Hands down the worst hotel experience. They 'lost' one of the bookings for our party, so everyone had to pile into my room--including a child-- in the wee hours of the morning while I contacted Expedia, who mercifully was able to get them to actually recognize and respect our booking, which I had verified by phone and email before arrival. It smells like a scam around Carnival, though we were not there for carnival. Buyer beware as you may show up and they may have no record of your booking (wink wink) then try to charge you nearly a thousand US per night. Shameful. Then when called on it the hotel manager, after admitting a 'glitch' must have cancelled the reservation, denies via email that there was ever any evidence of an issue. Never in all my days... Buyer beware.

This was a fantastic location very close to Store Bay beach in Tobago. However, a couple of the lights were not working and the sink in the bathroom was clogged at first. The clog was fixed right away once the host was notified, which was great! If you are a large person, the very small bathroom and shower space could be a problem, but my family managed okay with it.

Overall a very enjoyable vacation.

Staying at the hotel was not a good experience since one of the staff was very rude and they gave false advertising and guaranteed to the CAHEA conference which I was attending.bwe were promised free breakfast which never happened and that was an additional cost that we never budgeted for. I will never stay here again due to the fact they are not true to their word and the staff was very rude when we were trying to get information regarding to the brea. We had proof from the conference package which stated free breakfast and they still completely disregarded us.

Overall this was the best option for our short stay. Property was clean, and staff were friendly. I wish the gym was bigger, its very small not much to do, and for the price breakfast should be included for free. I have never stayed in a Marriott where breakfast was not included. And lastly, the hot water would last a short time, I couldn't figure out why. 2 ppl in the room but you couldn't take back to back showers. You have to wait to get hot water.

Stayed March 9-17 2024. The staff were all pleasant and happy to accommodate you. Response for any request was quick. The free wifi in the room is pretty good. The facility itself NEEDS updating, the furniture is old and I stayed in a suite with 1 bedroom & living room. The large bathroom in the room was the most updated and spacious (most spacious bthroom I've seen in a hotel anywhere). The pool was not available as it was under construction (since last year from the reviews I read). Worst of all the hotel menu is devoid of local dishes and choices for vegetarian/vegan …only salad or soup.😳😩
Thank God for the little shopping center within walking distance where you can find a few restaurants, Jaxx is not too bad.

Only negative for us was, we booked two rooms on one reservation (one month ahead) for a birthday celebration and they did not give us adjoining rooms. My family and I spent the weekend at Marriott for a birthday. The stay was truly amazing! The hotel was very clean and gorgeously decorated for christmas.The staff were super friendly and attentive, meeting our every need. They truly made the weekend one to remember.
