This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in, the staff was very nonchalant, I’m still waiting for the staff member at the restaurant to call me so she can take my order since Friday March 6th today is Sunday March 8th lol, the staff that greet you at the door were very kind, and friendly. But I would never be back.

Room partially good condition was clean but the items like shower handle was broken almos hit my feet when it fell showering.

The payments with credit card are being manipulated instead of ruining the card on local currency consumption they calculate them selves an exchange rate 50 points lower to take 10% and caught them red handed the excuses were as poor as their scam and said we arange the exchange rate we want with the POS and the bank! A fat fat lie and steeling from guests

The food was old the fruits at breackfast had been there at least three days they were like mommies of Egypt and the diner fish mahi was old and dry fired fish and chips the meat was great and had stomach issues and cramps all night.

Some staff were very courteous and others we a disgrace to the term service.

Also they asked at check-in to sign a form asking a $ cash as an emergency deductible. I claimed that is not normal even in other Raddison hotels and was firm on it then they took and hide the form also trying to scam the guest.

Very nice hotel with a good bar and pool at its heart. Nobody swam in the pool while I was there for four days. Not one person. Why not? It made me uncomfortable to go in, so I didn't as well. The breakfast is very expensive, but they offer free coffee and tea in the lobby. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The service at the bar was ridiculously slow, but the drinks were good. I tried to order a drink from room service at the front desk, but they said the person (?) was out, and they would call to take my order. They never did. Otherwise, the place was very good and comfortable.

Nice room. The inclusive breakfast and open late grill was a life saver. The carpets need a deep cleaning but overall the cleaners did an amazing job and I’ll be sure to compensate them before check out.

Staff at entrance and those who moved luggage for guests were generally courteous.
Restaurant and wait staff were excellent.
Front desk and reception very good.
Not sure if this was the fault of the cleaning staff but I stayed 4 days and never had a bin. One of the staff members gave me 2 small garbage bags on the first night. I received bottled water once.
I was there for a meeting and al meals and refreshments were on time and the desserts delicious.
Overall I felt safe.

Missed basic instructions on breakfast time, elevator positioning, restaurants, etc. Got lost for a while trying to understand if the lunch was available on the 1st floor or in the 14th.
The hotel in general needs better maintenance and the mold smell kind of bother me.

Upon my arrival to the hotel I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who took my bags and showed me to the check in area. I couldn’t help but notice that other guests upon arrival were greeted with a welcome drink but my guest and I were not. The room we were initially given had a strong odor as though it was recently painted. I must say that upon calling the front desk I was provided with a new room however the odor was also present in that room. The furniture was dated be the beds had visible rust on the legs. The room just seem to be that of a cheap motel rather than a hotel especially an internationally branded one. They held a “free NYE Party” which was open to the public. The party was not well planned and I waited over an hour to get two drinks. The stay overall was not a pleasant one but I chose to make the most of it. I must say though Giselle was very accommodating and the other members of staff were friendly. Radison should really look into upgrading their facility because they have a wonderful staff and if they’re provided with a great facility combined with their friendly customer service can turn things around

Latch on hotel door did not work, I had to put a chair behind the door when I retired at night- for safety also, keyhole was shattered and I couldn’t see who was at the door not safe- I advised staff two days after check in and when I checked out early room number 1116

We had an amazing stay here during the Xmas holidays ! All queries were promptly addressed by the staff. The room was a bit dated but kept very clean and the bed was exceptionally good. The pool and the premises are lovely and well maintained. We hung out at the pool everyday while there. The lunch we had from the restaurant downstairs was way better in taste and quality than the dinner at the Waterfront across the street! I would say, the courteous staff is the biggest asset this place has and it made a world of difference in our 4 day stay!

Most staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel was great, I’ve stayed at many Radisson hotels, especially around Eastern Europe. What bother me from this stay was the fact that I messaged the hotel about three days before my arrival to arrange airport transportation to hotel and back. I received a message confirming the airport pick up and the price of $30 USD. When we arrived at the airport we looked around the arrival hall to see if our shuttle was outside. We waited and looked around for about 30 minutes. I contacted the hotel and they mentioned “if you don’t see anyone from the hotel we recommend you get a taxi from the airport and tell them you’re coming to the Radisson Hotel” we did. We ended taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was fine, we checked in and during the check in process I asked if I could confirm a taxi for the next morning at 4:30am. They said yes, it would be $45 USD plus a 4.5% fee for them booking a taxi. I agreed and paid with my credit card. The morning of our departure, we checked out and informed the gentleman at the desk that we had booked and “confirmed” a taxi for airport transfer. They had no reservation or knowledge of the reservation. They were calling around and even the Hyatt Hotel to try and get a taxi. We waited from 4:35am - 5:12am before we could get a taxi and head to the airport for a boarding time of 6:20am.

Room was good. The Glass window was not sound proof, we could hear vehicle noise all day and night.
We arrived few hours early and requested for early check in, the staff told us the room is not ready yet and will be ready in an hour. So wend out looking for local food and explore places around. when we came back after 1 and half hours still room was not ready. Staff kept telling not ready. They were hot honest to let us know that the room will not be available before the check in time i.e 3PM. When we enquired about breakfast after conflicting information from different staff .they told us it is extra it will be $40 a Pearson /day and they could give it at $25/day /person. After complaining to the manager they provide us free breakfast. The breakfast is not worth $25 may be about $12. The greeting/ transpiration staff were superb.

Order room service ceasar salad with grilled chicken it took over 45 minutes and when I look I was no chicken just plain salad
I complaint and o just they said

And they charge me $32 for a plain ceasar salad

I was greeted by Noel, the most pleasant man possible - he epitomized elite customer service.

After a very brief and smooth check-in, he escorted me to my room and ensured that every thing was to my standard and liking. For him alone, I will return every-time.

I had no problem whatsoever but my stay was short. Hats off to you Radisson, I'll be seeing you soon.

The room that was assigned to me had a very mild unpleasant odor. The black out curtains were a total waste of time. The bed had roller wheels on the bed frame and the floor is smooth tiles..so the bed moved under certain conditions. The floor in front of the AC unit had a slick feel so you had to very walking in that area. Overall the room was not to the standard of the other hotels i stayed at in Trinidad.

My room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Maybe twice the whole week I was there. Kara was good the check in clerk and the other lady at the pool bar very sweet.

All the other staff especially in the dining hall was rude and had attitudes. We didn’t get complimentary breakfast because they said we didn’t book with them we did it through Expedia and my card was charged 3 times for the hold instead of one. $300 was held unauthorized instead of $100 that was promised. Even the bar tender inside was not pleasant. The manager Giselle was also not pleasant.

We enjoyed the entire stay the staff was so welcoming ! We were welcomed with complimentary juice and even complimentary wings at happy hour ! Big shout outs to Ms.Anna at the bar she kept us laughing and great conversation she’s a Vet there and it truly shows with her extraordinary hospitality! The food and drinks was also very good 10/10. They offered a swim up bar as well. The hotel ambiance was great for pictures and the pool was big. It’s also located across from the pier where you can get local food and a great calm scenery

This hotel was not the best, it was noisy, no transport to any where, beach, or airport, no breakfast. A buffet was available but at a cost. If you stay at the pool side, you will definitely hear the busy road. Over all it was ok. But don’t think we’ll ever stay there again.

While the hotel itself was clean, well maintained and staffed by gracious and professional people, the hotel is located in an industrial type harbor side location, with office buildings on the inland side. Not conducive to walking around. Our room was newly renovated on the 12th floor, and was quite nice.

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel in Port of Spain for one week was quite pleasant. It was conveniently located near many points of interest in the downtown area. The only disappointment was the service rendered by the management of the 360 Degree Restaurant on Mother's Day. The behavior of the woman in charge of accommodating brunch reservations that given morning was inexcusable and unwarranted. My party of 5 made advanced payment for brunch and were first in line to be seated but were cast aside. We were encouraged to wait for others to be seated until the error could be figured out. I had to return to the hotel manager on the first floor in order to resolve the matter. The encounter spoiled my appetite and caused embarrassment unnecessarily. This experience marred an otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and safe. The staff, with the exception of the 360 Degree Restaurant management, were professional and courteous. The pool could use some attention as well in order to appear more inviting. The visual quality of pool wasn't crisp. The color choice of the pool interior may have caused the water to appear darker than most hotels. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

There was an awful smell as you got off the elevator and along the hallway. I accidently booked a non refundable room but thank goodness it was only for 2 nights. I would not stay there again. The carpet should be removed and replaced with tiles. Check in staff was extremely personable and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was very good. The walk-in shower was fantastic with two shower heads. The air-con was very good, the room was large and the available TV channels were pleasing. We also appreciated the in-house safe. The room was well serviced every day. The only negative was that the beds were a big hard for us. The concierge and front-desk was also great.

The staff is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Whether it was to help me book a ride or even to help me with my luggage to a point that they were not obligated to help me with. That made my stay at the Radisson. To the staff.. THANK YOU. Their hospitality was so nice I hate having to mention this next part but i want to be honest. I’m not sure what was going on but from the moment i entered my room, i noticed there were gnats flying around in my room. I think At first i thought Meh, this won’t be “a thing.” But it was a thing and it was bothersome. I only stayed two nights and i was out and about so I dealt with it or else i would have asked to switch rooms. As i was Checking out I shared the gnat info with the lady at the front desk and she was apologetic. Hopefully the issue has been addressed. Also, I felt the door to my room was thin and i could hear too well the actions in the hallway. Just a personal pet peeve. Others may not take issue with that at all. I just Like a more sound blocking door.
