Night receptionist was lovely, the morning one was very grumpy. My bed was filthy, covered in dirt, there was a used mask under my pillow. The wifi doesn’t work in the rooms. No western toilet.

The bedroom was NOT what was advertised on the website. The bed linen was dirty, stained with blood and what seemed to be public hair. Boogies were smeared on the wall beside the bed. The bathroom was ok. TV had no plug socket and the lamps didn't work. Air con was good.
Unfortunately we did not notice the stains on the sheets until the morning after as the room was quite dark
However the staff were friendly

Toilet Glass Should be Cover by blinds, your partner could see you shadow in the toilet, tv channel show be improved, it got 2 channels and there is no restaurant near by if you need late nite supper.. but convenience store is near by...

The best in all my stay

After a month in Malaysia, this hotel was my best choice for everything, close to all: bus to airport, metro, train restaurant, market; for the efficient and smiling staff, for the comfort and cleanest of my room, good wifi. Really I have no complaint and I will be back again

Really friendly staff and always ready to offer help.The place is near the market and its good for those who require town life because its situated deep in the middle of the city. Near the central city square and public transport. However, the rooms are supper small without room for your luggage as the space is covered by the bed.

Tiny room. Awesome location

Tiny rooms recently renovated. Cool modern bathroom. Super budget hotel. The neighborhood is the best. Right in central market and 4 minute walk to china town. 5 minutes to the train atation which gets you directly downtown or to bantu caves. You are booking this hotel for the location, mot the actual room which was really really small.

Small room, no furniture at all except a bed. So you have to put your stuff on the floor... Renovated hotel, but poor finishing. The lobby must be improved. But for the price (price in promotion for the opening, not the regular price), it's ok, well located, near central market. Clean room.
