While the property was close to the airport which was the driving factor, it was dirty and extremely unkempt.

What was more upsetting was the condescending tone the receptionist staff took with me when I questioned them about a room key.that was lost. I was blamed but after 45 mins of searching my room and belongings - there was no way I was going to leave my room unlocked at this place, they found the key, but not before they suggested that I can go and the porter can enter my room and look for it.

Convenience and price does not always pay.

On the upside, they did provide 2 airport transfers when they booking only promised the one.

The room was absolutely filthy. Especially the bathroom yuk!

I also booked in for a massage only to realise it was outside in the heat in full view of everyone. I asked the lady not to touch my leg as it has a new tattoo so she then put oil on it.

The staff are rude and do not understand or speak English very well.

Great for waiting for an airport departure

Great staff - so kind and friendly! The rooms aren't anything special but the bed is comfy. Unfortunately the maintenance is lacking as the toilet set isn't even secured down - it just slides right off. I saw another review with someone complaining about the same thing. Surely it's not that difficult to fix? They also offer a free ride to the international airport which is perfect.

Quick check in at a convenient location. Loved the pool! Nice addition to our stay. Rooms are on the small side and some extra cleaning around the edges of rooms wouldn’t go astray. Value for money budget accommodation close to the airport.

I booked this place because it is close to the airport and they provided one way free transfer from the airport which was great for me as arriving about 2 am in early morning. It was only 11 minutes walk to the airport from the hotel so I was able to walk there the next day to get my next flight. Lovely pick up man and reception man, bed was very comfortable and the property had a beautiful pool which I didn’t get to use but it looked very inviting as my room had a small balcony overlooking the pool.Jug, tea and coffee and fridge provided. The only thing I could fault was that the shower didn’t have a shower screen or curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor and had caused a bit of mould on wall under the washbasin. However there was lovely hot water for my shower so I was as happy and it was very quiet- so close to the airport but didn’t hear any plane noise. Don’t expect 5star at this price but I would definitely stay again for an overnight after arriving or before departing on a flight.

Terrible experience except for the pool

Pool was nice (beware it’s quite deep), but when i just got out of it, there was a huge sound of something hitting the floor, turned out to be a coconut that fell beside me! It can be very dangerous, but the staff were laughing, didn’t apologise or ask if i was okay.
Went into our room, main light was not working, had to ask them to fix. There was no hairdryer available for use, and there is no soap/shower gel in the bathroom, (there was only shampoo but not working…) found out this when i started showering already so was very annoyed.

If you manage your expectation 'you get what you paid for', this can be a good budget hotel for a few hours' stay before boarding the plane. The staff was helpful and friendly. And there is a free airport shuttle which will save you some money. Room condition, in general, is very old with a rusty shower and AC.

Staff really friendly, was quiet as arrived on a Saturday. Maybe busier in the week. This was a Solo trip for me, and I felt comfortable here :)

I arrived midnight and was tired from long flight but the receptionist was very nice and kind, i mistakenly booked 8 hour transit room but he helped me to extend stay until normal 12pm check out time with extra cost of only less than $5US.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable, very close from airport so best to stay on my first day in Bali, loved this place! Thank you.

The staffs are good. But the bathroom condition was horrible. The restroom commode was almost broken and very hard to sit on it. The shower curtain was barely hanging. They charged me almost $15 dollars only just for the soap container which was broken from the beginning.

Staff were great and both airport transfers on two separate visits were good. We only really used this place as a night stopover when we arrived on a late flight in and the transfer room on our last day as we were leaving and place suited that purpose well. The rooms are a little worn with the bathroom area needing attention (definitely be mindful of the shower spray all over the floor) but couldn’t argue for the cost. The meals were better than expected and overall the stay was good, we would use it again as a layover point.

Great location close to airport and Lippo Mall shopping centre. Friendly staff. When booking make sure you dont accidentliy book an 8 hour room instead of overnight. I did this and staff were helpful in only doing additional charge (when booking was non flexible). Was only $5 extra instead of $1 if I'd booked correctly so happy about that. Also note that as close to airport people use this place for short term stays (8 hours) so the hotel is strict on checking and checkout times. Also received complimentary transfer from hotel to airport which was pleasant surprise.

this would have to have been our worst hotel we have had the unpleasant stay we have ever stayed at the front of the reception was dingy and rubbish every where small reception area no bar no area for refreshments did not have any refreshments anyway.
the pool was flifthy with algea which is dangerous to swim in, the room was small the bed was comfortable that is the only positive part. the shower and bathroom were a nightmare there was black mould everywhere we were not happy.
we left after only 1 nights stay and we are now fighting to get our money back as we have been given the wrong information on their website the hotel looks nice but does not deliver the real thing very misleading and we intend to take the company to small claims court if this is the only way to get a refund not impressed at all.

It had been 2 years since we last stayed at the Hotel and things have delined somewhat in general maitenance and cleanliness. The Superior room wet areas just need a proper cut and polish. We also stayed in the deluxe rooms which also need the grime removed. It was disappointing because to fix the shortfalls wouldn't require much effort. The hotel is located in a quiet area with great access to.airport, local shops and beach.

Definitely not as clean and nice as the photos, but it does the trick if you get in to the airport late and don't want to start a long drive. They offer free airport pickup, but I tried to confirm the details 24 hours in advance and it was already too late, they check messages really infrequently. Make sure to ask for a room far away from the check-in desk...I could hear the check-in desk phone ringing all night.

Really near to the airport roughly 5-10 minutes walk only. Just download offline Google maps and walk over don't get scammed by local taxis. Daily breakfast is not a buffet you can choose one meal out of the 4 options. Only bad memory of the hotel are the towels. The towels are really small. They are basically just hand towels useless in drying our bodies so just bring along your own towels. Other than this everything is good. Wifi not so good in room as we were at top floor but wifi in lobby and breakfast area is good. Pool is clean and well maintained 👍

The room that we were given had a broken chain lock on the door, the safe was already locked and couldnt be opened till the next day which meant we could not put our valuables in it. The sheets were stained and the towels were grey, there was no Wi Fi available so we could not use our phones, so we checked out the same night and got a hotel somewhere else. Did not feel safe

We checked in at gone midnight with little issue and with relative ease. It was a little disconcerting walking from the airport as the alleys are poorly lit and little daunting, even for 2 guys. It’s only a 10/15min though, so hardly worth the effort jumping in a taxi which will take just as long (apparently). It’s basic, but comfortable and cheap. I personally wouldn’t have stayed any longer than the one night, great if you’re in transit though.

Manggar 8hr transition room

Location was hard to find, but the service was good. Took 10 mins for them to setup the room because they couldn't see our reservation. The room was big, we chose the 8hr transition room which has 3 signal beds. The bathroom was ok, just an open shower head which is standard in Bali I believe. They provided shampoo and soap. Not bad for a day stay but it was loud in the morning. We could hear the kids playing which woke us up.

Relatively clean, basic hotel with nice pool. A budget hotel that was okay for the price. My card wouldn't work here which was a concern as it was my first night in Bali and thought I was going to have problems with my card throughout my stay in Bali. Fortunately, this wasn't the case so can only assume they have problems with their credit card machine.

Very convenient place to stay after a flight

We really enjoyed our stay here. One of the key reasons we booked was because of the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service they offered but unfortunately they did not arrive to pick us up so we still had to pay 150000 for a taxi. It was disappointing when we realised how close we were and that we could have bargained him down. When we got to our room one of the waters were unsealed but we took it down and they gave us a new one right away so wasnt an issue. The layout was lovely (although it was really wet in the stairs) and the room was spacious with a fridge, tv and safe. The bathroom was very small but the water pressure was good and hot. The location couldnt be better- off on a small steet but very central and easy walk to anywhere required. Would definitely stay here again.

My family booked 2 rooms to store our luggage, have a rest and shower prior to catching a late flight home. It was close to the airport, very cheap, offered a free shuttle to the airport and had reasonable reviews. However, the room was extremely shabby with filthy towels and bedding. The shower was no better. There was no chance that we would lie on the beds or use the shower and toilet. On a plus side, our luggage was carried up and down the very steep and slippery 2 flights of stairs and we were driven to the airport free of charge so perhaps we did receive value for money.

Only a five minute walk from the airport, this hotel is great for a stopover. Decent rooms and pool. Poor wifi connectivity and cockroaches on the downside. Not too far fram Kuta beach if you care for a swim.

If you are in Kuta for more than one night, stay somewhere closer to Kuta Square.

I stayed a total of 3 nights at the beginning and end of a Lovina and Lombok Trip of 11 days.
Although my incoming flight was delayed 24 hours due to ash cloud the booking was still honoured at no extra cost. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times before and always found it excellent for the price.

We needed a cheap clean hotel to stay overnight before onward travel and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. The room was small but very clean the bed was very comfortable and we had a midnight chicken that was a breeze.
