than anticipated from cars on roads outside which explains the provided ear plugs on the bedside cabinet.

I’ve traveled to 14 countries and I have to say that this hotel had some of the best service ever. From the moment we walked in we were immediately greeted by the team. They took the time to explain to us amenities of the local area including “must see” and dining options. I cant stress enough that this was a great, conveniently located hotel which the best service ever.

Great Hotel, Close to Everything you need😎

The hotel is 1 block away from all the action and a 3 minute walk to the bus to the Palermo Airport. If you are going on a Cruise, the hotel is a few blocks away so you can actually walk with your luggage. No need for a taxi

4 nights in lovely Palermo hotel

I have stayed in many hotels but it is rare to come across such delightful staff. Endlessly smiling and helpful

Hotel is small and just outside the so called old city. No street noise at all and easy to walk everywhere.

Easy walk (20 minutes) to the station for trains to Cefalù

Rooms spacious, bathroom a bit small but shower excellent

Breakfast very tasty, particularly if one likes cakes etc in the morning

I would definitely recommend it to others

Everything was great! Room, location, staff, everything. The only one thing to keep in mind is the location is on a busy street so there will be some street noise. However, it didn't impact our sleep and the hotel provided earplugs in the room (were there without asking when we arrived). We did not even have to use the earplugs but one night I almost put them in. Would highly recommend

Very friendly staff who made the experience seamless and very pleasant. The room was of good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't hurried and was varied and fresh. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely return.

a clean solid middle-class hotel with an outstanding, and very friendly and helpful staff and owner. the picture on their website is not of the hotel but of a nearby attraction. the hotel is located in a building shared by many small hotels who each may have a room or more on a floor or more. there is a good elevator. breakfast is fine and the melon was the best i have had in a long time.

I've stayed in a lot of old and run down little hotels across Sicily as I like to avoid big chains. And they've been fine, but this was a significant step up in being modern and up to date. The room was stylish and comfortable, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. My best accommodation of the trip, highly recommend.

This is an amazing property!! The rooms are Morden with all amenities you require. The staff are super friendly and they have a decent breakfast.

The location is central and you can walk to all the sights. If you are bringing a car there is street parking but you have to be patient for them. There is also a multi storey but it just costs more.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay.

Ok to stop for a night for us on way to Taormina. We wanted to visit Palermo to get a sense of it (knowing one day wasn't really enough) Staff was good and helpful getting us settled in. Breakfast was good. I would not stay again but most likely will not visit Palermo again either.

The hotel is close to the walking areas and worked just fine as a room. The only complaint is the noise level is high. Windows closed still felt like open. Lots of street noise throughout night. Used ear plugs provided but still difficult. Just to loud for me. Rest was good enough.

Alma Hotel was a great location for walking to the must see parts of the city. Palermo can be a bit daunting but the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was so lovely and comfortable. A good breakfast to start the day. A special shout out to Michele and Francisco on reception, who were so friendly and welcoming. You knew you could ask them for any help or advice and they would be more than happy to assist. If you visit Palermo, the Alma Hotel is a great place to stay. Its a deceptive external appearance.
