The walls are thin and the doors shut HARD! We were woke up all night by slamming doors. But very clean and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the lady working the breakfast was the absolute sweetest! Take away the constant slamming of doors..ALL NIGHT LONG..we have zero complaints.

Looks like an older hotel from a chain. Maybe a former Best Western. You'll notice some things are in need of maintenance, such as vending machines out, parking lot in need to repaving, areas of the building outside that could use some patching up. The room is clean and was free of any issues.

The headboard was old and flakying little pieces of vinyl in the sheets. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. It had a short. There were several days worth of dust on the dining room rail. Not enough towels. Yeah, we had to use our towels a couple of days.

Coffee was empty in morning. There was a fancy cappuccino coffee maker in the kitchen that took credits, but there were no instructions on how to use it or where to get credits, so it was worthless. Don’t get rooms on the main entrance side. The windows are very thin ….on both Friday and Saturday nights, there were late arriving teenagers for a soccer tournament, yelling and screaming late into the night, hotel management did nothing. This hotel needs nighttime Security on the weekends. The side door in the parking lot was unlocked all the time which was a security issue. The blanket on the bed was paper thin and there were no others to be had. There should be made service every day you shouldn’t have to ask for it. Like everywhere else service and quality is going downhill. I would not stay here again.

The night I checked in, I had to wait at the front my desk for 20 minutes for someone to help me… this was past 11pm. Only one person seemed to be running the hotel because he ran out to tell me that there were maintenance issues and he would be back to help me.

No one to help with the pancake batter and spray that had run out. There was only one omelette and two pieces of bacon available.
All breakfast tray were empty on my second day, 45 min before breakfast was to be over.

I had my “maid service” hanger on the door each morning when I left, but no one ever showed. I just wanted my trash taken, a new towel and a bar of soap.
After three nights of no help, I called the front desk for help but they were out of towels. I came back 4-5 hours later but still no towels. I dried off with an extra hand towel.

The room was clean but worn looking. We were disappointed at the complimentary breakfast. We always pick hotels with free breakfast because it saves time and money. There was absolutely nothing left to eat at 8:15 (breakfast was til 9:30) The counters were a mess. No coffee. My husband got the last sausage and a piece of bread. There was no one filling anything. Finally I went to the desk and waited. Finally I called on the phone and the person answered said she’d be there. Now we have wasted 20 minutes. A lady finally arrived and started filling coffee cups. Still no food. We did not want to waste anymore time as we were traveling. So we finished packing the car and went to the desk to check out. Again waiting and waiting so I called on the phone and the lady that was stocking cups came over. Apparently they had a lot of teenagers there that wiped out the food. She was the manager. Never offered to take $10 off our bill-no apology. It seems they could have been better prepared adding extra help when they knew they had all these bookings.

One night stay with my daughter. 04/11 Told at 3:19 they had no clean rooms. He asked us to wait a minute went upstairs and then miraculously had a clean room… Proceeded to ask if we needed towels at the time because there were none in the room. They would be brought up later. I asked for atleast 1 so that we could wash our hands. Gave 2 hand towels. strangly had some towels to give us.Checked in went up to our room checked the bed.Mattress coved in brown stains. Oh and bathroom had towels. Room door didnt even have a normal lock to secure door while in the room.(only one like residential home with chain)Back to desk we are not staying there dirty and not safe. Desk guy said the stains were under the sheet. I told him absolutely not acceptable I was not letting my daughter sleep there. He asked if it was both beds umm only had 1 king. It was dirty and I didn’t feel safe. I showed him the pictures. Offered me another room- no I do not want another room. I want money back. Offered another room again, I said no. Told him pictures do not match hotel, he asked where and I told him from hotels.com. He said I would not get a refund from them.

We arrived about 1:30 am. The gentleman checking us in was minimal speaking. He was not hospitable or welcoming at all. The morning front desk lady was a little kinder. When I asked for help with the breakfast food, the attendant was sleeping in the storeroom. Please work with your staff at being attentive and welcoming to the guests.

The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent.

I stayed for one night while in town for a relative's 90th birthday. It had a great location and price. The property apppeared clean, just old. (Older fixtures, office chair pleather was 90% worn off, etc) The staff was very fiendly, and there were many options for breakfast.

I took a star off because the pillows were \"eh\" and the door to my room looked like it had been kicked in, or pried open with a crowbar at some point. I feel like replacing the door is more of a safety issue due to the door looking very rough around deadbolt/latch and not having a safety chain. With that being said, I didn't feel unsafe.

Overall, it was clean and served it's purpose to give me a place to rest my head.

Horrible “hotel”. We checked in, our keys wouldn’t work, as I walked back to the front desk to attempt to talk to the manager on duty I walked by the laundry room door that was propped open and saw how disgustingly filthy the laundry room was and we left. No one ever came back to the front desk to help me after I stood there for 10 minutes. These reviews on here praising this “hotel” are absolutely false. The entire lobby smelt like old urine.

This is a great property for the price. It is clean and modern. There were a few signs of wear on the desk chair and headboard. The breakfast buffet was fresh and hot.
I would have liked a blanket on the bed and bigger pillows but I can't complain about saving $50 a night over the place I usually stay. Max the manager was very friendly and helpful ..I'll go back

Another thing I liked was the hotel luggage carts ! They saved me an extra trip from the car to the room.

We checked in for multiple days and then checked right back out. The lobby looks modern and clean but the room was dirty, has old gross carpet, and mold in the bathroom. It looked semi-clean but it just wasn't. The rooms need upgraded, don't stay here.

The hotel failed to meet the services we paid for. We tried to rectify this situation with the staff, but they didn’t want to compromise so I’m leaving this rating.
We stay for 3 nights and no room service or laundry was provided. After the first time we went to the desk and reported our room was not cleaned to include emptying trash and providing clean towels. The staff made excuses and struggled to find appropriate towels. The ones provided were more like “rags”. The small ones with a blue stripe down the middle. We also needed another pillow because the ones provided were like a thin throw pillow. 3 equaled 1 bed pillow.
Then again the second day the exact same thing happened with our room, trash, and towels. When we asked for me we were told by the staff that they had no more!! What?? More excuses of why our room wasn’t attended to. Once we told the staff our towels are in a pile on the floor he hesitated and said “well I guess I’ll have to get something out of another room”.
There are no clean towels because they don’t provide this service obviously and they are laying in all the rooms. Unacceptable!!!!
We asked to be reimbursed for a 1 night stay not all 3 but they refused and again blamed everything on housekeeping. This place is a dump and don’t spend your hard earned money on a place that will not hold up their end.
By the time we left we had 3 days worth of towels in the bathroom and overflowing trash onto the floor. Completely unacceptable!

No hair dryer in room and no personnel to bring it to room. I had to go to the front desk to pick it up myself. The toilet had no water. Had to use the ice bucket to fill the tank with water myself in order to get it running. Other than that, it was a good stay with nice people.

I was disappointed in the room. There were three large pieces of furniture, so not a lot of space. The furniture could be arranged better. One of the pieces covered most of a mirror. That mirror would have been nice to use because only one person could be in the tiny bathroom at a time.There was no outlet in the room except for the one on the bedside light. No where to plug in the coffee maker or a blow dryer. The heat/cool did not work properly. The fan would not run constantly so we had to listen and be kept awake by the people out front of the hotel talking loud til 3 am. I set the air conditioner on 62 degrees and it was still too warm in the room. There’s more, but tired of typing. Breakfast was just ok. The lady working was super sweet.

The carpet in my room was coming up on the edge by where the tile ended, the automan and office chair were faux leather and so worn i wouldnt have sat in them if i needed to, the shower was hard to turn on (pull then turn...but i needed both hands to turn it), breakfast was cold sausage gravy, cold biscuits, some kind of cheese brat (i think thats what it was), cereal, and the make your own waffle station. The only healthy food were apples and oranges wrapped in saran wrap. The whole weekend there were the same dirty footprints in the elevator and on the floor outside of the elevator. The garbage can in the hall was never emptied. I killed 3 bugs. One was a tiny spider in the sink. I dont want to know what the other 2 were. The staff at the desk was not there when I checked in and when I checked out he asked me if ibwas checking out, i said yes and handed him my room keys, he said ok, youre all set. Didnt ask how my stay was or anything. I wasnt in town to enjoy the hotel, so it didnt impact my weekend, but when I come back, i will pick a different hotel.

From our check in with Max to the early smiles and friendliness from Angie at breakfast, and warm and incredible helpfullness from Charles, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I wish I knew all their names because they deserve recognition! I have stayed in a lot of hotels, both for business and pleasure, and have never experienced the genuine friendliness from an entire staff like we did here. We are going back to Ohio for a wedding in 3 weeks and had planned on staying at a different hotel because some other out of town people were staying there but we changed our minds because excellent customer service is such a powerful part to an important list in making a trip successful!

Front desk did not know how to process a booking from hotels.com. the door to the room showed obvious signs of a break in. Guests were loud in the hall way through out the night including multiple instances of knocking on my door. I felt like I paid for a 2nd rate hotel and get a 3rd rate experience.
